My daughter had a Christmas gift card. Food was hot and I didn't realize they had a diet lemon shake. It was delicious! 10/10

I am truly a fan. However, I struggle with your company's DEI rollback. It doesn't help that my orders are consistently filled incorrectly.

Went through the drive thru. It was my first visit. It was super busy, but the order taker was very friendly and polite. She took my order and payment very quickly and I moved along the very slow drive thru line. When I got my food, which was just a kid's meal, my fries were cold and soggy, and my chicken strips were cold. I waited a long time to get that food for it to be almost inedible. It was after 3 pm, and there were a lot of customer's, so I don't understand the cold food. I didn't feel like turning around to complain especially because the parking lot is one way in/out. It's too much of a hassle to maneuver with all those cars in drive thru. If I'm back in the area, I would give them another try. I will just check my food before pulling off. read more

The team lead/ manager not sure which one (she had a white and red striped shirt) was very unwelcoming. She went to each white person in the room and held a lengthy conversation and didn't even say hello to us. At one point she proceeds to lean on the back of my boyfriend's chair while talking to someone. Then even after her multiple conversations are done she starts cleaning tables around us and still doesn't acknowledge either of us. Very rude. It makes me wonder how she treats her black employees. read more

Their food just isn't what it used to be. The chicken has gotten smaller in length and thickness. The last time I ate there is the last time I'll go, and I've been going for years. The chicken was dry and no flavor. Their fries have always been tasteless to me, but this last time was the first time I can say I liked them. We decided on breakfast at cfa for my kids. I logged into the app at 930, ordered for curbside delivery. I pulled in, not as busy as usual, which was a nice surprise. I waited a few minutes and followed the progress on the app. About a minute after the app said a team member was on their way, a very sweet lady came out and passed the bag to me through the window. We ordered 2 orders of 10 piece chick n minis for the 4 of us, and we ate all of them. Everything was perfect, with the taste of the food, delivery etc. This location tends to get very busy, especially during peak times, so be cautious of that. read more

I try to avoid this location and go to the one on Timber Drive as much as I can. However, earlier this week didn't have a choice and went through the long line in the drive-through. After getting get back on the highway I find out they forgot some stuff on my order. Called in with the receipt number and was still told I needed to come in person to submit a complaint or refund. It was soup, and it would be clearly sitting at the windowsill by the little blonde server, who was more worried about her Apple Watch than my order. We got the crackers and no soup or utensils. Meaning she forgot to grab a bag. I'm looking at the prior reviews and it looks like they had a bad week with order fulfillment. This location never meets Chick-fil-A standard but I hope they can get better on the quality side. Lord knows this business already has the quantity. read more

I will never ever order from this Chick-fil-A again. This is the second time I've had an order that has been absolutely completely wrong. I had a large pickup order a couple months ago that was missing half the order when I got home. Made the mistake of trying again, this delivery attempt was literally missing over half of the items. The bag was sealed so this wasn't the fault of door dash or the delivery driver, it was the fault of Chick-fil-A. I've never been in a Chick-fil-A as dirty as this location was on Friday night. 5/12/23. It was just before eight. The drive thru line was wrapped around the building and on to the road so we decided to go inside. One person was finishing up their order as we were welcomed up. The counter where we ordered at was so dirty the we didn't even want to guy to put the cups in them. Restaurant was fairly empty but had to look at a couple of tables to find one clean enough for us to wipe before being able to sit. Wife went to the bathroom and there was only 1 stall that was nasty. One stall that wasn't backed up, full of poop and peed on seat . This was the worst case and display of not caring enough to clean from a chic-fil-A. Food was good but t definitely not the best look the restaurant. Low standard for such a great place to eat. Friendly And helpful staff at every location usually. I hope it was justified a bad moment. Never hesitated putting in an order when the office works make a lunch run. Now I have to think about it. i understand someone's new, but she missed an entire order for my kids, no kids toys, wrong dressing, waited longer.. Especially when we came all the way out specifically for an order. I'm upset. Consistently SLOW drive through. Even after they opened the dine in back up, it's still so slow! 2:00 in the afternoon and still a 35 min wait. Also terrible traffic flow design. I'd recommend people drive a little further and find another more efficient store. At least the people are consistently nice. read more

The traffic and wait for this location is ridiculous! People waiting in line are blocking traffic and it's a mess. 2 minutes ago I understand it's tough with COVID going on and everything, but really? They had both drive-thru and curbside open. The line was wrapped around the building and, closed-off was a space for a second line (that wasn't even being used). This pushed the line way out and caused it to block in every single car that was parked for curbside - and no one would let anyone out. Cars started jumping the curb and driving through the grass. Come to find out it's because they were taking orders all the way around the back with no line in front - employees were holding up the like and causing unnecessary congestion. When I FINALLY got to a space (not a curbside one, farther down, cause I wasn't even trying to play that game) my food was brought out. It was cold, by the way. Whatever, I just wanted to leave. I parked somewhere else and went to put ketchup on my sandwich (good thing!) And there were, not one, but TWO dead insects in my sandwich. I tried calling, just to warn them to check the lettuce, but guess what...no one answered the phone. Whatever. I can't help the next people, but I won't be visiting again. This seems like a fabulous place to work. It was a fabulous place to visit for sure. The staff was amazingly friendly and really on top of their game. Avery kept customers entertained with his humor and friendly demeanor. Steven took our order and although I didn't speak clearly and ended up with the buttered biscuit instead of the chicken biscuit I thought I ordered (my daughter confirmed this was my mistake) he made it right and have me a chicken biscuit right away. This morning crew is friendly and helpful. I was laughing in line to order and smiling as I ate. They were efficient and it was a breath of fresh air in a fast food place. Someone was always in the dining room cleaning and restocking. Bathrooms are clean. No complaints. I'll actually go or if my way to eat here again. read more

When you approach restaurant you'll see 2 lines for drive thru however if you take the right lane you'll soon find that you've driven around the building and only 1 lane is open. This is my go-to place to eat whenever I'm doing some light shopping at White Oak and they normally have two lines going and are pretty good with giving us plenty of sauce! The last time I ordered a milkshake, it was definitely watery by the time they gave it to me and it may have been because I had to wait for so long because the kids expediting my order did not know I had a milkshake? I also asked for no whipped cream but it had whipped cream on it but it was melted and watery meaning it was sitting for a while before it was given to me. Yeah I could have went back through the extremely long line to get another one but I had to go to work and didn't have the time to do that because of a mistake that was not mine. read more

I've had Julia take my order twice and each time has been an infuriating experience. With what few words she does say, she speaks to you with the biggest attitude and during our most recent encounter she did not even ring in half of my order because she could not be bothered to pretend to pay attention to me. I work in the service industry so I typically do not judge or get upset with service workers because I understand. But Julia actually makes me so angry, someone needs to teach her some manners. read more

When I inquired abt the status at 10mins 3 staff members did not seem worried about it and explained my name wasn't on the list yet and that they get the people in line first... finally after watching everyone in line leave with their food in hand, I asked a lady how long she had waited on her mobile order. 5 mins. I then get the manager Avery and he says he does not see my name anywhere. He got my order together & gave me 2 cookies. Ahhhh anyone giving a bad review for any Chic fil a needs their head checked. Its amazing food at moderate pricing with extraordinary employees. Though I must say I was rather let down after no one removed my tray off the table and I actually had to get up and walk to the trash can to throw out my rubbish, a mear inconvenience for what I get at this wonderful establishment. This is the slowest location I've ever been to. I was there for 20-30 minutes at least and I was on my way to have lunch with my son at his elementary school and missed it due to this. (Side note) I'm a person that's hardly ever late. I plan accordingly and leave early just in case something happens. They had no one out there taking orders as I'm use to seeing when they are backed up. One finally came out he comes to me asking for my order when I finally reach the speaker to order. I pay with him I eventually get to the front and the gentleman ask me for payment again I explained I already paid and give him my name. They seemed a little unorganized I'm not sure if they are short staffed or not but. Now I have a kids nugget meal just sitting cause he ate lunch at school since I didn't get there in time truly upset that I missed lunch I took time off of work to do so.
