Only thing i could really mention is pretty light on the seasoning but that can relate to the region of the cooks and personal preference. I personally cannot wait to come back by and try out the korean dishes with a lil kimchi and have them make it hot to see how it is. I also love a place that plastic wraps the togo containers that have sauce in them to limit any spillage.
