So while on the road I thought I just stop in. I was pleasantly surprised. You come in and the facility is super clean, they were actually cleaning it while I was there. As soon as you walk in you can see the biscuit station so that you know all the biscuits are made fresh. And standard breakfast sandwiches so sausage, they can, chicken, the usual period I tried the sausage and the honey and spicy chicken. I actually got a free bacon egg and cheese biscuit as well. They got my water wrong and they were so nice that they didn't fuss about it they just went ahead and gave me my right order, no hesitation at all! We were visiting Raleigh, NC, and Biscuitville was recommended to us for breakfast. We visited the one on Western Boulevard. The food was good and good prices. However, I was very disappointed when we got back to our Hotel room and saw that they failed to put butter and syrup in the bag for my pancakes. To be fair, they did ask what condiments we wanted, but who eats plain pancakes. Maybe in some parts of the country or world they do. I used to like Biscuitville but that has significantly changed over the past years since they have been open. My visits to this location find that the biscuits are often cool (not warm or hot), the eggs have a liquid egg yolk carton taste, the sausage is overcooked and thin leaving out any remaining taste, hash browns are straight from a crematorium due to its hard and dry nature, and the blueberry muffins are often overly outside hard and dry that excessively sticks to the liner causing a huge mess rather than a pleasant treat. The staff appears to be superficially friendly mixed with a customer-averse atmosphere. Upon observation of other patrons, whenever there is an issue (wrong order, over/under cooked, bad taste, etc...), staff often jump to a conclusion to refund the customer rather than attempting to make it right or adjust existing orders to maintain customer satisfaction. This particular location has an employee mantra of "I cant do that" in their vocabulary. In most cases, a refund is offered leaving consumers without food. On other occasions some employees seem condescending towards customers. It's not quite the Seinfeld "Food Nazi", but becoming that way. The place is clean, plenty of parking, with a refreshed and pleasant look. Early morning orders can be a challenge as there are long commuter breakfast lines but no mobile app pre-order options, the payment window is habitually closed leaving all transactions at one window holding up progress to snails pace standards. Sadly, my recent four early morning stops were poor with cold food and cold service. Prices are somewhat higher than other fast food breakfast locations. read more

I always order the same thing which is their made from scratch fired chicken biscuit and their seasoned fries. They remind me of delicious potatoes wedges. My second favorite thing is that they serve breakfast all day so you get to enjoy their food at anytime of the day. *Menu They offer different breakfast sandwiches, breakfast platters and breakfast sweets. I have been coming to this Biscuitville for some time now. The food and service are usually ok besides a heavy set girl who plays on the drive thru headset. Today, 5/24/23, I went to the bathroom and fell not knowing they had a wet floor, there was no sign for caution. They were busy so I thought the food would be hot and good. First they have someone outside taking orders, great. Not great instead of standing near the menu board for those that have never been there she is standing far behind it, I didn't get a chance to see the menu, which I stated I had never been there before. I ordered a basic biscuit and ask if they had hash browns to which she stated yes then mumbled for me to just hurry up and made a face at me. After I ordered she handed me a menu, that would have been nice to have in the beginning. She never offered a combo which again I have never been there. First of all I've visited this location 2x in the last 4 days 1st visit we walked in the staff was working doing the normal but once I ordered I realized the person that was the cashier had gloves on took our payment turned around pulled out the biscuits and left them on the back table out for 5 mins until the sausage was ready...long story short the cashier was touching everything including money and trash.... I'm utterly impressed. My good friend kept insisting that I try this place, despite how generic their company name sounds. Biscuitville? Almost sounds like it could be a spoof. I only tried one item but I have to say it was mmm mmmm GOOD. I had tried Rise biscuit sandwiches two days prior and felt like Biscuitville biscuits were much better and more rustic. I had the honey spicy fried chicken biscuit sandwich. Even now a week later, this sandwich is still on my mind. The honey is actually placed inside the sandwich as a very thick layer and seems so fresh. The chicken was flavorful and not too dry either. I'm sad we don't have a Biscuitville in Los Angeles...I would go there every day if I could! Biscuitville knows too. I ordered the turkey sausage biscuit with egg, and it was better than any breakfast sandwich I've had anywhere else. The biscuit was light, buttery, and fluffy, the egg was cooked perfectly, and the sausage...wow. I've been a fan of turkey sausage for a long time, and this was one of the best I've had. On their website they try to present their brand of NC franchise stores as something special with regionally sourced ingredients like their flour, pork, eggs and honey etc. But I called to ask questions and it turns out that they make the biscuits with shortening, which is a processed, hydrogenated GMO oil product that doesn't even taste good...yuk!....no thanks! And they don't even have real 100% butter to put on the biscuits, just a cheaper butter and oil blend; again, no! And the 3rd strike is that they have no real cheese options, just American cheese, which isn't really cheese; again, it's processed hydrogenated GMO oil! People wake up and stop putting artificial, chemical-laden, fake food into your bodies and kids. Demand natural ingredients and be willing to pay more for healthy food that will taste much better. Count chemicals, not calories and learn the difference between healthy fats (like real grass-fed butter, olive oil, coconut oil, avocado oil, walnut oil etc) and bad fats (which are hydrogenated and partially hydrogenated cottonseed, canola, soy, corn oil which are also genetically modified and therefore contain pesticides and preservatives!!). In my opinion, you shouldn't be in the biscuit making business if you aren't going to make them with real butter and have 100% butter to spread on them. My message to all restaurants: just use natural real food products and your sales would skyrocket because it would taste so much better and people would be willing to pay more. And these corporatist might sleep better at night knowing that they aren't slowly poisoning people with detrimental ingredients that are being used to increase their profit margin...sinful really. It's just so sad that in America businesses like this are successful because the average American isn't more discerning and will put all manner of crap into their bodies. The sanitation grade of 99.5 was prominently displayed behind the counter. I stopped in for a sausage biscuit this morning. The place was busy so there was a little bit of a wait. Food is good but early morning service is lousy at this location. I've put in a catering order in at this location two times. I had thought it would be convenient for work events. I set a pick up time for 605 in the morning both times. I expect to pick it up at this time so I won't be late for work. The male manager the first time told me it would take an additional 20 minutes to get the order because they had not started on them. I told him I didn't have that time and left without my order. I decided to give them a second chance yesterday. I arrived at 605 to pick up my order placed the day prior. The same manager as before said they were working on them. I told him I had to leave by 620 and he said they should be ready by then. A little after 630 I received half of my order. I mentioned that I would want a refund for the missing portion but could not stick around any longer because I would be late for work. I've still not received a refund to the card I used. I am asked for a pick up time upon placing a catering order. My pick up time is not when they should start making the order I placed. I have had great experiences with catering and service at other locations. read more

I had breakfast twice here on vacation and I will say my meal the second day was 10x better the second day. I got a Grilled Chicken with Egg and Cheese on a Biscuit not English Muffin like on the menu. I had a wait 5 minutes as they had to cook the chicken cause they ran out. I was getting frustrated with the wait cause it felt forever but when it came out and I ate a fresh sandwich it was delicious.
