First time I tried this place was catering for a work function. Presentation was great everything wrapped up and labeled. Looked only for the contents and was super intrigued! Loved the dressing, and the avocado and edamame really worked well would totally try more items on the menu!

I was impressed by the healthy and sustainable choices. I chose the warm chicken with goat cheese and it was delicious! The mushrooms, sweet potatoes and arugula added to the deliciousness. I had them use the cilantro lime dressing light and loved it!

The place is very clean and quiet inside. The ingredients are on display so you can see how fresh everything looks. The salad I ordered looked a little small when I got it but it was a perfect portion for me as I didn't feel hungry or too full when I finished it. It was amazing- super flavorful, chicken was juicy and the balsamic vinaigrette matched perfectly with the goat cheese and hot honey. A little pricey but so worth it for a good quality lunch.

I've only been to one Just Salad location located in Gainesville, Florida and I was obsessed. I love the different sizes of the bowls as well as the premade salads, and the fact that you can make your own salad. The prices are reasonable, and all of the ingredients are extremely fresh. They have some of the best arugula and red cabbage lettuce that I've ever had in my life. Make sure you try the quinoa as well. I don't know where they get it from, but it's seasoned and it tastes absolutely amazing!

Fresh, tasty, and plentiful flavorful ingredients abound here, and I enjoy them. In practice, Just Salad is much like other fast casual places that you walk alongside plexiglass and choose your ingredients. Or, you can choose a preset bowl or wrap of a base, sides, and protein. The space is bright and clean. Beverages are available - kombucha, beer, and non-alcoholic drinks. Real porcelain bowls are used if dining in-house. Two napkins and a plastic fork are also provided. The first time my wife and I chose JS for a meal, the whole experience was very good. This most recent visit, however, was a 180 difference apart from the lovely food. Since we chose to build our own bowl, we needed to communicate our selections and it was challenging. Additionally, we were overcharged as we later found out on the digital receipt. My conversation with one of the employees after I was finished eating helped me to better understand the pricing structure of the ingredients, but I still found it a bit confusing. Maybe I've visited C*V* down the road too many times and am used to straight-forward pricing. 5 - great food 4 - clean atmosphere 2 - cost and lack of clear pricing for build your own bowl

My Absolute Favorite place (so far) to get a chicken Caesar wrap. I appreciate how fast the wraps are made, and the fact that I can customize. I like to add roasted corn and feta to my wrap, to add even more flavor to this. It's definitely not cheap, but one of my top healthy "quick and easy" options

10/10 for my salad. I was fully satisfied with my meal and the overall experience. I got the vegan edamame salad at it was utterly delicious. The tofu was cooked to perfection. You can also build your own salad, bowl and the toppings look delicious. The people at the front were so nice and I would totally come again.

This is my second visit. My first was part of a yelp elite pass. I received the same service, quality and portions as my original visit. I have a membership to the dry bar next door for bi-weekly services and plan to visit Just Salad at minimum twice a month. The braised chicken thigh is so delicious. I've had it in the harvest salad as well as the Cesar so far. I plan to sample them all. Parking is around back and the earlier the better. Weekends are hard for the parking but it's worth it. Very filling and lots of variety. The restaurant is clean and quiet. Great place to read while relaxing with a healthy bite to eat.

Warm chicken and goat cheese salad $12 with wonton crunchies added + $0.69

We were looking forward to coming back to Just Salad after trying it out during a Yelp event earlier this year. I decided to order the same meal as before, the Warm Chicken and Goat Cheese Salad ($12) because it was so darn good. Too bad the young man who prepared my salad and checked me out last time wasn't here again because he was amazing and really hooked me up. This time around the young lady working wasn't really friendly and was more frugal with the ingredients especially the chicken and mushrooms. The other issue was the chicken wasn't warm or juicy at all. Don't get me wrong the salad was still delicious but lacking compared to my previous experience. Nancy picked out a special salad for the month and she was happy with her salad but she said the bread that was served with the salad was room temp and dried out. Our two salads cost about $30 with tax and tip. It's a bit pricey for two salads especially if you want to add on any extra toppings like the crunchy wontons, which were about .70 cents more. I would return in the future but it's hard to say I'm rushing back after my experience today.

    Nancy W.

We came here for a second time the first time we came for a Yelp event so I was looking forward to coming back and having more salad. Second experience was a little lackluster. I had a specialty salad with chicken and several other toppings it was actually pretty good. She gave me several dressings to choose from. But the bread that came with it was dried out and I did not eat it. My husband ordered the Warm chicken and goat cheese salad. The last time you got it it was phenomenal. This time not so much. The chicken was dried out and not juicy and he didn't get a large amount of toppings like last time. The two salads came to $30 with a tip and we did not get a drink. Not sure We will be back this is a little bit out of the way for us. But may try it one more time.

    Nicole S.

This is my go-to place for a comfort chicken Caesar Salad! Mine has two variations though - vegan feta cheese, and balsamic vinaigrette for dressing (medium pour) - always ask for a slice of bread and lemon, too! The salad is always made perfectly and with care. Service is quick and friendly, regardless of crowd - haven't had a bad experience yet. You can see all of the options while ordering, and watch them make your salad. Plenty of seating available inside and outside. Be sure to try one of their cookies if you are looking for a sweet ending to your meal!

I have been trying to eat healthier without compromising on flavor, this place looked good so I gave it a try. I got the Warm Chicken & Goat Cheese bowl. I liked it and disliked it, confusing I know. Everything was very fresh and the ingredients went well together. Almost tasted too healthy and not seasoned which was my main issue. If you like plain healthy food this is for you. I'm not counting this place out yet but it's not on the top of my list to return back to.

The first thing you'll notice is the size. The slice is huge and definitely lives up to its reputation. Unfortunately, the taste didn't do the same. The mushrooms weren't cooked enough for my liking, there wasn't much cheese, and the pizza just felt like it had been put together in a hurry. The crust was also pretty bland and didn't add much flavor to the overall slice. I noticed they offered a Boxed Lunch combo that included a half-brick focaccia sandwich, a choice of side, chips, and a cookie. Under the Soups & Sides section of the menu, I saw soups, salads, fruit, chips, and bread listed, so I asked if I could get the Kale Caesar Salad as my side. I was told it wasn't considered a side. That struck me as a little odd since it was listed under "Soups & Sides," but I didn't press the issue and instead ordered the sandwich and salad separately. I do wish there had been a sandwich-and-salad combo option, especially since it's Florida and 100 degrees outside--hot soup wasn't exactly calling my name that day! The Ghost Pepper Chicken sandwich was a bit dry, and I didn't notice much Swiss cheese or enough ghost pepper bang sauce to add much heat or moisture. On the plus side, the focaccia bread was fantastic, and the sandwich was piled high with sliced chicken. Even the half-brick size was plenty filling. The Kale Caesar Salad was much smaller than expected and, ironically, seemed like it would have fit perfectly as a combo side. It also contained more romaine than kale, with just a sprinkling of baby kale on top. The Caesar dressing, however, was excellent--rich, creamy, and full of flavor. At $6 for a small bowl, I was hoping for a little more substance. I also treated myself to the Belgian Chocolate Salted Caramel Cookie that would have come with the Boxed Lunch combo, and it was outstanding. Soft, gooey, and packed with flavor. Bricks & Bowls has a pleasant outdoor seating area in a courtyard setting, with tables shaded by large umbrellas. Just keep in mind that there is no indoor seating, and even with the shade, it can be pretty warm during a Florida summer. Overall, it was a decent first experience with some highlights and a few disappointments. The food had some strong points, particularly the focaccia bread, dressing, and cookie, but at around $20 for a quick-service lunch, I left feeling that the value didn't quite match the price.

I almost don't want to post this because I'd love to keep it a secret, but Athena's Roasted Chicken…read moreis a true hidden gem in Orlando! Especially if you like soup like me! The chicken is perfectly seasoned with crispy skin and super juicy inside. You can taste the quality and care in every bite. The sides are just as good and feel homemade, not like an afterthought. Portions are generous but back to the soup! Yum! The chicken lemon soup will heal your soul. It's low key, no hype, just really solid food. If you know, you know. I'll definitely be back.

Seems to have a lot of regulars dropping by for carry-out orders. Service was excellent - very nice people. Reasonable prices, but portions are fairly small. Ordered the "best chicken in town", - the chickens are very small, and the 1/4 chicken breast I had was noticeably dry. The seasonings and flavor are very good though. But I have much better from any Peruvian chicken place. Had the zucchini in tomato sauce as one side an it was outstanding. Pasta salad was average. Pita bread seemed dry. Hummus was very good. Potatoes had great flavor but also a little dry. Rice pudding dessert was very tasty. Overall I was disappointed because I had hoped this might become a go-to spot for me to hit regularly but unfortunately I cannot imagine a scenario where I'd make the effort to go back.

I tried the agua Fresca which was a strawberry mint that was so delicious. It was so well balanced and not overly sweet. My husband had a couple cocktails and enjoyed them both. We shared nachos with chicken and they were amazing. We'll be back ASAP for those alone! We also shared the fajitas and had lots of leftovers. It's a really beautiful space and a fun atmosphere.

The chicken nachos and chorizo queso were great starters. I ordered the Ginger margarita based on the raving reviews by my co-workers, even though it was not a special. And, it did not disappoint! Our bartender was fantastic and kept all of our orders straight. The hostess walked us upstairs to our reserved table for 10. The view across the restaurant was grand, but lively atmosphere and the high ceilings contributed to the challenge of carrying on a conversation. I could only talk with those who were seated close by. Shane was our server for the night, engaged with us, and kept the drinks flowing. We ordered a number of Deluxe fajita platters with massive amounts of steak and chicken. Both meats were grilled and seasoned perfectly. Copious amounts of tortillas and the fajita fixins. I really enjoyed the charred jalapeño and mushrooms. I ordered the chicken Al Carbón tacos, and enjoyed the complementary flavors of the smoked onions and the salsa cremosa. With both of these great tasing dishes, I wished I had a larger stomach! NOTES Outside seating is available (for nicer weather) and there's plenty of parking. The only downside of the night? The food took a long time to get to our table.
