Terrible service was getting served by a short guy with curly hair and no hair net, his mouth was also nasty had stuff on it and he was Terrible at taking an order. His manager then assisted him and was a complete jerk and was very rude the entire time. He needed reminded multiple times for a simple drink cup. I downloaded yelp to leave this review. Normally I would not be this petty but this place just sucks. Don't get me wrong the food was good just standard KFC food but the staff was horrible to deal with. We went there trying to order and we stood at the front counter for 2 minutes trying to order before we had to use the kiosk and right when we started using it 4 staff members came out of the back of the kitchen. After we ordered and got our food the staff was giving me and my friend dirty looks the entire time every time we saw one of them. At one point we heard the manager presumably yell at another staff member "if your not doing anything clock out" they only really helped one other set of customers but from the sound of it they knew each other. Another costumer came in when we were leaving and the one staff member not doing anything told the customer to use the kiosk if they wanted to order anything. I've had numerous issues at this location. From extremely long waits using the drive thru to not being able to order at all. I thought they had it figured out about a month ago. Sadly I was mistaken, it's ridiculous. If you want KFC choose a different location. read more

This location is horrible! They are constantly out of something and this day was no different. No butter, honey, Mac and cheese, extra crispy chicken...that fryer was down due to the heat. This place is horrible. 2 x this week I have ordered chicken nuggets. 1st they canceled said they had 42 gallons of oil on the floor. No fire department. If that hot oil is on the floor they would have to call 911. I call BS. It was an hour before they were to close. 2nd time I ordered nuggets again this week and they canceled my order again. Seems like this place is always out of chicken... so get ready for a 30-minute wait. Also... if you use the drive through... take the time to check your order because this place is staffed by yahoos that don't care (at all) and most of the time they forget something. I arrived around 6:05 only to find they were closed due to staffing (they closed at 6pm). I understand why they closed early but why would they accept my order and take my payment only to be closed? This KFC is by far, the worst KFC (food quality wise) I've ever been to. The chicken is extremely oily, and I can tell that the grease has not been filtered/changed. The chicken tastes like it has been refried. Service is fast, but the food is not up to par. I would prefer to wait and get fresh, quality food than be handed soggy, dirty oil-drenched chicken. I've noticed that the closer you get to a military base, the worse the professionalism, customer service, and quality of most (not all) establishments tends to be, and I've been around a good bit. Ordered dinner and said delivery time would be 5:36 pm. At 6:07 pm. I called the driver who said KFC BLOCKED THE DOOR to prevent people from coming in and picking up orders. Drive Through backed up. Reading this review could actually save your life. I walked into this KFC location only to immediately wish I haven't. It was filthy from top to bottom! But hey, whatever, it's not like I'm eating off the floor right? I walk up to the counter to place my order and couldn't help but notice the manager who was taking my order looked like he hadn't showered in 2 days and hasn't washed his uniform in 2 months! I normally wouldn't even notice or care, but this level of dirty caught my eye. Again, whatever right? I'm here for a chicken sandwich, not to judge this guy. Suddenly that all changed. As I fill my drink and wait for my food I see that same manager touching his greasy unwashed hair with his bare hands, then wipe his nose with those same bare hands.... proceed to make my chicken sandwich without gloves on.... Congratulations! This KFC is the second worst restaurant in all of Bellevue (the Wendy's is grosser). The other reviews here are spot on, the place is a dump. Everything covered from floor to ceiling is both sticky and greasy. The menu is confusing and the staff are not helpful because they are too busy chatting with each other to bother with customers. I asked the guy at the counter to get wedges instead of mashed potatoes and because this is a dumpy fast food place I asked a second time. Guess what I got? Cold mashed potatoes with disgusting gravy. The Nashville chicken was supposed to come with pickles but no pickles. Just three incredibly cold greasy slivers of chicken with vile cold mashed potatoes. I feel sticky, greasy and used just thinking about it. read more

Started off with a long wait for our gravy tasting fries but we were able to enjoy our beverages through a plastic straw so that's a plus. Cookies tasted good but the fries had about a pound and a half of salt on them and by the time we got to the main course we were already dying of thirst but all in all if I were to sum up the kfc it would be about 3.5 out of 5 sea turtles read more

Horribly rude service. My mother and I decided we didn't want to cook so we got something quick for the kids. We ordered a 16 piece and told the cashier we didn't mind which pieces we got in the bucket. There was a lady that brought the bags and said "next time call because you just took all our chicken." Not sure of her name but it must have been a supervisor of some kind. Explain to me how a FAST FOOD chain would run out of chicken because we ordered 16 pieces? Mind you, this was early in the afternoon at 3:15 so the evening rush hadn't even begun. She was so incredibly rude and rolled her eyes at my mother when she replied "excuse me?" I come for the food, specifically the grilled chicken, and am pleased with my experiences. If they don't have any ready they will make it fresh (which always comes out juicy). Usually their chicken tastes great, but I've ordered chicken fingers a few times that weren't cooked well enough in my opinion. I usually get the 2 piece fill up now with a breast and thigh, which have tasted great each time. I absolutely love their mashed potatoes and biscuits. Only problems I've had besides the chicken fingers not being cooked well enough on a few occasions, is that they almost always forget to add silverware when I get mashed potatoes, even when I remind them. They also are a bit slower than most fast food, but I guess that can kind of be explained by all the chicken they have to make. I like KFC, worked there growing up as a kid. Actually met my husband while working there together during our high school years. This location seems to be very hit or miss. They always forget an item every single time I drive thru. Today it was my biscuit, but various other trips to this KFC has resulted in my order missing something. The quality is sometimes fresh, sometimes old and I tend to go at the lunch peak time, not off hours. Overall the staff has been friendly and pleasant. It is an older building, it used to be an Arby's so it does seem a bit run down. The drive thru is a tight wacky angle for bigger vehicles. (I drive a van) I think with some quality assurance measures put in place that they could be a lot better. Colonel Sanders would not be smiling about this location in its current state. read more

First let me mention I travel all over the country for work so I eat out a lot. This KFC is by far the worst I've ate at in quite some time. This is the third time I've went there and every time it's one thing or another from not filling the "to go" order or never being able to fill what you ordered. They never seem to have chicken back there. I'm writing this during the super bowl and I thought a quick $20 dollar fill up would be nice for going back to the hotel and watching the game. I order these because it's a set order so there shouldn't be any screw ups. Well, you know what they say about assuming..... Today I ordered grilled and was quickly told KFC don't offer grilled anymore. So I went to original and was told they didn't have enough to make the 8 pieces. So I agreed to take two extra crispy to make the order and discovered when I got back to the room they charged me for two single order pieces for about $4.00 more. Then on top of that I was shorted my mashed potatoes??? Also the main reason I order grilled is the chicken never seems to be cooked. I just threw away the rest of the meal because it's practically raw. If I want floppy chicken I'll go kill my own. I give up..... This place should be shut down........ I would give it minus 5 if it was an option on the grading. Never again...... read more
