Can't say enough good things about Chick-fil-A's Catering Delivery option! We had our son's 2-year-old birthday party at the park, and we were able to get everything delivered and it was awesome. From sandwiches for the adults to trays of nuggets and fruit for the kids--they even have drinks and bags of ice! Came here on the way to knotts berry farm from san diego, the drive thru worker was super friendly and happy. Also they serve lunch items during breakfast! You just have to wait 5-10 minutes since they make it fresh for you. read more

My boyfriend and I were coming home from a trip later in the evening and starving. Since chick-fil-a has healthier items in the menu, we chose there. He ordered the breaded chicken which I'm sure tastes good, but I ordered the grilled chicken and it tasted like frozen chicken that has been frozen for a tad to long. The taste was just funny, I didn't enjoy it at all. We also decided to order a cone, the ice cream was icy. Wasn't what I expected when eating there. I hadn't had chick-fil-a in about 7 years (seems like an exaggeration, but it is not). It wasn't what I remembered. Waffle fries were slightly on the colder side... I don't know. I work up the street at a grocery store we just had catering from this company. I felt that the food was okay so I went to the restaurant to grab a lunch sense I wont be able to later seeing as I'm working 14 hours today. Well I ask for my food and at the window am not greeted and what I received was attitude, I write it off and I park were they tell me to. (Its 8 am) well I wait and am given a sneer as this women walks up and shoved the food in my hands and walks away with attitude saying over her shoulder "have a good day" only after I say have a terrific day. I work in customer service and I have my off moments too and seeing as we are having trouble I can understand why. I had a great lunch here today! I ordered the Spicy Southwest Chicken Salad. They correctly made my salad without cheese, per my request. Everything was fresh and delicious. I especially appreciated that the lettuce was high quality and all in premium, fresh condition. I am very particular about lettuce, and I did not find a single questionable piece (surprising for a fast-food salad). My fruit cup was also great. I appreciated that there were no melons, just fresh apples, grapes, blueberries and strawberries. Tasty! read more

I gave this place a bad review a few weeks ago, but since then my childhood friend bought this location. I'm really glad he did! One of the nicest, most respectable people I've ever known. I've been here way too many times for my own good but the staff is always on their A-game, especially during busier times. They are absolutely amazing! I'm not sure of other locations always decorate each table with fresh flowers but it's a lovely touch and shows they pay attention to detail. read more

I love chic. This location was so slow, and seems a departure from what I typically see at chic fila elsewhere. They seem to have dropped the whole "it's my pleasure remark" and quality of service is simply not up to speed. I have been here 3 times this past week and had large but easy orders, and they sort of messed them up each time but also took a long time. The thing that stook out to me the most was the quality of the customer service. Every time we come the employees are always really polite and very friendly. I've been to this location a few times before but I went in today with the kids I nanny and was not very happy with the customer service we received. When it was our turn in line, the cashier Audrey/Aubrey? didn't greet us or smile, she took our order with a bad attitude and didn't even get our order correctly. The manager was walking to each table and greeting and talking to the other guests, all except us. He walked past us multiple times and never looked our way. Food was average. When i went to order at the counter a lady whose name-tag literally said 'lady' took my order with a poor attitude. She didnt seem to be very happy to be there maybe she was having a bad day. Anyway I was eating my food when another lady who looked like she just got hit by a tornado strangely asked me if I wanted any water. I said no thanks and somewhat appreciated the hospitality and thought nothing of it. Heres the fun part: I finish eating and go outside to the patio eating area and sit at one of the tables while i wait for my uber home. Needed some catering items to bring to a meeting for 20. Called the day before and ordered two trays. Stopped in 745 this morning and young Mr Jablonski did a great job for us. Was in area and asked girls in my office if they'd want Chick-fil-a and when asking 3 girls what they want it's not a quick response! In placing my order in the drive thru I was slow to order with the texts coming through but the girl taking my order was super understanding. Then I get to the window and am text a complete meal change for one of the girls-I let the gentleman at the window know I have an order change but I can just add it since they had surely already made the previous sandwich. He provided great customer service letting me simply make the meal switch, confirming which one as to not make a mistake on the remainder of the order. I've always found customer service to be on point at this location, whether inside or via the drive thru. The food has mostly been pretty good, but the waffle fries received via the drive thru are frequently lukewarm and meh. I have never been a huge fan of chick-fil-a, but for some reason this restaurant was some of the best fast food I have ever had. The cashier (Ryan) was outstanding and very kind to me. The food is cheap and well made, and comes out incredibly quick. The restaurant is clean, and there are plenty of employees to help you out. I'm a regular and love the traditional chicken sandwich and "side salad"-the healthy & fresh romaine lettuce ( along with the roasted walnuts and peanuts) is the healthiest and best tasting I've experienced of any restaurant around, not to mention fast food. The Owner-Operator, Glenn, (very friendly and professional), who is always working the kitchen service line, has created a Great Team culture and truly offers a consistent 5- Star Customer Service Attitude; not easy to do with young employees in a high employee turnover industry. With that said, one particular young high school employee who consistently offers and demonstrates Extraordinary Customer Service is Ryne. I do love me some Chick-fil-A, but it's so disappointing when my rare indulgence in fast food is ruined by an individual location that is not up to par. These guys mess up so consistently I almost think it's on purpose. I order the same thing every time: Spicy Chicken Sandwich with no butter. Not that complex, right? Somehow, every time I pull away from the drive through I find myself with a Spicy Chicken Sandwich with no pickles (with butter or without). So, I start ordering a "Spicy Chicken Sandwich WITH pickles but NO butter." That should solve it, right? No--more pickleless sandwiches for me. Last time I went, they got it right--except the bun was burnt (literally black inside). Whoever made the sandwich had to have known it was burnt and just didn't care--which makes me wonder how much they care about less conspicuous cleanliness and food safety issues. I'm done with this place. It will be "my pleasure" to drive to the San Marcos location, which is much better. read more

I remember hearing that this is a Christian establishment years ago, and although many Americans are anti- Christian these days I just don't buy into the media propaganda about they being bad, because all of my Christian friends are the most balanced, honest, and caring people I know. Their faith keeps them that way, so the hospitality along with the good food puts me in a good mood every time I eat here, but, was I that surprised when I drove through the drive through the drive thru and was told that the car in front of me had paid for my meal. The one star is just for tonight's safety issue. I'm hoping upper management reads this so no one gets hurt. I walked in about 9:15 tonight and the floor was wet. I went to the seating area (for a dry floor) to walk to the counter and it was wet there as well. I had to hold on to tables then the counter because it was so slippery! There was an older woman who was right behind me also walking like she was on slippery ice and said how dangerous it was. At the counter I showed the young man how my shoes were sliding on the water and he explained it was near closing time...45 minutes til 10 is not near closing. I said they could have a law suit on their hands if someone fell but at his age, probably didn't understand. And not his fault. I wish I would have asked for a manager to express my concerns about safety. I understand the kids want to get out of work asap when it closes but if someone slipped and got hurt, your company would be liable. Leave floor washing til the end. I sure won't be ever going there late again, if at all. Too many other restaurants open late. read more
