My experience was tremendously terrible. I went into the establishment was hungry had a game and just wanted food before it. My team mate who is white was allowed in and was ordering food and then me and 6 other fellow African American team mates walked in and they said we had to leave the establishment due to them being closed inside the dining room. They then declined our friends order because he was with us while there was a white male waiting in the dining room for his food. read more

Every time I visit this Chick-fil-a I have the same reoccurring issue, while waiting 15 minutes for a milkshake and a lemonade, staff stood at the window gossiping about staff while they had lines out to the road. My order has been messed up several times by this same location. While at the window I figured it would be a fast process but of course people 5 or so cars behind me received their food + milkshakes etc before me. I always try to give them a chance but to many's times is enough. I hope others don't have these same issues! read more

Second time I have been here this week and they have got my order wrong . I order the chicken club with no bun. First time they left the lettuce off and gave me a bun ok I'll get over it . I went here today for lunch and was not pleased at all with my food. I understand they are busy, but a little quality control wouldn't hurt. My fry box was half full(this was not due to settling), I received 6 nuggets(2 of which I didn't eat because they were fatty) and the tea was not sweet. I just did this review but it turned up under another restaurant. SO once again.... Chick-Fil-A wants my business and knows how to get it, attention, attention, attention!!! They are SO prepared for business, putting in 500% of effort. They have someone directing traffic, at least two taking orders, someone outside of order pick up window to take money and hand out food. AND FOOD, absolutely GREAT, with healthy choices for people in a rush. BEST EXAMPLE: I was in line that made a loop and a half around the building on a Saturday at noon. Took me 7 minutes from turning into lot to getting my food, only seven minutes and I had to be 15th in line. COMPARISON: only person in line at Hardee's, took 12 minutes! Visited this location around 4:30 one afternoon and while I enjoy most of the Chick-Fil-A's I have visited this one didn't seem to be running as smoothly as the others. We waited in line to place our order but it seemed like all the cashiers were just buzzing around and nobody was on a register. Finally when we did get called to place our order the young man seemed distracted by what was going on with the people fixing the orders. Received my order and the fries seemed a little raw for my taste so I took them back and requested another order. Came back and sat at my table and it seemed like 10 minutes went by....no fries. I went back to the register to check on my fries and the employee said "Oh they have been ready we were waiting on you to come get them"??? I'm not accustomed to that type of service at other locations they usually bring it to your table. Nevertheless, I received my fries and they were made perfectly. Maybe I just went on an off day to this location but I will visit again and share my experience. read more

This location is regrettably incompetent. Every time I visit they get the order wrong. I've visited three times. The first two times I ate inside the restaurant and was able to have them correct my order. The third time we took dinner home, and of course, it's wrong. We call the number on the receipt. Manager (female) says she will send free coupons to replace our order. She sent a coupon to replace not even half of it. I'm absolutely done with this location and will drive further out of my way to go to a location where order correctness isn't at ZERO PERCENT. read more

I'm probably in the minority with my review, but I was frustrated the moment I pulled into the parking lot. The line wrapped around the store and I unknowingly waited in one of two drive thru lanes before realizing it, I wanted to come in! Then, upon my entrance I stood far back, to read the menu & figure out what I wanted... and got yelled at repeatedly by a girl who was ready to take my order! I haven't come here in ages, and wanted to figure out what I wanted to eat. I finally yelled back that I wasn't ready, but I thought the fact that I stood far back, and there was NO one ahead of me was a clue. After ordering, I turned around to get a straw but was caught up in the maze of ropes for lines....frustrating again as I was in the way for people coming IN the line. Two employees on Saturday, December 12th at 9:30. One employee in a blue jacket and another employee in a black jacket taking food to cars. The employee wearing the black jacket took the food to the wrong car but she didn't know until the car looked through the bag and gave it back to her. Anyways, she took the wrong food (the car gave back) to the window and told the employee in the Blue jacket "hold the food and act like you remade it and then give it back to me and I will give it to the right car". The blue jacket employee agreed and set the food next to her and let it stay there for a while and the black jacket employee was about to take it until I stopped her and told her "That is disgusting..." (many more words were said). Furthermore, the employees at this restaurant are young and disgusting and Chick fil a corporate offices were contacted and they need to re-train their employees at this location. Poor experience. First, lady handing me my coffee at drive thru spilt it in my lap. Then, they forgot all condiments we asked for, causing us to have to park and go back inside, to which the manager just blankly stared as we asked for our condiments. This CFA has great food, fun atmosphere, attentive staff, and often the cow comes out for the kids. It's also the only CFA near Clayton or 40/42. Would love for them to expand towards us. Love their creative special events like daddy daughter date night. read more

I would like to start this review by saying, while I am a friendly and outgoing person, I enjoy the speed of ordering via app and picking up my food, drink, whatever I getting that day. So I did my usual thing - order via the app and the proceed to walk in and pick up. The first thing I noticed when I drove up was the line for the drive thru. This is almost a regular occurrence for any Chik-fil-a I've been to but wrapped around the building at 2 with employees outside, taking orders, directing traffic and assisting customers with getting their orders filled. When it's 50° in North Carolina no less. I was acknowledged multiple times by the staff and the status of my order, while a little longer than normal because the salad was being freshly made was still out in a very efficient manner. Everyone that I spoke to was polite, friendly and attentive. The customer service here is some of the best I have seen and I truly appreciate how they went above and beyond with each customer to ensure their needs were met despite being so busy. And that line for the drive thru? Cleared by the time I left. Rockstar efficiency! read more

I really like this location and I love to bring my kids here to contain them and let them play on the playground. The staff is always extremely nice and never had a problem with food. I gave it 3 stars tho because I find every time I do go in it's difficult to find a clean table, in fact, I always clean one off myself. Also, the sanitary wipe box by the playground seems to always be empty. I usually go in during busy hours and I would think there would be someone to keep up with that stuff. There does always seem to be plenty of staff. Bummer. read more
