I did notice others entering behind me and for some reason, they were not acknowledged or assisted until my order was completed. Strange??? At one point, the customer behind me was starting to feel neglected and almost left. One thing I highly recommend is Dave's Cherry Cream Soda. It was a light and refreshing way to cool off and I just couldn't stop going back for refills. It paired perfectly with the Dave's Single Burger which included a hamburger patty, American cheese, onions, lettuce, tomato, pickles, mayo and ketchup between a premium bun. The French fries were crispy with just the right amount of salt. Drinks are self-serve and the machine boasts 100 flavor choices. For dessert I chose to purchase a Caramel Crunch Vanilla Frosty Fusion. (Who picks these names?) The frosty was very sweet with touches of caramel and a bold vanilla flavor. It's finished with a topping of tiny toffee flakes that are also mixed in. It gives you the "'crunch" that the name implies. Overall, a tasty meal.

Terrible experience with Juan, the VP of this restaurant. I had just come off a 3-hour flight, exhausted, hungry, and honestly just excited for Chick-fil-A to be my first American meal after traveling. I placed an order that included a sandwich along with other food, and when we received the bag, the sandwich was completely missing. I calmly went back to the counter to let them know, and that's when I was greeted by Juan. Instead of listening or trying to help, he immediately became defensive and insisted that I never ordered the sandwich. I explained that I wasn't there to argue and that I absolutely did order it, but even offered to pay for another one just to resolve the situation quickly. The way he handled it was extremely unprofessional, especially for someone claiming to be a VP. To make matters worse, I had also asked for cheese on two of the sandwiches, and when we checked the food, there was no cheese at all. No explanation, no apology, and no effort to correct the mistakes. After a long flight, the last thing I expected was to be talked down to and made to feel like the problem for simply asking for what I ordered. This experience was disappointing, frustrating, and not at all what I expect from Chick-fil-A, especially from someone in a leadership role. read more

Worst experience at this location. So I went through the drive thru tonight and it took at least five minutes before the driver thru person came back to help me. I mean we were directly behind the car in front of us and then I didn't see it anymore when I was done ordering. I get to the window And now I know why it took so long and why my order is wrong because the manager (short white female) was barlIng orders at everybody that no one wanted to put up with her. She was talking down to everybody and that's probably why my order is wrong. I didn't get my sauces, salad, or chickfale deluxe. And on top of it all my shake was dripping all over the cup. Won't be back. Should have read all the reviews before coming here. read more

I was in this Chick-fil-A this morning at 10:26 am I wanted to order some breakfast but they told everybody there was no more breakfast being made because the moron who is taking the order didn't know what the hell he was doing. I love this Chick-Fil-A! I frequent this location about 1-2 times a month, and every time I receive consistent excellent service and hot, delicious food. The spicy sandwich is my favorite, but I also love their grilled sandwich as well. And for breakfast I recommend the grilled egg white sandwich! Mmmmmmm! The people here are always friendly, which is to be expected at Chick-Fil-A. Even the owner comes out to the dining room to visit once in a while, which is a nice touch. Since the opening of this store, it's become quite busy on the weekends, which must mean they are doing something right!! A+ all the way! read more
