MID ingredients. Customer service was very subpar. Guy mumbled stuff under his breath about the wait time and that customers can "have patience" . We 100% agree but when expressed that way, it makes your customers not want to even come back. Cheese was stringy and unmelted after waiting 15 almost 20 mins for 2 slices. Husband got pepperoni and said it tasted like from the grocery store. I pray the service and quality start getting some TLC because this is just disappointing for Friendly's. Maybe a little of both. It has a very small dining area, small cooler for serve yourself beverages (fountain drink machine was broken) and the counter to place your order. No customer restrooms. I ordered a "small" stromboli around 11:30. About 25 minutes later it arrived at my table. Nothing small about it. It was good but as i got towards the middle the temperature was somewhere between warm and cold. I could only eat half of it and took the rest to go. Other than the stromboli needed cooked a little longer it was very good. Everything tasted fresh and they were friendly. I found it interesting that not only is it a pizza joint, they also serve gyros, burgers and falafel.
