My 11-year-old granddaughter gets any burger plain, just the cheese, meat, and bun, and she LOVES them, my daughter gets the Butter Burger Deluxe, and I switch around, with the mushroom Swiss being one of my favorites. She then walked back to our table with me to inspect the receipt and my family's food for herself. I've never in my life had to prove that a restaurant made an error on my order in order to get it corrected. I was polite and even smiled when I took the receipt and the wrong order back to the counter and asked for a correction. The person who responded instantly made me a suspect. I guess, I forgot what part of the South I was in. The correct sandwich did eventually arrive, but by that point the experience had already soured the meal entirely.
