We ordered on DoorDash and were mostly impressed. The portions on the $8.99 combos are huge for $8.99 and they even include a large egg roll. The only big disappointment was the broccoli. It was barely green because it was cooked to death (it looks better in the picture than in person) and there were only a couple of pieces in each entree. That was fine since it was inedible anyway. The Orange Chicken and General Tso's chicken were a little dry/overcooked inside, but still tasty. We will order again. I want to try something that's not fried next time. read more

The food is excellent here and very economical. Two rolls and a combo served my husband and I for lunch and leftovers. Service is great and thoughtful. Always my favorite Chinese spot in Garland- maybe even Dallas. This is a hidden gem and is currently only drive-thru due to COVID, but so worth taking home to eat. My family typically pulls through at least once a week, our favorites are the hot and sour soup, combination fried rice (always perfect), and sweet and sour chicken (pairs well with the soup). I've never had a bad dish here. They are always fast too considering I'm normally ordering multiple dishes. You can always call ahead too that way your food is ready and waiting for you. These were one of the few places open during the snow storm in February too and they said as long as they had power they would keep cooking. I love them for that. read more

Went September 1. Drive-thru. I think this place is run by Chinese. (I'm Chinese.) Yet they have sushi. Where I come from (California), this would spell ruin. But no! I got the spicy tuna sushi, and it was great! It was also fast, and the price was very reasonable! I'd say even cheaper than most places. I really wanted to try their steamed dumplings, which were also cheaper than most/all other restaurants I've seen, including in Texas. Maybe they have a Japanese sushi chef in the back, or at least someone who studied under one. Whatever they're doing, it's working! First time trying this place. It was close to my work and I was really craving some sushi. I used the online ordering for pick-up. They got my order out very quickly. This was not what I was expecting. My husband ordered Chinese take out, and when we went to pick it up it was a Chinese fast food restaurant with a drive through and everything. The food was very inexpensive and while it was obvious we were eating cheap food, I have to saw it wasn't bad! As I arrived, it is in a fast food setting, but extremely clean, well maintained, and roomy! The menu is above your head, and there are not only plates you can order from, but also what they call the lunch special.... I chose the lunch special for 5.00, and when I say lunch special - normally the options are limited, however this consists of your choice of two meats, your choice of fried rice, steamed rice, or lo mein, and either 2 egg rolls, or a soup. I chose the Kung pao chicken, Orange Chicken, Steamed rice, and 2 egg rolls and added a soft drink. This whole meal cost me, with drink included less than 7.00!!!!!!! The portions are amazingly big - enough food for two! The freshness was even better, hot, and just right. The food was delicious. I actually wanted to go back the NEXT day! I should have listened when my friends told me the portions are big. I'm embarrassed in the amount of food we ordered. 2 adults, 2 teenagers.... We got 4 entrees + 2 sushi rolls. WAY too much food. We could have got 2 entrees + 1 roll and still had take away. Sushi is rolled as you order. All the food was cooked to order. Everything was fresh and hot. We ordered lunch from here today hoping to get some good Chinese food. The only thing this place really has going for it is the price. We ordered chicken teriyaki and the teriyaki sauce tastes pretty bland. It came with an egg roll, that was okay, and your choice of rice. I got fried rice and it wasn't fully cooked and just a couple prices of egg in it. We also got a volcano role and it is super soggy and had way to much sauce on top of it.
