After years of frustration with getting really bad keys cut at Home Depot & Menards, I was so happy to stumble across these guys. I am a realtor and a landlord and need new keys cut often. Chicago Locksmith has all types of keys, even the weird ones, and I have never had a problem with any of them and their prices are the same. On top of it, super great customer service, I send all of my clients to Mike on Milwaukee because he really knows his stuff and can make recommendations on all sorts of things from basic mailbox keys to high end security systems. Definitely will not go anywhere else, its worth a drive out of your way if this place isn't near you. read more

I called Chicago Locksmith because my husband found an old "club" in the garage. The club goes over the steering wheel and locks it in place not allowing it to be driven if the car is stolen. It was the weeknd and we were cleaning out the garage. He placed the car on the street and decided to use the club. On Monday he went outside to go to work and couldn't remember where he put the key to unlock the club. I called other companies. They were rude and wouldn't give me a timeframes.I called Chicago Locksmith, I'm so glad I did. They we friendly, lowest price and there to remove the club quickly. I'll be using them again. I highly recommend them. read more

Locked my keys in my car. Wasn't looking forward to this as I've been ripped off by locksmiths before. Quote one price and charges another when job is done. Called and they sent out Terrance who was the most professional, and efficient locksmith I've dealt with. He was to the point and got the job done with no damage to my car. Overall, I wonderful person to deal with. Ask for Terrance if you need assistance in back in wherever you're locked out of. read more

Great service. The tech - John R - got here about 15 minutes after I called. (I was expecting to wait all morning for a locksmith.). John was very straightforward and helpful. He tried to save me having to buy a new lock for one that was acting up, but couldn't. Turns out the old one not only was corroded, but installed badly. He spent a fair amount of fixing the old install. Great service. read more
