Went through the drive thru. It was my first visit. It was super busy, but the order taker was very friendly and polite. She took my order and payment very quickly and I moved along the very slow drive thru line. When I got my food, which was just a kid's meal, my fries were cold and soggy, and my chicken strips were cold. I waited a long time to get that food for it to be almost inedible. It was after 3 pm, and there were a lot of customer's, so I don't understand the cold food. I didn't feel like turning around to complain especially because the parking lot is one way in/out. It's too much of a hassle to maneuver with all those cars in drive thru. If I'm back in the area, I would give them another try. I will just check my food before pulling off.

We decided on breakfast at cfa for my kids. I logged into the app at 930, ordered for curbside delivery. I pulled in, not as busy as usual, which was a nice surprise. I waited a few minutes and followed the progress on the app. About a minute after the app said a team member was on their way, a very sweet lady came out and passed the bag to me through the window. We ordered 2 orders of 10 piece chick n minis for the 4 of us, and we ate all of them. Everything was perfect, with the taste of the food, delivery etc. This location tends to get very busy, especially during peak times, so be cautious of that.

Inside, the restaurant has a setup similar to Chipotle, but more with a Peruvian style feel. To order you walk up to the counter to place your order. I ordered the 1/4 chicken combo which comes with two sides. For the chicken you can choose dark or meat. For the sides I chose the corn (which was a bit undercooked) and rice. The chicken was good but it reminded me a bit of higher quality rotisserie chicken you might pick up from the store. My biggest hesitation is probably the value for the price. The 1/4 chicken meal portion feels a little expensive for the size. The daily specials seem like the better value since they also come with a drink. My partner ordered the daily special chicken tacos. They arrived cold and were covered with more raw onions then we personally prefer. The standout for both of us was the green sauce and you could add this to anything to make it taste good. Overall I'd still consider giving it another try if I'm even in a pinch and am looking for a good chicken meal.

While the location is great, the business doesn't stand out well enough to attract those that may not be looking for it. I parked into the back and entered the back door. While they sell soul food, the vibes feel super Jamaican. Black paint with green and yellow accents. Fairly large and very clean dining area. The cashier didn't really greet me when I walked up. She wasn't rude, but she wasn't friendly or welcoming. She did complement my shirt. Her non-verbal cues made me feel rushed. I had to ask her if they were sold out of anything. That information was not offered. I also had to ask her the price. I ended up ordering the lamb chops plate that came with rice, and two side. I opted for the collards and mac n cheese. It took maybe 5-8 minutes for my plate to come out. 3 other people came in, ordered and left before I did. I think it was because theybhad to grill the lamb chops. Visually the food looked delicious. Very generous serving of everything. However, the collards were the most disappointing collards I've ever had. They didn't taste bad. They just weren't seasoned AT ALL!! they just tasted like a collard with pepper flakes. The rice was just plain and Not seasoned. The mac n cheese was pretty good. They need to season the pasta a bit more and use a more flavorful cheese. The star was the lamb chops. They were a good size, seasoned extremely well, tender, and grilled to perfection! On top of that they gave me 4. They're They're the reason I'm giving 4 stars. I washed all of that down with a slice of their pineapple cake. It tasted like box cake with canned crushed pineapple on top. But it was delicious. I'd go back just for the lamb chops and cake. At $40 though, i won't go back too often. I hope the other sides are much better though!!

On my first visit, I ordered the hamburger steak with rice, along with mac and cheese and green beans for my sides. Everything was good and full of flavor. Most importantly, it's refreshing to have something in Garner that isn't just another traditional fast-food spot. The service was great and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Looking forward to coming back and trying more off the menu!

I understand as if you aren't seated when they open, you can expect a 90-minute to two-hour wait. I was hoping to get the Chicken Pot Pie this time and thought my prior visit was just off. I was thrilled that most of the menu was available. They were just out of the banana pudding. So I got to try the pecan wings I read about with the white sauce. It was so good. Then I got the chicken pot pie and biscuits. The pot pie had old biscuits for the topping, but the creamy mixture with large chunks of chicken was delicious. My biscuits came with honey and were served warm. I left with a slice of the chocolate-caramel-coconut cake, a side salad without onions, and a fried boneless thigh. The salad was made correctly, and the dressing was included. The salad was full of veggies, and the cake was rich and moist. Service was friendly and as soon as I finished my iced tea, another appeared. My wings were brought out first and it was a while for the rest of the meal as the restaurant was full. But they didn't rush me at all. I actually liked the space between the dishes, as I might not have been able to eat it all otherwise. I couldn't finish both biscuits and was even provided a container for the honey. I am going to miss Beasley's, but I'm glad I got a positive experience to remember the restaurant.

They were out of a lot of items already, and the menu we knew pre-covid wasn't as exciting. The items that were the same, were good, but much more expensive and smaller. Had the hot chicken sandwich, which was mostly bread, but hot and flavorful. The hot chicken benny's that my fam got looked good, but they moved to a different recipe (or cut the biscuits into 3rds to save money). They looked skinny and dense. Most of the menu moved to rice flour where it could, to be more accommodating of the 8% of people with a gluten allergy.......... I think the area will be fine without it, and there is always Danes and others that are very good. I doubt that the Meeker group will find another restaurant to fill that area, so it will likely be fallow for a long time. could be wrong, but know one can afford the rent that has basically doubled on leases in Wake county over the last 6 years. The only seafood place in Cary (full moon oyster bar) had its rent doubled, they are replacing it with a shake shack. Way of Wake. At any rate, say goodbye if you have fond memories (to full moon as well, cept they are already gone as of dec2025).

Honestly, it's the closest thing I've found in the area to that classic Chicago fast-food experience. Their burgers and Philly cheesesteaks also look solid, and I'll definitely be working my way through the menu. I'll gladly go out of my way for this place whenever I'm craving a real-deal gyro like I used to get back home. The only thing missing?
