The app said 15 minutes and I usually go in about 5 minutes sooner in case my meal is done early. In this case, it was! I went into the men's room to wash my hands and the bathroom was clean and tidy. I came out and asked if my order was ready for pickup and the nice young lady handed it to me with a smile and said to have a nice day. In my car, the food was steaming hot with lots of peppers, meat, and cheese. The flavor was fabulous and cooked to perfection. Maybe my visit was a unicorn type visit and I got lucky, but I experienced none of the negative things that past reviewers had. All in all, a great meal at a decent price and all my expectations were met.
