3Natives is only about a 5 minute drive from where I work, and there are times when I don't bring lunch from home or don't want anything from the work cafeteria and will come here for a simple smoothie. I absolutely love their smoothies and their fruit bowls, but today I saw a table of ladies that had quite the spread! Wraps, different kinds of toasts (one was avocado I think), and juices. I think I definitely have to try their wraps at some point. I took a pic of their advertised Cajun wrap, look at the colors on it! Another thing I really love about 3Natives is the smell when you walk in. You know those hippie/healthy shops that just smell healthy? Like just breathing in that air normalizes your blood pressure. We got the local which is a pretty basic bowl, but it doesn't disappoint! The Açaí is cold and refreshing with granola adding crunchy and nuttiness are soo good together. Such a good experience!! We got take out. And the young man that helped us was patient and very friendly. My 4 year old and 11 year old placed their own orders and he was kind and explained things to them. He asked questions to ensure they got what they wanted. He then complimented me on their manners. The bowls were full, fresh, and delicious. I took one back to my husband and he devoured it. And even months later after trying a few other places he still says that's the best one. He got The Warrior Bowl and I got the Pink Dragon smoothie. My daughters built their own. None of us had leftovers. My only draw back was the girls in the back did not have on masks. I've had a few acai bowls at a couple of different places so far and this one is at the top of my list. I ordered the Local bowl through UberEats and added coconut shavings and peanut butter in the bowl and extra granola on the side. Everything was so fresh and the acai base was the perfect texture for the bowl. The granola added just the right amount of crunch without being too much. I'm still in search of an acai bowl that compares to the ones I've had in Maui. This one doesn't come close, but it's better than the ones at Jamba Juice, Nature's Table, and Create Your Nature. It appears they pre-freeze the acai for each bowl as mine was pretty hard when they served it to me. But after a few minutes, it softened up, and I found it to be pretty good. It's still lacking the thick, creamy texture I desire. The one in Maui was almost like ice cream. 3 Natives is a acai bowl place that popped up in the UCF area recently. I hope these college students have big pockets because it isn't cheap! It is very tasty however! I came here for lunch recently and ordered a half salad and small acai bowl (the prices listed are for the larger bowls, but they will give you a smaller one if you ask). The salad I ordered had a beautiful presentation and excellent taste. This was my first time trying an acai bowl and I really enjoyed it! The JB Bowl had peanut butter, honey, granola, hemp seeds, pineapple, strawberries, and honey. Not sure how these bowls can get away with being " healthy" because they do seem like a lot of sugar. Natural sugar at least. Helpful tip about the acai bowls: I tried saving half of it in the fridge for the next day, but it got a little melted. I'm no acai expert, but it seems it would be better to keep in the freezer and then take it out a half hour before eating it. Happy acai eating! read more

After seeing a ton of yummy looking bowls and good reviews I had to check this place out for myself! I ordered the bird: acai, peanut butter, granola, banana, strawberry, pineapple, kiwi shaved coconut, and honey. It was ready in about 30 seconds, which seemed insane.. but it quickly made sense. I didn't hear a blender or anything, it seems that their açai is pre blended and frozen into the bowls. This was somewhat disappointing as the açai was rock hard and it made stirring my ingredients nearly impossible. I'm all about simplifying processes, but I don't think this is one that should be. Perhaps if I took it to go it would have melted a bit and been easier, but dining in left me chiseling at a rock of açai. This one detail aside, it was delicious and the fruit toppings were fresh. As I was browsing the menu while eating I noticed that they have ginger shots that weren't mentioned on the menu board inside. They have a few different shots and juices in a cooler to the left of the register that I almost completely missed. Being a huge ginger fan, I had to grab one after my bowl. They have just ginger root or ginger/pineapple/honey blend, each $3. This redeemed my frozen bowl experience because I love all things ginger, lol. It provided that kickass sinus opening power I have come to love in a ginger shot. The atmosphere was nice and staff was super friendly and helpful. I will be returning to try other menu items for sure, but it would be nice if they offered the option to have your açai bowl freshly blended. read more
