Though Yelp shows their hours opened at noontime on Sundays, I recommend going in the evenings because they might not be open during the day. At their designated spot, there is a nice little outdoor play area for kids and a few outdoor picnic tables available for seating. Their little truck also comes equipped with flood lights, so the area is extremely well-lit at night. Since the churros are made to order, they are perfectly soft and crispy - everything you could possibly ask for in a churro. I ordered their basic stuffed churros, which are churros stuffed with dulce de leche filling and dusted with a generous coating of cinnamon sugar on the outside. And they are absolutely amazing! Perfectly soft and bouncy with that perfect crunch. And not overwhelmingly sweet, either. If you're wondering about size, the churros are about 7 inches in length and 1 inch in diameter, so they're not big and fat, but also not small either. A single churro makes a decent sized dessert for one person, but it is definitely possible to finish 5 of them on your own. Overall, it's a good dessert option to keep in mind if you want to get something you can share with friends and family. Definitely recommend giving this spot a try if you're strolling around the Waterford Lakes Town Center at night.
