I've been to several different Chick-fil-A restaurant in multiple states and this is, by far, the best one I've ever been to! The hospitality, service and quality of food you get here EVERY SINGLE TIME is second to none. The employees and managers are extremely nice and the dining area is always pristine. I'm not a fast food kind of gal but if I had to choose, Chick-fil-a is it. I've never heard of this chain before being from Hawaii, but I've always heard people rave about this place. After finally trying it, I understand why it's such a big deal! Their chicken strips are so tender and moist, unlike most strips I've tried that always disappoint in tasting dry and rough. They taste amazing freshly served but more importantly, they still taste great when you've got them sitting in the to-go bag for like 20 minutes. The drive-thru was busy tonight at 7:45 pm on a Saturday, with about 5 cars ahead of me, but they were still able to keep the line moving relatively fast. The girl who helped me was very generous with the Chick-fil-a sauce (a house staple!) and ketchup I asked for, always a plus. I also ordered medium waffle fries, and though their fries lie on the soggy end of the crunchy spectrum, the criss-cross texture still makes it enjoyable to eat. It's often very crowded, while I find that it is good that this restaurant wants to hold events like birthday parties for children, school fundraisers, and church events I think they need to cut back on events somewhat. It's gotten to the point where it is deterring would be regulars. I'm also concerned about the hygiene level in the lobby area, on several occasions I have seen children run barefoot from the play area into the lobby. Kids are also seen toting food everywhere. But today at this specific location everything was going normal, I ordered my food and left. This location has a LOT of traffic. They have 2 lanes open during the lunch rush and crank cars through pretty quickly. Their customer service has always been spot on and friendly. My newest obsession is the Frosted Lemonade, it's basically a lemonade and vanilla ice cream mash up....YUM! We really like the chicken and we like the way they treat their employees judging from the articles I have read while waiting in line. I also like the fact that they close on Sundays allowing the employees to be home with family and honoring the day of rest. They were very generous with free meals when they opened and the place was swamped with customers for quite some time. Everyone who knows me knows I love chick fil a. But lately the service I have had hasn't been the best and the other night was the absolute worst. I ordered my food through the drive through and instead of getting a total the lady said "go ahead and pull forward" which was fine, I figured maybe she wasn't near the register when taking the order so wasn't able to tell me my total. I then get to the window and there were three girl workers standing talking to each other and one of them opened the window and just stuck her hand out for me to pay her. Didn't tell me my total, didn't say a word. After I was already upset about that, I was very upset to find out my order was wrong and I wasn't given what I ordered. Not only is it clean, the food freshly prepared and the dining area welcoming, but it is the service that keeps me coming back. The owner, Tom and his staff, are absolute mood changers. How many restaurants or even retail experiences can you say that about? Not many. Edward, who is the gentleman up front, remembers every person that walks through the door, many times by name, if they have ever visited the establishment.
