I called the company Saturday morning to change our locks in a new home. They were great and set up a time for someone to come out to very next day on a Sunday. I called for a night home lockout, maybe 8pm. Talked to a rep immediately. They assigned a tech and he responded within about 20 minutes saying he was on his way. He showed up about 20 more minutes later, called to say he was near. Very nice communicative guy, told us the up front service cost possible add on costs (parts). I was having trouble with a door handle/lock in a vintage building. I was able to schedule an appointment quickly (within 48 hrs). Matt was extremely knowledgeable - he quickly identified the issue, and even though parts weren't available via retail because the piece was so old, he found the closest thing he could and modified it to try and help. He tried two different things, and even though we didn't get a solution that worked, it wasn't his fault, and he went above and beyond what I expected. In the end, I had to have my building fully replace the handle, spindle, lock because it wasn't possible to fix something so old.
