The staff are friendly and hardworking, but the operation appears understaffed. The same person handling front-of-house duties--taking orders in person and over the phone--is also responsible for food preparation in the kitchen. This setup makes it difficult to provide efficient and attentive service. We try to order pizza every week from here to give the local some business , but lately the pizza has been jucky and tasteless. Last week our pizza was all burnt on the top and the bottom was black. Tonight it was all burnt on the top and all dried out. We felt it was a leftover that someone did not pick up and it sat around for an hour and they gave it to us, as it was cold. They tell you on the app that the pizza is ready and you get there and wait another 30 minutes for it. We did not eat it tonight, but threw it out. read more

I gave them a 5 star rating years ago because of their Philly Cheesesteaks that to me and in my opinion is the best one in Central Florida still (5 on that still) but they have gotten pricy over the years. That's why the 4 star this time around. I get it , and I'll still come. But wanted to note that. I ordered a large 18" Cheese Pizza. When I got home and open the box this was the saddest looking pie. A large pie is usually cut into 8 slices this was cut into 10 slice. Also when I've gotten Pizza in the past from them the pie fills the box. This was definitely a lot smaller. The pie was so dry I wound up just throwing it out. read more

I'm giving two stars because we didn't get food poisoning. Man, I hate when people just don't care. After an 8 hour travel day with three kids, we needed dinner. Staying at the Embassy Suites, we used Grubhub to order from Bronx Pizza. Ordered an 18 inch pizza. A salad. A sub sandwich and French fries. On my order, I noted that we were staying in a hotel room, and we needed plates and silverware for FIVE people. The order came "quickly". The delivery guy was nice. He texted back quickly before delivery, but was 100% silent when I texted him 5 minutes after he left asking where the plates and silverware for 5 was. The order did not come with napkins. It did not come with any condiments. It did not come with plates OR forks. Well, it came with 1 fork. Yes, you read that right. It came with a single, lonely fork. For 5 people in a hotel room. Does Orlando have a shortage of plastic forks and paper plates? We had to be up at 3am the next morning for a flight, so we had no time to wait for the issue to be resolved before eating after waiting an hour for delivery. $40+ for dinner and we had to eat greasy pizza on top of hotel towels. Not fun with a 7 year old. We had to eat salad with our hands on top of ripped pieces of tin foil. (Thankfully they wrapped the sandwich with tin foil). Now we had no hotel towels left because they were used as "plates". And the floor looked like a salad bar. And we used tissue from the bathroom as napkins. Not a fun end to a very long day. I called Grubhub to express my disappointment and frustration. While the nice woman from support offered me a 20% discount for a future order (that must be placed within 30 days) I heard roosters in the background. Hmm. Outsourcing. 20% off a future order with a 30 day time limit? A nice way to get me to spend more money on the app. Not going to happen. I miss Eat24. Ok so I'm in need of updating my review for bronx pizza cause it's been 4 years since I last read this review, I am not very known for giving a place 5 star ratings unless it's blown me away but after all this time and all the food I've tried from here just talking about the Buffalo chicken slice smh ‍ cause this place is so much more than pizza. Can't speak for everyone else cause you can't make everyone happy but for me the service and food here is always great, always nice people over the phone and delivery drivers always nice. The pizza here is just great, from the Buffalo chicken, the chicken alfredo, to the Mexican pie is so good. The Greek is my favorite they put gyro meat on the pie come on! I have to say though when I lived in NYC some place I used to go to had a chicken Caesar salad slice and a garlic spinach slice which I've missed so much, I called here and this is not on the menu but I asked if they can do a pie of half chicken Caesar salad and have garlic spinach and they accommodated me and did it! To my surprise this pie was the best pie I've had here I even called them and said you need to make this an item on your menu, a must try for sure!!!! So back to the gyro pie they have one of the best gyros here I always get it with extra tzatziki sauce a must. The mozzarella sticks here are so good even if you microwave them they still have that cheese pull, you want me to go on I can go on. The Jamaican beef patty's with cheese and pepperoni off the hook, The chicken Parmesan calzones to die for. I'm a wing fanatic and the wings here are pretty good not great but good. They do make such awesome sandwiches too man the cheese steak and the chicken philly are sooooo damn good!! Also the pastrami and the chicken parm and meatball sub man!
