Runza is a Nebraska staple in food. If you haven't tried it you have to try the Runza sandwich with Frings. I prefer the Runza with cheese. This location can get a little busy, especially during the winter months when they do "Temperature Tuesday". They sell a Runza for the price of the temperature that morning. Often times the sandwich is free or only a few cents. All you do is buy fries, or frings, and a pop. The staff here are very nice are always very nice to my younger kids when they get their free ice cream with their kids meals. Our youngest always walks away with a giant ice cream cone and a huge smile on his face! This location is right in downtown Papillion which has some nice shops right in walking distance!

Papillion Runza is always a good option. The staff is nice and the food is on point. This visit was for Rumsey Station Fundraiser Night. Side note, this Runza is also a Together A Greater Good (TAGG) partner, so that is the cherry on top!

Not good. This restaurant is why people don't live in Nebraska (no offense). No more words needed but Yelp makes me add more words. Sad.

First time trying after my daughter heard friends talking about r unza. We are new to the area and haven't heard of this chain. We tried the cheese runza, Southwest runza and frings, which, by the way, are crinkle fries and onion rings if you can't decide which you want! Runzas are Differently good! Beef is cooked in onions and cabbage..but not so much to where it overpowers the meat. Adds flavor..who doesn't like that. I'm not big on beef but I enjoyed my southwest runza. The bun is great and has it's own distinctiveness of yum to it. Worth a try! Have to go back and take hubby!

A fine fast food place if you're looking for a quick bite to eat. The Runza was pretty good for my first time trying the food. (C)

Good authentic burgers for a fast food joint. Fries are always fresh and hot! You pay for what you get and it's quality!

Best runzas. The manager even gave us mini runzas to sample when I took an out-of-towner here who wasn't sure what to try.

Bleck. I think you have to be native to Nebraska to like this place. I've tried it 3 times and thought it was gross each time.

We had our annual convention in Des Moines in June, and afterwards a few of us decided to head down to Omaha for a Storm Chasers game.

I was sadly disappointed by both the sauce and the fries, as the sauce had changed and lost its delicious aioli flavor. The fries were extremely underwhelming. I ordered the French dip sandwich, which was alright but probably not something I would order again. I got a side of the tomato soup, and it was so salty I couldn't even eat it. Our server was alright, but not the most attentive. However, I could tell she had multiple tables, so I didn't mind. Very disappointing for nearly $30 spent.

It was dirty, which we pointed out to the server. She came back with our drinks, forgetting about the dirty table. So she came back again and did what I thought was a thorough scrubbing of the table. Bookguy still found sticky spots on his side, so we washed it off ourselves. Bookguy ordered the mushroom Swiss burger with fries and a side salad. I ordered grown up mac and cheese. These are items we have enjoyed in the past, so we figured on a win. The burger, fries, and mac and cheese seemed very salty to us. I brought the leftover mac home, figuring on dividing it into to smaller portions for two meals. Bookguy didn't finish his burger or fries due to salt. His salad was pretty standard. I think I will be awhile before we come here again.

Even with how busy they were she was able to check on us several times and was very friendly. We opted to get a couple of appetizers, the Volcano Tots and Burnt Ends & Frickles. We started with the fried pickles and the cheese curds, which were both very good! We loved the chipotle ranch! I ordered a bloody mary which was very strong and strangely kind of sweet? Not sure if that's how it was supposed to be... but I didn't really like it. I ordered the chicken caesar salad with a side of fries. Just wanted something light! Unfortunately the caesar salad was a miss, the dressing was weird and tasted a lot more like ranch than anything else. The popcorn chicken on top was just eh. I realize this may not be the place to order a salad... but even for a sports bar it wad just not great. My boyfriend got a burger and seemed to enjoy that a lot more! We probably wouldn't be back. It was a pretty mediocre experience. I will say the portion sizes were HUGE... but can't say much else.

The margaritas were not very good it tasted like there was sprite or something in them, almost had a carbonation in them. We had a lime one and a passion fruit. The espresso martini was my favorite. I would recommend that. We arrived to enjoy the happy hour menu, $4 margaritas and $8 espresso martini, we ordered the lux signature burger and it was good, although it was a smash burger it didn't seem grilled it seemed more steamed. It didn't have the crispness that is expected with a smash burger. The waffle fries were okay, the fries were way better. The amount of fries and waffle fries were not big at all. I feel the kids meal got more sides than the meal did. The kids meal chair tenders were huge, you received two and a good amount of fries. The tenders are definitely not made in house and they tasted frozen and can taste the fryer. All in all it wasn't bad but I have had better.
