Delicious. Quick. And fed 9 of us on a budget visiting from out of state. The service members were wonderful.

The service was fast. We had 3 appetizers they were all good . All of our dishes were excellent. The Tempura shrimp was delicious, even the little ones enjoyed it. The restaurant was busy. Our food was served fast hot and very fresh. The appetizers came before our entrees and we had time to enjoy those. Great timing. Go!

My waitress was very attentive and the egg drop soup was very good. The AC works great for July in Texas. The Kung Pao Chicken was filled with all the great stuff- but the flavor was something like those Asian dishes found in the frozen food aisle at Walmart. And the fried rice? I've LITERALLY had better fried rice from that same frozen section at Walmart.

This spot just opened recently & I had heard good things about it so I was eager to try it. First off the soup dumplings are a must! And do yourself a favor and add their chilli oil, it takes it up another notch! The Singapore noodles were my second favorite meal, it was super flavorful, and a really good portion size. Our waiter was super helpful and patient with us as we decided on what we wanted to eat. The menu is large enough to get lost in. It did take a while before we received it, however it was packed! We went on a Sunday early afternoon. The ambiance is chill and laid back.

I saw this place all over social media and decided to give it a try. The restaurant itself is nice - very bright, brand new, and spacious. Our server was great - friendly and very attentive. We ordered the soup dumplings, pan-fried dumplings, and the sesame chicken. Honestly, everything was just okay. While it's great to finally have these options in Rockwall, the flavors and food were fairly subpar compared to the many amazing spots you can find across the rest of DFW. Because they are the only spot in town for soup dumplings, they win by default for proximity, and I might stop in again if I'm craving them and don't want to drive. However, if you're looking for top-tier dumplings, the social media hype might be a bit overstated. Good for a local fix, but not a destination spot.

The entree's take longer than the kids menu. The dumplings are ok. Some bites of the rice tasted a little over done. The shrimp tempura was delicious. The service is ok... the restaurant was clean and the decor was really nice. It is pretty loud , maybe because of how open it is.

Service is on point. BUT, BIG Warning . They have a paper sign saying they charge 20% gratuities for parties of 6 or more. This to me is usually a bad sign, no pun intended. The menu was really large. It cost us $108.00 with $22.00 tip for 3 adults and a 3 year old who we shared with and we all drank water. The food was very good and plentiful. We had some leftovers to take home. The restaurant was decorated nice but, I do wonder how they are going the dust down on all those fake flowers on the ceiling...?

Noodles & Dumplings is amazing! They have the best edamame that I literally was licking the sauce off of the plate. Also tried the Sesame Chicken and Orange Chicken which were also both delicious. Definitely worth a visit!

I thoroughly enjoyed the food. For the table we ordered the soup dumplings, pan fried bao, rainbow steamed dumplings, walnut shrimp, and using fried noodles with sweet and sour chicken for the kiddo. Oh and the beef roll! Service was pleasant. Food was delicious. Atmosphere was inviting. I'd like to bring some friends to order and share dim sum style.

Combo steamed dumplings. Chicken and pork. Incredible!

I rated this place a 5 but if I could rate it a 10 I would! Such a cute clean restaurant and the staff was very nice and great service! The food was incredible and tasted very fresh and came out hot! Huge portion size and the flavor of everything was top tier! The menu selection was great too! I'll b back again and again because there's so many things I wanted to try! Great job!

Vegetable Delight with Shrimp (recommendation: have them cook the broccoli more, unless you like it more firm)

Beautiful New Spot With Amazing Food! As soon as you walk in, the restaurant is absolutely beautiful. The wall of masks near the entrance is stunning ~ each one is colorful, detailed, and displayed like artwork. It sets the tone right away and shows how much care went into designing the space. Combined with the hanging pink flowers on the ceiling, the whole place feels vibrant, artistic and welcoming. It's genuinely a pretty restaurant and new in Rockwall. We started out with some hot tea, then ordered several items, and every single dish was delicious. The Xiao Long Bao combo came out piping hot and full of flavorful broth. The shrimp Vegetable Delight was loaded with veggies and was yummy, however the broccoli needed to be cooked longer as they were harder than I like. My boyfriend got the Broccoli Chicken dish but had asked for the broccoli to be cooked longer (I'll be doing that next time) he said it was tender with a rich savory sauce. Presentation on all of the plates was clean and appealing, exactly what you hope for at a place called Noodles & Dumplings. Cody took great care of us, provided excellent service and was genuinely a delight. He offered some great recommendations and made our visit feel surprisingly personal, even while the restaurant was clearly busy. Everything came out fresh and exactly how we ordered it. A small suggestion I have is that they could really benefit from a dedicated busser to help clear tables faster, for a cleaner and more inviting dining room area. It would make the flow even smoother for both staff and guests, especially during peak hours. Other than that, this is a fantastic new location. Great food, great service, great ambiance, and even great music playing in the background. I'm already planning to come back. Highly recommend. I only give HONEST and TRUE Reviews from the Heart. Thank you for taking the time to read it & react to it.

The worse you order a 18.00 entree and you have to pay an extra 2.00 for a cup of white rice. Just robbing the consumer.

We had been wanting to try Rumdoul for a while, so it felt like a double treat! Before we even walked through the doors, we were hit with the most incredible aromas coming from the restaurant. It immediately made us excited to eat. Once inside, we were greeted with warm smiles by Leona, who was absolutely adorable and incredibly attentive to everyone dining there. We also had the pleasure of talking with Mr. B, who shared his vision for the restaurant and how he wants it to be different. You can genuinely feel the love, pride, and passion he has poured into this place--not only in the atmosphere but in every bite of food. Following some of his recommendations, we started with the chicken gyoza. They were perfectly fried, crispy on the outside, and packed with flavor. For my entrée, I ordered the tofu yellow curry at spice level 4. Let me tell you--it was SPICY! But it was also absolutely delicious. I can't wait to order it again, although there are so many other menu items I want to try too. Jason ordered the chicken Pad Thai. He's extremely picky about noodle texture and thickness, and he devoured every single bite. He ordered spice level 3, which was almost too much for him, but that didn't stop him from cleaning his plate! Of course, we had to finish with the mango sticky rice, which was my favorite part of the meal. I poured every drop of that sweet coconut sauce over the rice and mango, and there wasn't a trace left on the plate. We even used the extra sauce from the gyoza in our dishes because everything was just that good. There's a reason Rumdoul is sitting close to a 5-star rating. The food is incredible, the service is wonderful, and the passion behind the restaurant shines through in every detail. We will absolutely be back--and as soon as our little man arrives, we'll be adding sushi to our order too! Giving Rumdoul 5's with zero hesitation.

Overall, the food was solid with a few standout items. The spicy tuna roll was excellent -- fresh, flavorful, and easily the highlight of the meal. The ramen was also quite good and comforting. The hibachi steak, however, was a bit of a surprise. The steak was cooked exactly to the temperature I requested, but it (along with the vegetables) arrived slightly cold, which took away from the experience. The fried rice also lacked a bit of seasoning and could have used a little more flavor. While this wasn't a bad dining experience by any means, I'm still on the search for that standout spot in the area that truly checks all the boxes. That said, there are definitely some dishes here worth coming back for.
