Went here for the All You Can Eat deal and was severely disappointed. The sushi rolls were lukewarm at best (not cold and not hot where they should have been) and very tiny, the appetizers were bland and the drinks were really weak and flavorless. Additionally my wife and I got food poisoning from the meal The service was also terrible, we only saw our server twice in the span of 2 hours and we constantly had to flag someone down to get any form of help. Oh how I love Bento Box lunch specials! I work nearby and have come in several times for one (the salmon is my favorite). The Edamame, Carrot Ginger Salad, and California Rolls are average but the Teriyaki Salmon and Gyoza in the boxes are delicious. Great value for the price too. I've been in for dinner as well and can say the sushi is also very good; the best in Bellevue in my humble opinion. What I didn't love was both the Orange or Peanut Butter Chicken entrees - they weren't horrible my any means, but you can find way better in Twin Creek alone. Did a pickup order of Platter A. $60ish, but 100% worth it. Service was quick, had my order ready to go within 10 minutes and it was amazing. Pepper tuna roll, Philly roll, crunchy spicy tuna roll, and the three that come with it. Next time will probably sit inside and eat because it also looks amazing inside. I've been to this restaurant a few times now for lunches. I usually go with their Ramen, but this particular visit my son wanted all you can eat sushi. FYI, when one person gets all you can eat sushi...the whole table has to get it. The only negative I had on our visit was how long it took to get the sushi. Yes I understand they make it on site upon ordering, but when you only have an hour for lunch, which includes driving to and from the location on base, it's not the quickest. I started off with fried calamari that was cooked perfectly. My next two requests were salmon Nigiri. The salmon tasted fresh, and I definitely would've ordered more how I planned ahead. This place is fantastic. I came here for my birthday yesterday. (I didn't say.) We were greeted at the door by the hostess and was quickly seated to dine in. They also have a sushi/alcohol bar as well. Our waitress was knowIedable on the specials of the day and the month. She was very nice and professional. I ordered the spicy ramen, the wife order a vegetarian roll and my first daughter ordered the orange chicken and rainbow roll. We didn't have to wait long for the food. Around 10 mins max. The food was top notch, well presented, and very flavourful, even the vegetarian roll. I highly recommend the spicy ramen, it has just the right amount of spice to complement the other ingredients and not overpower the dish. Well done. Sean the manager was very polite and really showed that he cared on what we thought of our meals. He came by and chatted with us, which was nice. The ambiance is Japanese, which is good and it has great vibes. One suggestion is that I'd prefer traditional Japanese music or at least J-pop. Not a big deal. It has catchy tunes playing. I'm sure they have their reasons for the music played. I liked that they were playing Japanese shows on the TV. Bathrooms were clean along with the restaurant. The only other suggestion I'd make is to change the day for the military discount to be a bit more conducive; maybe change it for Friday or Saturday. Kaiyo Sushi in Bellevue has an all day 'Happy Hour' menu that's a steal (they also have an all-you-can-eat-deal). The Mai Tai's were $5.50 and I was expecting the smaller one pictured, when this huge, tasty one appeared. Also, the rolls pictured were $7-Alaskan, loaded with crab on top, and $5-Black Pepper Tuna, drizzled with a delicious honey wasabi. Service and seating were great too. This was my second time visiting during lunch. We were seated quickly, and our hostess took our drink orders while we waited on our server. Our super was super friendly and quickly brought our drinks while taking our orders. I went with something different and decided on the lunch portion of Teriyaki chicken with a $1 up-charge of fried rice, Wow I can't imagine what the dinner portion size is because the lunch portion was huge. I end up taking over half home and eating it for dinner. Bite-size chicken was saucy with the fried rice and veggies... I think my boys will like it as well. Stopped in for the All You Can Eat sushi and left stuffed! Great variety of appetizers, sushi rolls and negiri/sashimi. Really enjoyed the bao buns, crab rangoon and chicken dumplings. When it come to rolls they probably have the most specialty roll options of any AYCE sushi place. The Sweet Fire and Yummy rolls were delicious. You also can't go wrong with some negiri. I had salmon, unagi and yellowtail, which were all nice size slices of fish and not an overwhelmingly large amount of rice. You can also just order off of the menu vs doing AYCE. We came here Christmas Eve with our family and ordered all you can eat Sushi for 5. Let me tell you, our eyes were definitely bigger than our stomachs but everything we had was outstanding from many selections on the menu. If you're thirsty, don't go here. They're slow on refilling drinks. We order crab Rangoons for an appetizer the other day and we waited 25 minutes for them and 30 seconds (not even kidding) later, our sushi came out. We were pissed. We had to ask the lazy, rude waitress to refill our waters when she dropped off the crab Rangoon and didn't ask if we wanted anything. We had to ask someone else for our bill because she never came back. If you want strong drinks, don't go here. I don't think they put alcohol in their alcoholic beverages. It's like water. This place is super convenient to where we live so we love ordering from here when we need our sushi fix. We ordered pickup for New Year's Eve, and despite the 45-minute wait, which is to be expected for sushi and the holiday, the food was still warm and the staff was super friendly at pickup. We tried the soy glaze edamame, which wasn't my personal favorite due to the lack of flavor, but the crab rangoons and Nebraska roll were amazing the roll was especially fresh and packed with flavor. The VIP roll was my favorite, the salmon avocado was super refreshing, and the sweet fire roll gets set on fire giving it smokey essence! Yelpers were pushing me here, it was only right to try it out. Perhaps a Saturday night was not the best time to give it a shot? The entire space was full around 7:30, but we were seated quickly. The host gave us menus and quickly split. After close to 15 minuets our server arrived and hurriedly asked our drink order. The drinks, the drinks are an issue for me. Sure, it may seem like a decent list of choices. It is not. It is 2024 and there is an unlimited amount of drink choices to be had. Maybe these folks do not know that? The drink choices are extremely limited, Basic bottled beer and the standard mixed drinks. I settled for a margarita knowing very well that such a drink is not going to pair well with my future raw fish. I will add right now that the Saki was spot on delicious. Back to my drink, it was not good at all. The glass was warm which made the drink warm. I'll also add right now that we had to almost beg for glasses of water. Our server seemed stressed and out of sorts. We ordered the Crab Rangoon and the Steamed shrimp dumplings as appetizers . Almost 20 minuets later, our luke warm dumplings and barely edible Rangoons arrived. The Rangoon filling was super good, it was the wrapping that was inedible. Tough, almost stale tasting. I do not recommend. We got an order of Yellowtail sashimi and it was very very delicious. We ordered a handful of rolls too. The crunchy spicy yellowtail roll was Amazing and maybe my favorite. The spicy tuna was dang good too and there was something different that set it apart from all the other "spicy tuna" rolls in the area. The crazy roll was just that, Crazy. Spicy tuna, peppered tuna and whitefish too. It was really good. The Black Dragon roll had that eel and it was like a sweet desert, so good. Then there was the Out Of Control roll, it has octopus and that critter has an amazing texture that was perfect. The rolls were as good as every one said they were. If the service and the drinks were brought up to same level as the rolls, I'd be good for all 5 stars. read more

Great service great food. I tried so many things, a variety of AMAZING sushi, orange chicken, teriyaki chicken and rice. Fried ice cream and tiger cake I mean the list goes on. Staff was fast friendly and very attentive my glass was never empty. I wished I could have taken more photos but my phone died. 8/10 recommend. I LOVE sushi! So much that I'd actually eat it every single day of my life. I've had sushi all over the world, and still dream of some the places I've. And there are some great ones in the Omaha area. This one wasn't too far up my list. The orange chicken was good, and the vegetables make that choice even better, but since this place is naming themselves for sushi and not Chinese, I'll base my decision on that. The sushi was ok. Started with a basic California roll because that's mostly what my youngest child eats. Although he did branch out and try everything that was ordered this go around. That's a big step! The eel roll is usually one of my favorite basic rolls, but for some reason this one didn't seem to fit the flavor. Slightly disappointing. The mango roll was the best one of the order. It had a lot of interesting flavors, but I didn't quite like the tempura style. Alaska roll was interesting. The topping had a blandness to it that kept it from being great, but the inside of the roll was very good! The inside of the restaurant was really nice! It had a sushi making bar where you could watch them making it, which always gives a great cultural vibe to a place. I like the touch. Overall, it's ok and I'd go back for the Chinese cuisines.
