Prettiest chick fil a. Super friendly. Fast service. Food was good. Kids loved the play place.

Service was great, the food was good. Speedy service as always. I just wish the changing table wasn't in on of the stalls right next to the door making it so my kid has to uncomfortably lay down with her legs on the door or I have to leave the door open which defeats the purpose of having it in the stall. (I could have laid my kid down the other way but as any mother knows it's hard to change diapers essentially using the other hand is hard) read more

Chick-fil-A - Fast Food Near Me - Papillion, Nebraska

Chick fil a is known for their quick service despite their long lines and busy locations. This location does not seem to keep up with their lines even though this is probably the least busy location in the area. The slow service is disproportionate to the amount of people working inside, there were a ton of people working. Other than that, the food was great, just need to work on the speed of service. read more

They were very nice they forgot a sandwich but they gave free sauces and workers were nice and respectful

First time in ages and I will never be back. Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and it was so gristly and had obviously been microwaved as the parts that weren't gristle were rubber. No more chances. This is the 3rd time I've visited this location and I have never gotten edible food. read more

Chick-fil-A - Fast Food Near Me - Papillion, Nebraska

I don't do fast food often but my grandchildren love Chick-fil-A so when I visit I tag along with my daughter. I seldom order but on this day I was hungry, so I ordered the Cobb salad with avocado ranch dressing. I also ordered the chick-fil-a sauce, I like to dip the chicken in the sauce and pour the ranch on the rest of the salad. Their salads are so fresh and clean and so delicious for a fast food place, this salad looks like it could be served in a nice restaurant. It comes with chick-fil-a nuggets, boiled eggs, cherry tomatoes, corn, bacon, and cheese. The only thing that would make it better is if it had red onions as an option. After this last visit I may find myself going out of my way whenever I need a Cobb salad fix. I'll just take my own onions. read more

Chick-fil-A - Cobb salad. I had already mixed it around when I remembered to take a photo. SOO GOOD! - Fast Food Near Me - Papillion, Nebraska

After swimming lessons, my daughter, niece, and I wanted some Chik-fil-A so we stopped here for dinner. The service was good as usual. But the food just wasn't up to standards. The deluxe chicken sandwich was just okay. The texture was soggy on soggy with the bun and chicken. Food wise, this was a bad experience. I'm not sure I'll go back. read more

Literally the worst. Long wait time for soggy food and sorry I had better Mac and cheese from my grade school cafeteria. Don't get the hype and had rude people all the way through. read more

Hard to believe, but I've only eaten here one time before. I think the reason is because it is always crowded. What is really unbelievable is the level of service. There's an army of help at the counter and at the drive-through. Your food is brought to you. A person circulates in the dining room wiping off tables and taking trays and trash. The real shocker was fresh cut live flowers on some tables. How does this franchisee do this and keep prices reasonable? Really a top notch enterprise. Amazingly great. The sandwich was great. My ice tea was off. But so what? Everything else was fabulous. read more

I'll go ahead and give these guys credit, they work really hard to give speedy service. Their dining room is closed so everyone has to go through the drive thru. As lots of these locations do, they had people out ahead of the box taking orders. Something they did that I haven't seen others do was bringing orders to cars in line, so you might have been able to get out even faster. As for the food, it was the normal Chick-Fil-a food. Good but still fast food. I just want to applaud their efforts getting people served quickly especially during a shortened workforce! read more

Service at this Chick-fil-A was exceptional as usual throughout all of their locations. I'm not a huge fan of the food- or fast food in general, but I agree you can get a solid meal here that cost the same as other fast food competitors and seems more health conscious. I like chicken but probably my biggest gripe is that the menu consists of only chicken related items. I feel similarly about Raising Cane's - another all Chicken Menu. Overall, if you have to eat something fast, this is not a bad place to stop. read more

Service is usually great at the store. But you're looking at a 50% chance that they're going to actually get your order right if you order through DoorDash. Which is usually how I order. It is rather frustrating. No pickles and butter means no pickles and butter. How hard is it to not put something on a sandwich? I'm guessing I have to give up ordering them on DoorDash. read more

Owner and staff are supper nice. Great and fast service. Download the app and will get free stuff from time to time. Food is always good.

I choose Chick-Fil-A for three reasons: The Food. No, it's not gourmet, but it's consistently good. And it's somewhat healthier than typical fast-food fare. Be sure to try the fresh-squeezed lemonade. The Service. They're incredibly efficient and friendly at the same time. Once I came in right behind a visiting college sports team, and the staff were completely unruffled. I don't know how they train their staff, but I wish more restaurants would do it this way. The Statement. I happen to agree with many of the values of the owners, and admire their courage in publicly implementing those values. read more

Great food. Good service. Even when lines are long the wait isn't that bad. I have to be in the mood for chicken but if I am I go to Chick-fil-A read more

Good food, good service. ice cream machine has been down the last 3 times we came...it's giving McDonalds vibes

Food is good service at this location is not great. the one in Bellevue is a lot better.

Love the Market Salad! Was desperate for something that would work on my calorie/nutrition budget and taste awesome! That works!!!

My first impression of Chik-fil-a was... "What is all the hype about?" and "Why is there always such a long line in the drive through for this place, can it really be that great?" My answer...yes. It really is that great! We came here for the first time on my boyfriend's lunch break and we both tried one of their chicken sandwiches. He tried the Chik-fil-a spicy deluxe chicken sandwich and I had the char grilled chicken sandwich. We were both pleasantly surprised at how tasty and yummy they were. I simply adored the waffle fries, which are my favorite kind of fries, and the chik-fil-a sauce, just as yummy as the reputation it has. I've heard they have a Polynesian sauce so I'll have to try that. The customer service here stands out amongst the many fast food restaurants near by. I've eaten in each time I've visited this restaurant and all of the employees are incredibly friendly and helpful. They bring out the food too you if you're sitting down and always respond with, "my pleasure," a really nice touch in customer service here. The restaurant also boasts free wi fi which is nice and they only ask you to take the smallest table during busy times, always a plus if you want to get some work done while enjoying some great tasting food =) read more

What an experience.... brought my brother in and they treated him like a king. Came in with a family members in the afternoon again who were from out of town. This is my only experience with a Chick-fil-a and to be honest I don't understand the hype about their food. It tastes like the typical fast food experience. To their credit, the food wasn't as gross as something I'd get at say, McDonalds, and it wasn't dripping with grease. I was also here when it was stupidly busy and it wasn't as clean as it could have been, and the lady behind the counter was obviously grumpy. She gets a pass though, because I probably would have been grumpy too. Oh and to another reviewer.. this isn't "healthier" than any other fast food, it has just as many preservatives, additives, food dyes, msg, and other crap as the rest of them do. If you don't believe me, they are very transparent about their food ingredients on their website. read more

Always great service. Chicken sandwich is always a treat. Haven't been able to get the youngest to try with the pickle on the sandwich. Tried the frosted coffee and it was great, not too sweet. read more

On our visit today we experienced one of the most exception food service customer experiences. To the point that all 3 of our children even noticed and made unsolicited comments. "Wow he was nice." Regarding the server "That was really fast, we had our food before you sat down after ordering." For order speed. And the young man working the register was so patient, calm, and attentive... I almost second guessed if he was listening to my order. But he was, and got everything correct. Really great staff on this busy lunch hour today. read more

Awesome breakfast!! Orders are always correct and nothing missing, cant ever go wrong with chick fil A!!!

Excellent wait times times compared to most places, and beyond friendly staff! Food always tastes fresh from this location

This is the fourth time eating at chick-fil-a and ordering a Spicy chicken egg and cheese biscuit. I always ask for pepper jack cheese because it blends well with spicy chicken. Every single time they mess it up. This time my wife picked up food while I was sleeping and didn't know to check it, not that she should have to check. Either fix your labeling system to show pepper jack cheese or take a few seconds to let the staff cooking the food know to put the right cheese on the sandwich. read more

More businesses should follow Chick-fil-A customer service example. I stepped away from my meal today to take an important phone call and when I returned to my table they replaced my meal saying it is better hot than cold!!! Wow . Every response is "my pleasure" from their team of employees. No....my pleasure to frequent a business that not only provides excellent food but excellent customer service. Thanks Chick-filet-A in Papillion Nebraska read more

It's amazing what scarcity can do to a community. In a town dominated by chain restaurants and obesity, the new stand-alone Chick-Fil-A openings in Bellevue and Papillion this past year seemed to receive more local media coverage than President Obama's campaign stop in neighboring Council Bluffs. Three months ago, the only place someone could get Chick-Fil-A in the Omaha-Metro was at an express location located inside the Mutual of Omaha bank building. A little over a year ago, only Mutual of Omaha employees had access to Chick-Fil-A. So what makes this chicken sandwich so special that it inspired crazed Nebraskan's to successfully petition the corporation in hopes of opening new locations in the state? And why does Chick-Fil-A generate constant lines inside (and out of) the restaurant that rival Memorial Stadium on Saturdays in the fall? Frankly I don't have a clue. Recently, I returned to Chick-Fil-A in search of trying to understand what would cause 100 fanatical restaurateurs to wait outside the day before the grand opening in hopes of receiving a one-year supply of chicken sandwiches. Having grown up in the South, I had been to Chick-Fil-A many times. But never could I remember it tasting so good that it gave me a self-induced orgasm. Maybe something had changed. A week ago, I went to the Papillion location right before the lunch rush (sure enough, come high noon there was line out the door). I took a minute to glance over the menu to see what changes had been made since my last visit 3 years ago. Chicken, chicken, and more chicken. Oh, and waffle fries too. Yup! Seemed about the same as I remembered it. I was tempted to just try "The Original Chicken Sandwich" which consists of a fried chicken breast, bun, and a couple pickles. That's it. Looks (and tastes) a lot like the Southern Chicken Sandwich you can get from Ronald and the golden arches. I opted to go with the #4 which was the Spicy Chicken Sandwich combo that came with pepper jack cheese, lettuce, tomato and of course waffle fries and a soft drink. The final verdict? It tasted like chicken. Okay, to be fair, it tasted a little better than other fast food rivals. I guess I was secretly hoping I overlooked the news story where Gus Fring's Los Pollos Hermanos chicken chain had merged with Chick-Fil-A all while Mr. White was injecting the blue stuff into each chicken breast. To no avail, I had no hallucinations and I did not get addicted to Chick-Fil-A. In conclusion, Chick-Fil-A is a good option for those seeking a good (not great) fast food chicken sandwich for a reasonable price. The staff provides good southern hospitality and will come around and refill your drinks. And the ambience of the restaurant is typical of any new location: clean and over-the-top customer service. I will probably be back at some point in the distant future. But when the next location opens up in the Omaha area, you won't find me standing in line for days on end in hopes of getting a years supply of chicken sandwiches. That is, unless I read about a potential merger in the WSJ. read more

It's a Chick-Fil-A, just like every other one I've been to. If we leave the political / religious BS out of it, that means one thing: the best fast-food chicken sandwiches around. Oh, and since I see people trying all the time, don't bother going on Sundays. They're closed. read more

Where do I even start?! I absolutely love this place. The service is always incredible. No other fast-food chain competes with the service that you get here and the friendlyness. Very friendly staff, hot and fresh food. It's delicious. Much better than almost all KFC's.

It's a shame there isn't one in Lincoln, but Omaha has three. It's actually very good food and better than any other fast food joint. The chicken is all white breast meat and the food is airways fresh. The staff is always fast and friendly. First and foremost I would have to say I don't get the hype. Is it good, sure, is the staff friendly sure.. but is it out of this world, going to camp out all night to get free chicken.. nope. I visit this location on occasion and usually only want it when its closed on Sundays, ( I am glad they are closed on Sundays more places should do that ) , They do have other options for breakfast besides chicken which is good. Wish you could get waffle fries at breakfast, I guess I never asked if you could but I would assume not. I m a bigger person so always tend to leave still somewhat hungry because the sandwiches are fairly small. I prefer the spicy since it has a little bit more kick to it. If you go when they are busy the lines still move fast and the staff is still friendly as can be. I think they treat the employees well and they seem to get paid more then some of those other places, read more

The chicken sandwich is delicious, no doubt. A huge, plump, juicy REAL chicken breast (not pressed together like McDonalds and BK). If I had to complain, I'd say the wrapper they use causes the bun to become incredibly soggy if you aren't eating it immediately. Many times I ditch the bun and just eat the chicken. The coleslaw is also very good. Seems to be dressing based, not mayo based, which I prefer. Just the right amount of zip. This is where the good ends though. The waffle fries are a joke. I ordered a large, and the large container was filled about halfway. I'd like to say this was a one time thing, but its happened every time I've been there. Maybe they do it by weight? If so, get smaller boxes so the customer doesn't feel ripped off. When I ask for 4 chick-fil-a sauces, either put 4 in there, or explain to me that there will be an extra charge for them, or tell me you don't give out that many at all. Why on earth would you simply ignore the request, and put 1 in? Freaking annoying. I should be used to it with fast food, but I thought Chick-Fil-A service was supposed to be a cut above the other chain restaurants. Guess that's just a rumor. The drive thru is very fast, as others have said. If you see a line backed up all the out of the parking lot, thats probably no more than a 5-10 minute wait. The prices are also very friendly (but then again, maybe this is why they are cheaping it on the waffle fries and sauce). I'd say go for the chicken and skip the waffle fries. If you really want fries, there is a Five Guys right up the street, swing in there and get a load of delicious fries. read more
