3Natives is only about a 5 minute drive from where I work, and there are times when I don't bring lunch from home or don't want anything from the work cafeteria and will come here for a simple smoothie. I absolutely love their smoothies and their fruit bowls, but today I saw a table of ladies that had quite the spread! Wraps, different kinds of toasts (one was avocado I think), and juices. I think I definitely have to try their wraps at some point. I took a pic of their advertised Cajun wrap, look at the colors on it! Another thing I really love about 3Natives is the smell when you walk in. You know those hippie/healthy shops that just smell healthy? Like just breathing in that air normalizes your blood pressure. I'm really glad to have this store at such close proximity.

The curry chicken wrap has turned out to be my favorite wrap at 3Natives. I don't love their thick sauces but the taste is good. The spinach wrap is made with a spring mix, purple cabbage, chicken and cucumbers. It's fresh and vibrant looking.
Fruit fresh! Not too sweet! I approve! Service is mid. I'm a big customer service person and a greetings mean a lot. Me and my 13 year old enjoyed our Açaí bowls. Nice light option! Love, The Mum
We got the local which is a pretty basic bowl, but it doesn't disappoint! The Açaí is cold and refreshing with granola adding crunchy and nuttiness are soo good together. The fruit is fresh the blueberries were so big and delicious, the strawberry were a little sour but that added a perfect balance. The girl that welcomed us and took our order was very nice and energetic, and our bowl came out very quickly. The inside is super cute with a tropical beachy vibe. Only reason I gave 4 stars is because I haven't tried any wraps or juices but I will be back with an update!
They have the best açaí bowls. They are super quick with service and I've never been disappointed. They also have deals with Zupp which is super cool!
I got my first açaí bowl from here and enjoyed it. The açaí was very good compared to other places in the Orlando area. I got acai, bananas, strawberries and blueberries in my bowl. I couldn't get granola because they unfortunately didn't have it. I also wish they had the option to add nutella. The bowl was about $8. The staff was super friendly and my bowl was made very quickly!

This bowl was GREAT. I wasn't sure to get the JB bowl or the este bowl. The employee helped me out. It was really great and you get two bucks off if it's your first time! I will definitely be back
I'm OBSESSED with 3Natives. I tried them on a whim because Tyler Cameron is always sharing their delicious looking food and smoothies on Instagram and now I know why. Everything is super fresh and always delicious. My favorite juice is The Jam and I've loved every food item I've tried but I think my go-to is The Cobb as a wrap. I would love to get one closer to my side of town -- maybe in the new Central Parc plaza off Howel Branch in Winter Park?
Love the food and Acai Bowls from here! It's very affordable and the service is very good and fast! The inside is super cute and clean. I really like the ambiance. It's a great place for something healthy and fresh. I really enjoy the Greek wrap, the Chronic Bowl, and the California bagel. I would definitely recommend this place especially if you want both food and acai. If you go for happy hour Monday-Thursday 3pm-5pm it's buy one item get one 50% off!
Ah! I love these juice places, where people are knowledgeable about the power of raw vegetables. I had been going through cold like symptoms so I knew my immune system was weak. A weak immune system calls for a rest and lots of nutrients, in other words, a green juice. You might be thinking, "OK, I get the nutrients part, what about the rest?". Well, drinking a green juice is like having a liquid meal, so you don't use energy digesting, hence the rest for the digestive system. I added a ginger shot too. Legit place.
First time trying an acai bowl and OMG its sooo good! The chronic has acai on the bottom, granola strawberries, banana, kiwi and pineapple. The coconut shavings and drizzle of honey on top really tie in all the delicious tropical flavors. The staff is friendly and everything was prepared quickly for my to-go order. I will be back, this place is a must try!

I LOVE this place, it is my favorite açaí i've ever had, but the portions sizing down recently is getting out of control. Almost $12 for three bites is absurd. I love it here but something needs to change sbout prices so it's worth it, please !!!! read more

I'm becoming a fan of this chain. I have tried the one in lake Mary and now Oviedo and the quality is consistent . The fruit is so fresh and everything is packaged very well. I don't know what they did to those bagels but they were delicious! They were pillowy and the cream cheese was the perfect amount. I used the fruit cup to make a yogurt parfait and it was perfect! read more

I've had a few acai bowls at a couple of different places so far and this one is at the top of my list. I ordered the Local bowl through UberEats and added coconut shavings and peanut butter in the bowl and extra granola on the side. Everything was so fresh and the acai base was the perfect texture for the bowl. The granola added just the right amount of crunch without being too much. Will definitely be getting another bowl here and will have to try the other menu items as well. read more

I'm still in search of an acai bowl that compares to the ones I've had in Maui. This one doesn't come close, but it's better than the ones at Jamba Juice, Nature's Table, and Create Your Nature. It appears they pre-freeze the acai for each bowl as mine was pretty hard when they served it to me. But after a few minutes, it softened up, and I found it to be pretty good. It's still lacking the thick, creamy texture I desire. The one in Maui was almost like ice cream. There are still a few more places around town that I want to try that have acai bowls but for now when I'm craving one, this is gonna be the best place to go to in the UCF area. read more
Cute, bright, and clean atmosphere. Staff are friendly, and I very much appreciated the fact that the young lady up front realized she made one of my orders incorrectly before I even did lol. And I believe it was the manager, also included a coupon for my next order for the miss up although I really didnt expect anything. This was my second time ordering from this facility already. I do online ordering and by the time I get there, food and drinks are ready to go. The menu has a lot of healthy options and is a bit refreshing on days you dont want to eat greasy food. The drinks/smoothies are made with fresh ingredients. I need to go back and try the coffee next! read more
3 Natives is a acai bowl place that popped up in the UCF area recently. I hope these college students have big pockets because it isn't cheap! It is very tasty however! I came here for lunch recently and ordered a half salad and small acai bowl (the prices listed are for the larger bowls, but they will give you a smaller one if you ask). The salad I ordered had a beautiful presentation and excellent taste. This was my first time trying an acai bowl and I really enjoyed it! The JB Bowl had peanut butter, honey, granola, hemp seeds, pineapple, strawberries, and honey. Not sure how these bowls can get away with being " healthy" because they do seem like a lot of sugar. Natural sugar at least. Helpful tip about the acai bowls: I tried saving half of it in the fridge for the next day, but it got a little melted. I'm no acai expert, but it seems it would be better to keep in the freezer and then take it out a half hour before eating it. Happy acai eating! read more
After seeing a ton of yummy looking bowls and good reviews I had to check this place out for myself! I ordered the bird: acai, peanut butter, granola, banana, strawberry, pineapple, kiwi shaved coconut, and honey. It was ready in about 30 seconds, which seemed insane.. but it quickly made sense. I didn't hear a blender or anything, it seems that their açai is pre blended and frozen into the bowls. This was somewhat disappointing as the açai was rock hard and it made stirring my ingredients nearly impossible. I'm all about simplifying processes, but I don't think this is one that should be. Perhaps if I took it to go it would have melted a bit and been easier, but dining in left me chiseling at a rock of açai. This one detail aside, it was delicious and the fruit toppings were fresh. As I was browsing the menu while eating I noticed that they have ginger shots that weren't mentioned on the menu board inside. They have a few different shots and juices in a cooler to the left of the register that I almost completely missed. Being a huge ginger fan, I had to grab one after my bowl. They have just ginger root or ginger/pineapple/honey blend, each $3. This redeemed my frozen bowl experience because I love all things ginger, lol. It provided that kickass sinus opening power I have come to love in a ginger shot. The atmosphere was nice and staff was super friendly and helpful. I will be returning to try other menu items for sure, but it would be nice if they offered the option to have your açai bowl freshly blended. read more

Delicious açaí bowls. I had the chronic with added peanut butter. It was the perfect lunch on a hot day. The owner was very friendly and helped me decide what to order. I ate there and it was a very enjoyable, relaxing lunch. I will be back very soon. read more

One place my friends back home were telling me was that I MUST stop at 3Natives for the avocado toast. Now when I heard mango on avocado toast? It seemed very off putting, but it was light and refreshing! Items on the menu range from açaí bowls, smoothies, bagels, toasts, and even wellness shots! Such a fast, and cheap find. It's only a couple minutes from UCFs campus so catch me there weekly on my lunch breaks! read more
There aren't very many açaí bowl joints on this side of town, so I was happy to see that 3 Natives made its way to East Orlando! Coming from Gainesville, where there was another 3 Natives closed down, I had high expectations. This place never disappoints. They have a wide variety of bowls, with my favorite being the bird. I always opt to get almond butter instead of peanut butter, and it's delicious! The bowl is overall very well put together. The only comment I have to say is that I wish they put more fruit. There is a little too much açaí for me. Nonetheless, it all still tastes great! While the bowls are around $9 a bowl, it's pretty reasonable for açaí. 10/10 would recommend! read more
Probably the best acai bowl I've ever had! Granola, bananas, pineapple, mango, kiwi, strawberries, shave coconut, and warm honey, brought this delicious bowl together. My bowl was called "The Chronic" and you definitely will feel high after eating this, high on life & flavor. I paid less than $9 for a mouthgasm and I have no regrets. Go here! read more
Five stars for a healthy option near UCF with delicious açaí bowls and even better wraps. This is a small restaurant located in the Publix plaza near UCF. If you are craving a delicious sweet snack but want to have a healthy option 3 Natives is a place to consider. I stopped with a coworker for the first time during our lunch break. I got the 3 natives wrap and added chicken to it , my coworker got an açaí bowl. Our food took a little longer than expected but the place was packed when we arrived so we understood. My wrap was delicious fresh and felt super healthy. I would love to come back and try some of their other items on the menu. read more

We sampled a few choices: Tequester Dragon, Calypsso, Spin My Avocado smoothie and a Wrap. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable about their menu items. read more
