Very fancy building, I felt like I was in Southcenter while in line. Prices were cheaper than other restaurants, I paid around $18 for 2 deluxe meals (regular and spicy). I docked 'em 1 star only because drinks weren't large but medium, I figured deluxe applied to the beverages as well. Not cheap sandwiches slapped together, you get big chicken portions, tomatoes, pickles, lettuce, and their home and zesty buffalo sauces are delicious. When I heard of "waffle fries" I thought they were going to taste like waffles- which I wasn't on board with unless it was breakfast! But nope, they are waffle-shaped fries and taste like fries! Fast service, great quality food. Smart to have that long drive-thru lane as they get packed. Lady at the window said they do have DoorDash, hopefully they'll incorporate UberEats (this doesn't affect my review at all). I have no idea if the customers need remediation in ordering a Chicken Sandwich or the staff just moves at sloth speed, but if you manage to fight your way into the drive thru line that can inexplicably be entered from two directions, although it's sometimes blocked off with cones, don't expect it to be quick. And there's a decent chance you won't be able to escape once you manage to acquire a chicken sandwich because the parking lot is cramped and people line up randomly for the drive thru. read more

I came through for lunch around 2 in the afternoon. Decided to go through the drive through and asked for some sauce for my fries. No sauce was provided. So I thought "no big deal, I will go in and get some." I walk in and stood right at the front and was noticed by multiple employees but no one had the courage to ask what help they could provide. We love Chic-fil-A and have been patronizing since they opened way back in Maryland. They are few and far between here in Washington but the few we have visited have been ok. We dropped into the location in Covington after a game at the local high school on our way back home ( 1 hour dr). The drive through was PACKED so we decided to go inside. It was also packed. Granted they were closing at 10pm and it was 9:45pm we decided to just go in and get our food. We ordered at 957pm and there were at a minimum 12 people behind us in the line. The place was almost empty and it was 10:20pm and we still didn't have our food. When my hubby inquired about why everyone else that orders after us received their food first, he says we are just giving food out randomly! Do what now?? Ok I get it. I have an order of 4 items and there may be some single orders so we wait. And wait.... and another guy who literally had just walked in gets his order. We inquire again and still no food. I'm so disappointed with the way he was talked to. We didn't get the normal my pleasure or anything. So we sat down. Finally we received half of our order (the adult food) then had to wait another 5 minutes for the kids food. Once that was brought to us we were the only people in the building. They did bring us an extra nugget and some cards for free sandwiches. After I inquired if they were good at other locations and was told yes. We ate and had the kids pack up their remaining food and we left. I wasn't going to write this review but I just looked at the damn cards and they are only redeemable at this location!!!! We obtained our premium sandwich from our last visit to a Chick-fil-A and I ordered two of the regular CFA sandwiches, one premium and one to pay. Upon opening the sandwiches, we discovered coating on the chicken. We asked and were told that that was how the regular sandwich is. They have three types of sandwich, spicy, regular, and grilled. It was our mistake, but they replaced our sandwich with a grilled which is what I thought the regular was for only the difference in price, and didn't take the sandwiches we already had. So we got three sandwiches for the price of one. Plus they have a 'protein style' which is without a bun.
