The food was terrific and inexpensive for lunch. I had orange chicken and steamed dumplings. I highly recommend this place.

Great Chinese food in Rowlett. I always get their lo mein and it always has a great smoky flavor like the noodles were actually cooked on a grill. The protein is always good and you always get way too much food. I would definitely recommend! read more

Clean and nice, small place. I ordered Cream Cheese Wonton...no taste, just warm cream cheese inside. Good Spring Roll. The orange chicken had a great taste but was overcooked. I think the fire was too hot. My husband got the sweet and sour chicken and he said it was ok. The fried rice was good but didn't have enough vegies in it like I prefer. All in all, it's an ok place but definitely won't be on our fave list. read more

I was pretty disappointed in my lettuce wraps tonight. They were VERY bland...actually almost tasteless even with the sauce! I had to peel off the 1st 2 layers of lettuce because it was wilted and had brown spots. However, I gave 3 stars because the spring roll was really good. I'll give it 1 more try before I totally right them off...because the staff was also very friendly...and that spring roll was pretty tasty! read more

They always say 30-45 minutes, but it has never taken more than 15 minutes. The food is hot and delicious. This is our go to chinese takeout now that we have been lucky enough to find it. read more

Walk in there today and as we were looking at the menus, my husband one and myself another, one of the employees had the audacity to ask if it was separate or together. She saw us come in together, the boy taking our order knew we were together...The other night, we had to wait nearly 20 minutes for steamed dumpings close to closing time with no one in the place.The customer service is horrible. This was our favorite place to order from. We order every week sometimes twice a week. Lately the food has been burnt and cold. Well tonight I ordered our food and the guy taking the order didn't call it back to me. I stressed to him that I have an egg allergy and I will get sick. He said I got it ma'am. Well my food had egg in it. I called and spoke to the same guy and I was very nice over the phone. I run a restaurant and I know to always be nice to the person making your food. Well I guess the cook was upset for having to remake it and did something to my meal. About 10min after eating it I started throwing up. My stomach was in so much pain. What pisses me off the most is that it wasn't my fault. I was so kind to them. The guy that brought it back it was irritated as well. I gave this to my 10-year-old son!! He is also sick no. We will never return to this place ever again. We've been loyal customers for over a year now. I am shocked that they would do this. read more

Came here for the first time tonight. We generally frequent another Chinese spot. The food was good and the main dish portion was generous. I ordered food from this place today and they left out part of my order. I called store and they said that they would bring the food whenever they had another delivery out. They could not give me a specified time as to when they would bring my food. They said it could take up to an hour before they had another order. I live less than 5 minutes from the restaurant. They also stated that they would take the order first before they brought my food that they forgot. I then just asked for a refund and stated their driver could pick the food up and give me a refund. After I hung up, they called back to say that I need to make sure that I haven't eaten anything. I will never eat at this place again! read more

Yelp needs to make a 0 star option specifically for this place. Food was AWFUL rice and orange chicken was stale and hard, literally difficult to chew. When I spoke to manager about the issue, he said he knew that they had given me bad food and refused to refund. Save your money and go to a different restaurant. read more

Bad delivery practices. Will never order there again. It's what I wanted for Mother's Day dinner. They delivered my meal wrong and I couldn't eat it because I can't have gluten. Then over 1 hour later when I called back to ask what happened to my replacement meal, I was told it was delivered to the wrong house. My entire family already ate, I'm still starving 1.5 hours later and all they offered was credit on my account, 10% off my next or they can start to process my meal a 3rd time as I had to listen to F bombs from the kitchen staff in the background. I was furious. I immediately demanded a refund. So about 2.5 hours after the original phone call about the issue, someone finally came by and gave me cash. I got stuck with leftovers in the fridge for my Mothers Day dinner. Never ordering there again...This business has no integrity and very poor customer service. read more

Walked in with a real rush and needed the fastest lunch possible. I ordered from the daily specials and had the soup and noodles before I could fill my drink cup. Was looking forward to some good Chinese take-out and was extremely disappointed in what we got. Shrimp fried rice had very little shrimp or egg in it and was tasteless. Husband's lo mein was mushy and tasteless. I ordered garlic shrimp but when we opened it up at home it was chicken. Garlic shrimp on the menu had a spice warming but it was also tasteless. Food its ok... customer service terrible! I had a delivery order, I called back complaining about the empress chicken because it was way too salty. A manager named Drew said he was going to credited for next time. Later I realized that they did not deliver two cheesecakes that I order and paid for it. Well Drew told me that I was lying that the driver did deliver the desserts. Do you think I am going to be lying over a $5.00 dollar dessert??!! Like I told you over the phone, you can keep them, and don't bother to credit the empress chicken for next time because it won't be next time! Im not going back and forth with the driver! I've been a carry out regular for years and we eat this at least 3-4 times a month. It's always really good, reasonably priced, and made to order. The only time I've had an issue was when they over fried an order of orange chicken. I called in and told them I felt my dish was off. The owner personally delivered me a replacement order with 20 minutes... that was years ago but consistently good ever since.
