We in this McDonalds to get coffee and a McGriddle bacon no cheese. The girl at the counter was friendly and knew how to use my coupon without having to ask a manager (never happens) The sandwich was good sweet and savory just warm enough (if you special order anything they make it fresh) I gave a 3 star because the coffee was almost cold I mentioned to the girl and the manager over heard- checked the machine and the burner was off. This location has people who put their fingers down inside the clean cups before they add the soda or tea, etc. It's an easy way to grab the cup, but whatever happened to the dispensers that had the person grab the bottom of the up, pull it off the stack, fill with drink and then put the lid on? I don't want anyone's fingers inside the cup where my drink is going. read more

Yesterday we came to this mcd and we were more disappointed than any of our trips here. We ordered 40 nuggets and 6 sandwiches and when we got our bag after waiting 20 minutes in a parking space, we didn't see any sauce that we ordered. I went inside the store to ask for sauce and the employee rudely said that they were at the bottom of the bag. She handed me 4 sauces and I made my way home. As we arrived home to unpack the food, not only were there no sauces at the bottom of the bag but we were also missing 2 mc chickens. To say the least, we were pretty disappointed. The food took about 1 hour to arrive and then they forgot my chicken nuggets, the fries were cold, and the sweet tea tasted very weird.

Service is usually fast EXCEPT ON SUNDAY. Do not come here on a Sunday when it's nothing but Americans working. Young man at the register literally refused to make eye contact when I could see my order sitting at pickup. I use to go here all the time and I absolutely loved this location. I go weekly and the past few months have been awful. I order on the app which should make it faster but it doesn't. You will wait atleast 30 minutes to get your order even if you order it online and pick up in store or go through the drive through. I might as well go to a sit down restaurant at this point. Worked late doing Uber/Lyft and parked in the lot about 4ish. Expecting to grab breakfast when they opened. So I watched a show on my tablet while waiting. Then the manager comes in does a round and has somebody come shine high beams at me in some unmarked economy car and shouts at me that "I'm gonna have to leave the property". Food was very good today, in that it was fresh and hot. Guess what happened though?! So we walk in, and the manager is talking to an employee. OK, let me rephrase, she is raising her voice and speaking in a loud and condescending tone. Hmm, turns out the older lady worker is spanish, and has limited english. (I spoke to the spanish worker, shortly after that.) The employee kindly apologizes and says she will have to get the manager. Guess who? The manager asked if I was buying a paper, to which I replied no. Then she said she could not give me change. Mcdonalds is mcdonalds and I have already reviewed one so I will keep this one short and to the point. Food came out super quick and staff was polite. It's close to the movie theater so it is a good place to get a quick bite to eat before the show. They gave me a free frap, not sure why but that was nice of them for sure. read more

Yes, this is a McDonalds...the McFood is all the same. This review is mainly for the location. This one has a nice layout. It is not a McCafe, but they did set up a corner of the restaurant with a stone fireplace with a big screen tv above it. Around it are a number of comfy leather armchairs. There are usually one or more copies of the N & O floating about here, as well. If you're doing a lot of shopping at White Oak Crossings, this is a good place to come and relax for a bit and read the paper. read more

I went to the McDonald's located on Carillion Dr. in Garner, NC. I ordered a strawberry milkshake and a caramel frappe. I showed the lady at the first window my bar code to be scanned towards the 5 Mccafe items. She did not scan my bar code but told me I would get a credit for both items which I doubted since she did not scan the bar code on my cell phone. When I arrived at the pickup window and told that Employee what had happened, she just shrugged her shoulders and said it was too late to get credit for my purchases and that she did not even have a scanner.
