Small hole in the wall spot tucked away in Altamonte Springs! It is take out or curbside pickup only. I placed my order online and it was ready so fast. Even though the inside is just a pickup window it was still so cute. Loved the birria krunchwrap. It was big and had lots of flavor. The elote was really lime forward and creamy. Chips and queso was also great

Pros: It's a food truck. I love food trucks. Service was good. Nice fellas. No issues. The food was excellent. I love a good crunchwrap. And they gave me a side of three separate little salsas along with the birria jus. Cons: No cons. Really nice food truck. Even fairly priced. Tips: Get the birria crunchwrap. Trust me. It was very good.

Attended the Tasty takeover and was happy to see the pass kitchen there! I've ordered from their location years go and enjoyed the birria ramen with egg and their tacos so we decided to order from here. We ordered the burrito with steak and ramen ( they do not have egg at the events , I was so sad ) but the food was super flavorful and delicious. Before I knew, my hubby had devoured the burrito before I even finished my ramen lol . Service was amazing per usual we loved the food truck vibe. A lot people came out for the event!

Although I have not had the chance to visit their actual ghost kitchen location in Altamonte, I did have the wonderful opportunity to visit their food truck at the Orlando Fringe Festival. Accompanied by a friend, we stopped by The Pass Kitchen food truck with high hopes. Not only did they meet all expectations, but they exceeded them. The staff was kind and engaging. That is also part of the reason we ended up eating at The Pass Kitchen over another food truck that was in consideration. It was solely due to how engaging the staff was. Also, their frescas were super tasty, which is mostly what I had. I only had a little corner of what my friend ordered, and it was super tasty. I am not typically a burrito girly, which is what my friend ordered, but I am a taco girly. So, I am looking forward to visiting their ghost kitchen and trying out more of their menu, in particular, their tacos, because I've heard nothing but wonderful things. Finally, the price point was super reasonable. They've made a fan out of me. They will be in my fav local food spot rotation!

We went to the Tasty Food Takeover event. I ended up ordering the Beef Birria Burrito. The service was good. It was only a 15 minute wait since there was a decent size line. The Burrito was really good. I tried it without and with sauce. I loved both. I even squeezed the lime on the burrito which gave it a different flavorful taste. Before I knew it, the burrito was gone. It had me wishing it was a little bigger!

The Krunch wrap is very tasty and comes with various sauces for you to dip in! It was a little bit on the pricey side, but had great flavors and very filling!

Arguably some of the best tacos in town. The picture I added here was two tacos the day after I bought them and they were still bomb. There is nowhere to sit. You have to order for pick up online or on their site. They have a food truck that is at a lot of food truck events like tasty Tuesday in Orlando. I have never had their food from the food truck only from the location on sunrise Lane. There was one time where they didn't include one taco order, but they profusely apologized and refunded me or offered to make it, but I was already too far away.

I got the hot honey pepperoni pizza and was disappointed that they very clearly forgot to add the hot honey. So I can't speak on that flavoring but the pizza itself was good. My husband got the birria tacos and loved it. The takeout order process was long. I was told my order was ready and proceeded to wait another 20 minutes before we received our food. There was a long line waiting and only one person at the front so they just clearly seen over staffed and not an organized way for people to receive their food for Togo orders.

Local Hidden Gem As an Altamonte Springs local, I often find myself dodging the chain restaurants and looking for something more local. The Pass Kitchen is a local hidden gem that I plan to return to. Don't let the location scare you away, it almost did us. The Pass Kitchen is located in a very unusual area, which seemed to be industrial. We were thrown off by this upon arrival to pick up the to go order. Don't judge a book (aka location) by its cover! My boyfriend ordered the Birra Stacked Grilled burrito. The portion size was huge and this was delicious. I think I even liked it better than my meal. I ordered the chicken tinga burrito, and it was to die for. We also ordered a side of chips and queso. The chips were seasoned to perfection and the sauce was creamy. For the two of us, the total was around $40. I was surprised that it didn't go down when I removed several items from my burrito (such as beans), but that was ok as it was worth it. We will definitely return. Our meals were delicious, but the entire menu is appetizing, so maybe we will try a different item!

We have the pass kitchen most Thursdays because they have a booth outside of tactical brewing. I haven't been to their actual store front but we absolutely LOVE their food. The birria is tender, flavorful, and goes perfectly on the krunch wrap or quesadilla. The food amount is never skimped and the consume is delicious. The service is always friendly.

Just OKAY. Cute little taco spot. But the food is just alright. Nothing special. Got the chicken tinga tacos and steak tacos. No dine in option. Service is okay. Little disappointed because the food looks better than it tastes. A little more expensive than other take out taco places.

I could go on how amazing everything is from The Pass Kitchen! The Birria are tinga chicken are so flavorful and delicious. I've tried their Krunch Wrap, ramen, and tacos and they are all absolutely outstanding. So, so good! They're all served with their house made sauces -- so fresh and flavorful; and their consommé is AMAZING! You can tell it's been slow cooked with a lot of You do not want to miss their bread pudding for dessert. It's their homemade bread pudding, sliced up and deep fried, tossed in cinnamon sugar, dusted with powdered sugar, and served with Dulce Leche. The best!

    Krunchwrap Chicken Tinga

First, this is a kitchen, not a restaurant. There's no dining room. You can get food for takeout or catering. But do NOT let that or the location (a warehouse district) discourage you. This is some of the best food I've eaten in a long while. Fresh, well prepared, and amazing flavor await you. Quesadillas are OUT.OF.THIS.WORLD!!!

It's also served with rice, beans, guac, lettuce, and tortillas on the side. Ask for their homemade hot sauces if you like more spice (yes, they are HOT).
