    Mango Shrimp Gluten Free

If you are looking for a high quality FRESH salad, look no further! Greenbeat offers a variety of unique toppings all with incredible freshness. The Mango Shrimp salad was a beautiful blend of citrus mango vinaigrette/Mango and tasty fresh veggies. The shrimp was a generous portion and tasted fresh as well! This place offers a high quality and healthy meal! It has is a modern clean environment that matches the healthy aesthetic. The service is quick point to order service where you are able to build your perfect salad/ bowl in a blitz. Enjoy!

The salads here are fresh, filling, and so delicious! I love how spotlessly clean this place is too. It's been a few years since my last review and the toppings plus dressing are now mixed in instead of placed on top like in my last photo. The Thai peanut dressing is delicious but definitely has a spicy kick to it, but the ladies making my bowl were super friendly and let me sample a few dressings to find the right one. I ended up mixing the Caesar with the peanut dressing to cut the heat, and they actually combined nicely together. I got the large bowl with farro, quinoa, kale as the bases and black beans, beets, broccoli, and olives as toppings.

Made two visits and very pleased with the most recent visit. On the first visit the food was good. It was fresh and very clean. You could tell the quality was high. The flavors just didn't jive well for my or the other dishes. I think it was maybe an off day or a newer employee. I tried it again today and it was delicious. The balance with all the ingredients was great, the flavors were wonderful and everything was very fresh. Also - the portion was massive.

I love this place! They have the best smoothies and salads. All the choices are healthy, delicious and at a great price. If you are looking for fresh and preservative free meals, Greenbeat is the right choice! You will get a perfect meal every time.

Great little spot for salads, açaí bowls and smoothies. Average is $10 - $15 for salad bowls with fresh ingredients or $10 a well sized açaí bowl -- decently priced nowadays for me. The matcha smoothie was delicious and a less sugary option than what's offered at other franchise smoothie places out there. Staff is very friendly and let me try salad dressings before ordering mine. Finally, the ambiance is very cute and inviting, and the premises are kept clean.

Ok, ok...I've definitely been sleeping on Greenbeat! I just tried it for the first time this week and then had to immediately order it again the next day for lunch because it was that good. There are a lot of bowl places around town, but Greenbeat stands out among the rest. It's also worth noting that they are not a chain (3 locations) and are locally owned & operated. It's no secret that eating out and also trying to be healthy usually comes with a hefty price tag, but I will say for a $15-18 bowl, it is a very generous portion, jam packed with fresh ingredients. There's no skimping on the toppings here (see photos). Also, additional toppings are only $.75 (even avocado) which is pretty rare these days. I'm not a build-your-own bowl type of gal because the decision fatigue is real and I don't like having to think that hard about my lunch. Luckily, their signature creations all sound amazing, making my order quick and easy. All of their bowls are also clearly labeled which ones are gluten free, dairy free, vegan, vegetarian, etc. in case you have any dietary restrictions. The first bowl I tried was the Farro Bowl (spinach, farro, arugula, mango, feta cheese, cranberries, almonds, and balsamic vinaigrette) and added roasted chicken. I was so impressed that the next day I ordered the Ahi Tuna Poke Bowl (arugula, quinoa, cucumbers, mango, radishes, avocado, tomatoes, balsamic vinaigrette, lime, and watermelon ahi tuna). The tuna was beautiful and I loved how colorful and fresh all of the ingredients were. All in all, I am hooked and definitely adding Greenbeat into the lunch rotation!

I am hooked. I always thought this location was a subway, but apparently there has been this healthy spot here for quite a while. I tried it today and it was amazing. I had the salad bowl with Salmon and green Basil dressing. Amazing

I recently traveled to Nigeria for a month and legit the number One thing I missed about America was green beat. I typically ate greenbeet about four times a week for lunch and it's the go-to spot from my family for birthdays cuz it's just healthy and delicious and awesome. The people that work there are super awesome too super friendly and just lovely Here's a poem I wrote as a simple ode to greenbeat Ode to Greenbeat by a Kale-Hearted Wanderer O Greenbeat, thou verdant shrine, My leafy love, my midday sign, From Abuja back to Baldwin's bend, You're the craving I defend. I feasted on swallow, I danced with jollof, Spiced stews, rich meats--I had more than enough. But amidst the heat and street food stalls, My soul cried out for your arugula calls. The First Base, noble arugula, bold, The Second, spinach like emeralds rolled. Third, chopped kale, so fierce, so green-- A holy trinity fit for a salad queen. Avocado, twice? Yes please, I insist. Black beans, chickpeas, herbs that kissed. Then I rain basil, cilantro, like dew, And cherry tomatoes--a sunlit view. I sprinkle raw seeds, add peppers with grace, This bowl, a garden in a takeout case. Ginger Lime, your zesty spell, And Basil Lime on the side as well. Roasted chicken, set apart, not tossed-- A sovereign flavor, never lost. Not drenched, not drowned, but poised aside, A premium love I cannot hide. The total? Twenty-four forty, my heart's delight, For a bowl that hugs my soul just right. Forget gold, forget pearls and spice-- I'd trade them all for a Greenbeat bite.

I went to Greenbeat as a recommendation from one of my coworkers. I had no idea this place even existed, but I think it's an awesome concept! It's nice to see more healthy restaurants pop up around all the unhealthy choices you could choose from. When I went inside there was already a line up at the register to order, but the staff there got through the orders pretty fast! At Greenbeat you have the option to order one of their signature salads which comes in one size (large), you can make a custom bowl in either the small or large size, or you can get a smoothie. I decided to create my own small salad with romaine, spinach, sun dried tomatoes, radishes, feta, mojito shrimp, and balsamic. Everything paired so nicely together, and the best part was that it was all fresh ingredients from that day! As with all health food places, your items are going to be more expensive than average, but I honestly didn't mind the cost for the quality I received.

This place is awesome! Healthy and delicious? Yes please. I love the menu setup allowing for customization or curated items. My favorite by far is the Nostra Salmon but all the ingredients are fresh and delicious. And bonus points for super reasonable prices! Honestly, I feel most places serving similar fare charge at least $2-3 more per bowl. The workers are always friendly and the place is exceptionally clean. I find a lot of counter service restaurants to overlook the cleaning of tables and general upkeep near the beverage machine, but this is not the case at greenbeat. Definitely a good spot to add to your Baldwin Park lunch rotation!

This trip, though, there was absolutely no Disney involved -- and we finally stopped here on our way home Sunday morning. I feel like you know you're getting older when you get excited about grocery shopping. Normally when I go to Publix, I'm irritated before I even get inside. But this place? A completely different experience. Walking through and seeing all the locally grown vegetables and the meat selection -- clearly labeled as hormone-free and without all the extra junk you get at typical grocery stores -- was honestly mind-blowing. The prices were so reasonable I couldn't believe it. I purposely brought a cooler for the two-hour drive home, and even with everything I bought, I didn't spend over $100. If I had purchased the same items at Publix, I'm convinced I would've been close to (or over) $200. Beyond the prices, the quality and overall vibe made it so enjoyable. You're not breaking the bank feeding your family, and you feel good knowing you're getting better-quality food. The staff was incredibly sweet and genuinely seemed to enjoy their jobs. I was looking for boneless chicken, and one of the employees asked if that's what I needed. A few minutes later, he came back with multiple packs in his hands to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. It was such a thoughtful gesture, and I really appreciated it. One thing to know: the produce and meat sections are in two separate, unconnected rooms, so you check out separately in each. And if you're still riding that high from all the money you saved, there's soft-serve ice cream outside with seating -- which just makes the experience even better. For someone who truly despises grocery shopping, this was actually fun. I will absolutely make a special trip to Orlando just to come back here -- and next time, I'm bringing a bigger cooler.
