Fast casual salads, bowls, platters, and wraps set up like the old Salad Works? (Chipotle format). Prices that aren't outrageous? Easy to use App with nutritional info front and center? Ok, I'm sold on Just Salad. Just don't understand why it's called Just Salad given they sell more than salad! Only thing I could want more is a soda fountain/freestyle instead of cans. Definitely a great place for a light and filling lunch. read more

Eh I don't know if I just ordered the wrong salad but I was very underwhelmed specially in comparison to all the competing fancy salad restaurants I've been to! I ordered one of the most popular "balsamic chicken avocado" on door dash and it was very basic! I had about 3 tiny bites of avocado, it was all romaine lettuce with lots of the butt pieces. The balsamic vinaigrette was more on the creamy side than the oily side, not my favorite. And the tiny piece of bread was about pinky size and black in color b/c it was burned. The bag also did not include any utensils so that was inconvenient. If you need some make sure to add a note on online delivery services. read more

Just Salad - S - Salad Near Me - Orlando, Florida

As my grandfather used to say... "you don't win friends with salad!" We even sung a song about it. Or maybe that was a Simpson's episode... Who can remember after 30+ years of that nonsense. But I do know one thing, my grandfather would totally not pay that much for a salad, even though it's good. This fast casual place follows the model of many other bowl/salad places with a few pre-made options as well as the Johnny Cash method... Walk the Line. They have other options beyond salad (like rice and lentils) and I think they do wraps, so it's not Just Salad. They do get pretty creative with some of their pre-made options and I've enjoyed them. The Dirt Candy Salad sounds bad, but it was pretty good. And their chopped salad was tasty, but not really chopped. Bottom Line, if you want something different than what you can pull off at home, and don't live near a Cava or Bolay or Chipotle or Sweet Tomatoes or Moe's or Fresh Kitchen or QDoba or Designer Greens or CHOP5 or Sweetgreens or Drowning Bowl or Taziki's or Flower Child or Bricks & Bowls or Chopt or Greenbeat or Copper Pony or Grain & Berry or Earthy Picks or Cravy's, then Just Salad may fill a void that doesn't really exist. (I did make up one of the names in that list) read more

The first time I ever went to a Just Salad was for a Yelp Elite thing at the Winter Park location. I feel like there are more and more of these locations popping up and I'm excited for them because it's so good! This time around I went to the Waterford Lakes location. I love that there is ample seating here and the wall art is beautiful. The menu has expanded quite a bit! Me and my friend ordered two different bowls. Mine was the sweet heat bowl with chicken and it was actually the perfect amount sweet and heat! Everyone working was very friendly, especially when my friend went to grab the trays after we paid and the bowls slipped right off and fell on the ground completely. We felt soooooo bad but they cleaned it up and redid the bowls which I wasn't expecting but was forever grateful that they did. My only comment is if there is a way to get bowls that don't easily slip and slide on the tray, that would be great. We sat and ate and hung out there for a while. Even though we were the only ones that had a bowl slip and mess, we noticed we weren't the only people commenting on how slippery the trays/bowls (not sure which) are. Aside from that, great experience and excellent food! read more

I'm writing this as I stand in line waiting for my online order that was placed over 1hr ago. I placed the order at 1:40 with a pick up time of 2:20-2:40 from 35 miles away. I stopped to pick up my grocery order with frozen items. It is 2:48 & I'm waiting while no one acknowledges me. This is Orlando. I'm including a screenshot of the weather app rn. I've been waiting for 14 minutes for a pick up placed 90min ago. At 3pm I left w/o my food & Door Dash graciously refunded my money. Terrible service. read more

I placed a to-go order from Just Salad and it was ready for me when I got there. I did a Make Your Own Bowl with rice, arugula, broccoli, street corn, avocado, braised chicken, and the lemon basil vinaigrette (homemade!). The first thing I noticed was just how much chicken they gave me, which was very appreciated! It was also nice and juicy. Everything else was delicious as well, but I wish they gave me a bigger bowl as it was nearly impossible to mix with the small one I got. Also, they are running a promo on their app where you get a mystery reward when you spend $12! read more

I tried the chicken Caesar wrap with crispy chicken and it was so good -- super fresh and flavorful. The wrap had the perfect crunch and didn't feel heavy at all. I also got the broccoli cheddar soup. It wasn't really my favorite, but it definitely tasted on the healthier side, so that might be why. Service was quick and efficient, which I appreciated. Overall, a great spot for something fresh and fast -- I'd definitely go back! read more

5 stars for a place with a lot of healthy options. They will have seasonal salad on a digital board on the right. The regular offerings take up 3-4 boards on the left. They have several stand salads, but you can also customize your own. They have several warm platter offerings, and today I saw two soups. They also offer a combo special. There are also some smoothie offerings. Salads run $12.99 and up. I saw they do have a deal with a bowl you can return for a discount on your next visit. But didn't get the details. This was my second visit, but won't be my last. read more

I love Just Salad, and January is the perfect month to begin the year eating healthy choices that are delicious. They have a counter service (somewhat slow) where one orders from a menu and goes down the line with your bowl as it's being made for you. I love the cilantro lime salad and my husband loves to order à la carte his preferences. They offer chips, Coke products, including La Croix, smoothies and wraps. So far I've enjoyed everything I have ordered. I particularly love their braised chicken. The ambiance is colorful and bright, with clean lines, seating indoors and some independent chairs and tables outside- but not particularly comfortable. read more

We were really happy with the assortment that they had and how fresh all the vegetables were. Three of us each chose different meals and we were all very happy with our choices. This was my first time at this location, and I haven't been to a Just Salad in over a year (no particular reason). I was in the area and wanted a salad, so I did. The staff were friendly and helped me with making a custom salad. I got a salad with chickpeas, kale, greens, tomatoes, miso ginger dressing and a little ranch. I added tofu for extra protein. The salad was fresh, flavorful and delicious! The decor is modern, and nice. I don't usually comment on a bathroom, but this one had no business being this fancy! read more

I love this place!! As a vegetarian, there are many options to choose from and I love creating my own bowl. They also have seasonal topping which always add a fun surprise during the new seasons. I also have the app for rewards and you basically get a reward every time you come in it's definitely worth it! read more

I often get the Protein Power. Salad very good. But chicken very tough and inedible. Too bad.

Arrived 30 minutes after opening. Immediately upon walking in there was a gentleman who worked there standing near the door on his phone. He stayed on his phone there, then behind the counter until making a salad for himself and sitting down to eat. There was one other person ahead of me and there was a young man and woman working on her and to go orders. I waited a long time before even being acknowledged, but they were both working so hard, so I understood. What I don't understand is the man who was on his phone for approximately 15 minutes while I waited to order. I ordered the spicy chicken Caesar wrap, with Caesar dressing instead of the smoky ranch and it was delicious, but I won't be back to this location. read more

I ate at the New just salad across from Fashion Square, Mall today for the first time they were having a grand opening special. A young counter helper by the name of Chris assisted me made a couple of recommendations. I chose a poblano salad. He prepared it for me perfectly told me about the proteins about the dressing I bought it. I loved it. He stopped by my table to ask me if I enjoyed my salad on his way out the door at the end of his shift and recommended that I buy a bowl to go bowl and then come back on the weekend and I can get a refill on the bowl or make a bowl for five dollars for the grand opening continuing and then I could use that bowl to come back in the future to get a free typing on any of my salads but I highly recommend this place and I really liked Chris. He did a great job very conscientious young man. read more

This place was a great place to chill and enjoy a great crisp salad. Soooo much to choose from your salad base to toppings! Food great Service maybe the worst part. I work down the road and often order from this location. 7 different times and Never have they had my order ready as I often order ahead because I need to get back to work. I ordered for a pick up at 2pm and they didn't have it ready but joked and talked to each other until I asked about my order. Then when they started on it it wasn't finished till 239pm. hands-down one of the worst service places I've been to in inexcusable. read more

I came here for the first time during a elite event, and have been coming back since. I feel like the portions did get a little smaller since opening but that could be because the bowls changed so I'm not really sure. I really like their chicken, thighs and rice. The fact that you can customize the bowl helps me make it different each time. The service is pretty quick. It's similar to what Chipotle style. The store isn't the biggest, but there's plenty of room to dine in if you'd like. I'd recommend checking them out if you're in the area. read more

Just Salad is located in the Waterford Lakes Town Center and is over by the Starbucks (a few doors away from it). Walking in, it is an inviting atmosphere and vibe. It is bright and cheerful and the outgoing nature of the staff also only enhances the experience. They have a good selection and I ended up going with a salad (the word "salad" is after all in the business name) and found it to be a pretty good salad overall and a healthy alternative to lunch at say a fast food burger chain (and definitely more enjoyable). Just Salad started in 2006 in New York City and has since spread to something like eighty locations in multiple states. It is good to see Just Salad get to down here in sun drenched Florida. Overall, I would definitely recommend a visit to this particular Just Salad location. Being in Waterford Lakes Town Center, parking is not really an issue, the service is friendly, the atmosphere fun, bright and upbeat and finally (and most importantly), the food is healthy and delicious. read more

I've ordered mobile order plenty of times from here when it's both busy and not busy. no matter what the condition is my order always takes 25 minutes AFTER the estimated time it gives me to be completed. I swear I've never seen a single order placed on the designated mobile order pick up shelf. The food is great but it's irritating to be standing in store waiting for a mobile order that was supposed to be out ages before. I know the obvious solution would be to stop ordering on the app and just going in person to order but it really shouldn't be a problem to begin with. read more

The perfect girl date @justsalad Waterford Lakes location! Thanks to @yelporlando for putting me onto their fresh, crisp, and delectable bowls. I ordered the Cilantro Lime Chicken bowl which was so delicious with a mix of kale and regenerative brown rice, braised chicken thigh, and a yummy cilantro lime vinaigrette. The corn and pickled onions added much depth to the flavors in this dish. My girl friend had the Chicken Caesar Salad it was so plentiful and also super crisp romaine. Lately it has been hard to find salad spots with clean greens that don't have that chemical taste. These greens were so fresh and tasted so clean! I love that you can choose between light, medium, and heavy sauce for the salad to be hand-tossed in. You already know we ordered it heavy and it made eating healthy so enjoyable the staff was super friendly and welcoming. Will be back for more! read more

Beautiful restaurant inside, very cool Waterford Mural. They were well staffed with lots of people eager to answer questions/help, I did feel a bit rushed into ordering. Everyone was very friendly, but I would probably look at their (extensive) menu ahead of time. I ordered my meal and drink to go and was surprised by no lid for my beverage and no bag for my tableware/food items. I would definitely recommend dining in, trying to get my 2 year old out to the car without spilling everything was tough, (I do appreciate their environmentally conscious choices, I would just plan ahead for that next time). The food was very tasty, I had the spicy tofu crunch. They give you the option of light, medium, or heavy dressing and the medium was well coated. Lots of vegan/vegetarian options, which I love! read more

Made it out to Waterford Lakes to visit with a friend who suggested trying the new addition - Just Salad. We came in on Sunday at lunch time. The restaurant is very spacious with lots of room to sit and I really liked the "Waterford Lakes" artwork in the wall. We got in line and I decided upon the Honey Crispy Chicken wrap. The wrap was wrapped really well. However at the register they just handed me the wrap with no tray even though I ordered in and also had a drink. It was a bit confusing on leaving the register. My wrap was very flavorful and had a nice crunch. I enjoyed the combination of flavors and the quinoa in it. My friend ordered the Buffalo chicken wrap and she also enjoyed hers. She got a "Poppi" Probiotic soda that she had never tried before but enjoyed. I would suggest the workers at the bar maybe ask if you've been here before and if not then provide a little bit of an explanation or guidance. read more

If I could give Zero stars I would. EVERY time I go there or order, the staff is crabby, one time they scrapped of cauliflower from my salad over the TRASH when they were going to uncharge and I did not know; I ordered a plate and they give tablespoon size portions and charge over 15.00! I have seen managers yelling at staff before in the eating area; they are crabby, unkind, hasty, overcharge, and do not offer what they advertise. It is clear they are trained to be stingy and not empowered to offer a positive experience or give consumers something of value. read more

I very much like going here for salads. However, the prices are a little high so while delicious, it's not an every day visit for me. I like that you have the option to make any salad into a wrap and you can customize what you like. The only con is that I often order to go and half the time there's something minor wrong (missing silverware or dressing on top instead the side) that sort of thing. I still would recommend giving it a go. I recommend the Honey Crispy Chicken Salad or the Tokyo Supergreens salad read more
