So hard to find healthy delicious food and this was our favorite! Highly recommend the power house salad (Romain lettuce, tabbouleh, tomatoes, cucumbers, feta, and chicken. Great warm service too! Thank you George!

I had an incredible experience at Power House Cafe last time I visited the Park Ave in Winter Park. I swung by for a quick bite, and was met with a new favorite spot in Orlando! The menu was extensive, filled with someone for every taste. I spoke with the owner as he prepared my food, and he was incredibly friendly and passionate about his business. Not only that, but the food was delicious and quick! I had the power house pita, and really enjoyed it. For anyone looking for an affordable and yummy bite to eat around the Park Ave area, I would HIGHLY recommend you check out power house cafe. I can't wait until I'm in the area again so that I can go back. This is also a great small, locally owned business to support and share in the Orlando community so make sure you bring your friends!

Nice little healthy eatery in the heart of winter park. They have Mediterranean food and smoothies.

Does the trick when you are craving a healthier bite to eat while hanging out on park ave. The park ave price tag still applies, so don't be surprised that your smoothie and a small wrap comes in at just under $13. The tabbouleh and hummus pita with sprouts was very light and tasty but definitely could have eaten about 2 or 3 of them to feel full lol The service was very friendly and welcoming.

I absolutely adore Power House. I have been eating here with my family since I was little and make sure I come in at least once while I am in town. It is always a good feeling to be remembered... it makes you feel at home. My go-tos are the vegetarian chili with cheese and the power house tuna sandwich. Everything is always fresh and delicious and the staff is always welcoming and kind. Love!

    Outside dining for lunch?

Wouldn't call it "dining," but yes, they have some tiny tables and chairs outside that are fine for a max of 3 people.

I can customize them as I see fit (add more or less of certain ingredients). It's a really good "fast-healthy-food" alternative to other chain locations. Service is good (though I cannot speak to in-restaurant as often since I typically order my bowls for pickup). The staff is always kind. The location determines the size of outdoor seating. However, even despite that, they usually have a good amount of seating available, even during their lunch rush hour(s). Parking varies pending the location, but there is usually enough. Price points are fine - I mean, it's no steal, and you can probably recreate much of their options for a fraction of the cost, pending where you get your produce. But I digress; I am a Cava fan and will remain one.

When I drove back to get a refund, they said I had to call Cava Support and they gave me a fake number. Cala and Autumn were incredibly disrespectful and rude. They should have done the right thing and refunded me for our entire order. The entire team at this Cava location needs to be replaced with people that check for quality control and know what customer service is. None of them are paying attention to what they're doing and they're too busy chit chatting to get the orders right. Autumn said she was going to give me the email address but instead she gave me this fake number. Shame on you!

Wait time for me was about 10-13 minutes on that Thursday evening. Ordered 2 Thursday Combo Specials which is a pita meal-- one chicken and one gyro, then sides were rice and babaganoush (came with 8 lil pita triangles). Also came with a sufficient-sized container of sauce in each meal-- love that it was not drenched all over the pita instead as the bread could get soggy. Portions were HUGE and it was SO delicious that I literally could not stop eating-- I ate my whole meal in one sitting. The gyro was tasty, pita bread had the perfect texture, babaganoush was very refreshing and like an eggplant salsa, and the gyro pita stayed warm (even when I ate it over 30 minutes after ordering/picking it up). I am sad to have just now discovered this, but better late than never!!! It's on the way home for me, so this place will now be my go-to for Mediterranean cravings.

Relaxed vibes and service. The friendly vibe feels closer to what you get in Portugal or Brazil (I clearly haven't been to Greece) vs. the U.S.: a little messier and a bit slower, but genuinely warm and down-to-earth. I still need to try their gyros, which have received a lot of praise from other Yelpers. The also have a small selection of Greek wine and beer, and we tried one of each. I asked upon entering about the authenticity of the Greek Potatoes (which I really enjoy at Santorini's and at The Acropolis) . When my waitress came around I reiterated how I was looking forward to the Greek Potatoes and what would she recommend to go with them. I told her I was not interested in any other carbs so bring me her recommendation with veggies and whatever comes with it that she thinks would be good for me. She came back and said I HAD TO pick soup or salad - something we had discussed that I didn't want. Just the yellow potatoes & veggies if she had any that weren't all carbs. 1/2 way through the meal I asked her if there was a reason I didn't get my Greek Yellow Potatoes: this is where things went wrong. She said she was sorry that that was "her bad." As I was about to leave she said she was going to have to Add Another charge for my potatoes. 5.27 - I gave her my reasonable objection and she still said she was sorry that she forgot them but was still going to have to Charge ME. NEEDLESS to say I will not be back nor will I recommend. It was just me. $24 for the lunch special and I believe I was clear with "what does that include" and "can I forego soup and salad and substitute something else." I reiterated my objections to staff as I was leaving and retracted tip and did not order my cookies. I was calm and polite. But I felt unwelcome and cheated. Nobody tried to fix this. No bread of any kind was included and she was sure of that tho at the time all I had were a few canned green beans in sauce with nothing to use to push them onto my fork. Okay - but I could use my Potatoes for that but they were not here.
