After that, I called the store directly to speak with a manager. From the beginning, I was met with a rude tone and no willingness to listen. Before I could fully explain the situation, I was dismissed. One manager stated "that's a DoorDash thing, we can't help" and hung up the phone. I called back and spoke to a second male manager who repeated the same statement, did not acknowledge the previous hang-up, and again refused to assist or resolve anything. Both interactions were unprofessional, dismissive, and lacked basic customer service. Managers also refused to provide their names. Given the experience and how the situation was handled, I will be contacting corporate to request review of the recorded calls and escalate the issue. There's a reason most of the reviews are 1 star! The store is full of teenage workers with no real manager. I know someone that used to work here. Edited to add that the store manager Bree Hernandez has added a five star review immediately after I posted mine to raise the rating on Google, which is against FTC policy as well as wing stop policy. If you have to add fake reviews maybe do your job right.
