The sauce was super runny and while it had flavor, I never think having to put sauce on stuff to give it flavor is the answer. All that being said, for $27 I wasn't going to leave anything on the plate. The service I thought was rather hands off and I'm surprised nobody came and checked on us although that may be just how things are. The ambiance was cool with old license plates and pictures along with some cool western themed things up on the walls to make it seem warm and homey. All in all, I was left with the feeling that there should've been more and I was kinda disappointed after all the hype I've seen and all the gravitas that the name Pecan Lodge carries with it.
