Fine Asian has been open a few years now in Murphy, just off 544 near backyard Murphy. Me and my mom went for lunch and wow this place did not disappoint! They had traditional Chinese-American fare but a few other lesser known options. Their lunch portions were massive. I played it safe with orange chicken and steamed rice but asked them to amp up the spice. It was $10.99 and is easily enough for two people. My mom got the Singapore noodles which had grilled veggies plus chicken AND shrimp, and again the portion was huge! For $13.99 I think the meal was a steal; she had at least a half dozen large shrimp buried throughout the noodles. We both had doggy bags. I will be back! Staff was very nice. It wasn't very busy, and I hope they're able to make it. It's nice to have a Chinese restaurant that offers decent sit down and take out service. Check it out! read more

This was more like Fine-ish Asian. While the atmosphere and server were GREAT, it could not make up for the amount of time it for us to get our food and the quality. We went here on a lunch date, and it wasn't too crowded. We started with a Philly role that did not taste good. There was no description on the menu, so we assumed it was the typical. It did not have cucumber and the smoked salmon was very dry and overcooked. I ordered the honey garlic chicken and steamed rice, which was amazing. We also ordered honey sesame chicken, fried rice with no onions, and kids noodles and fries (which is an odd combo). These items came out one at a time, with our child eating lasts and they were not good. Luckily it was only a 20 minute drive, but we will likely not return. read more

My wife & I had never been to Fine Asian, but reading about it led us to drive the 15 miles from Nevada (area) to Murphy to try this cuisine. We were not disappointed. Having read about people who have said they were disappointed was not borne out as we both enjoyed the meal... Szechuan Chicken, fried rice, egg drop & wonton soups & spring rolls. I have been a repeat customer for at least one year, consistently ordering the orange peel chicken, and oftentimes the egg rolls too. Today, I ordered my usual, orange peel chicken, and side of egg rolls. To my surprise, the chicken was not the same in any way as it used to be! Too much breading (doesn't even look like the picture anymore), DRY, no sauce (or maybe all the breading absorbed it), and absolutely no orange flavor....and no orange peel like it used to have (always good to squeeze the remaining juice out of it)! This was basically breaded boneless chicken wings with orange coloring. Absolutely disappointed with the quality of this meal! The egg rolls were not good either - very oily and tasted like old oil. I had just left this place with a friend, I had gotten the Inaka Garlic Shrimp Ramen and she had chosen the Sapporo Special Ramen. From the reviews, I was hoping to have a better experience with the food itself. I had first ordered the veggie spring rolls, which were pretty tasteless, but did have a nice crunchy texture to them. The ramen both were about the same. Bland in flavor, other than the pickled ginger. The soup was very watery, the yolk in the eggs were over cooked, and they do not use the regular menma, the mushrooms stems were still hard which made it a difficult texture to eat through. The one thing that threw me off was the noodles. They looked and tasted like instant ramen noodles, along with the soup made the food unenjoyable. Brand new place just opened so we gave it a try for a to-go order. We ordered the Honey sesame chicken, Thai fried rice, kimchi ramen, and sweet and sour chicken. Kimchi ramen doesn't really taste like any other kimchi ramen? Just like normal ramen broth and they put some kimchi in there. Not any strong kimchi flavor. But lots of good toppings! They gave us sweet and sour chicken without the sweet and sour sauce??? So chicken with pineapple and bell peppers... Thai fried rice and sesame chicken are good though. Very large portions but only brought the fried rice leftovers home as the chicken could t be salvaged as a reheated Meal. Very disappointed. It was our first time here. The food was very good. We ordered fried dumplings, Mixed Lo Mein and Honey Sesame Chicken(forgot to take a picture of it). The Mixed Lo Mein, had a little too much soy sauce but overall it was good. The Honey Sesame, had good flavor and was crunchy. It's felt like a good day to have some Asian food for lunch, and I came across this place. It's somewhat small but clean, with seating for about 25 or 30 people. It was pretty busy at the time, but there was a table open towards the back so I took that one, and shortly afterwards the nice woman running the place came over to me with a menu and also pointed towards a board on the counter that had the lunch specials listed on it. I decided on the Orange Chicken lunch special ($8.99) and the lady took my order. At the time it appeared that she was running the front all by herself, as she was quite busy taking orders, payments, serving the food and cleaning tables after the other diners were finished. My food came out about 10 minutes later, and I was quite surprised by how much there was. For a lunch special it was a very generous portion, so much so that I couldn't even finish it all and ended up taking almost half of it home. The chicken came along with a small cup of brown rice. The quality of the food, especially the chicken, was excellent. The chicken was white meat, juicy on the inside and crispy on the outside. It also had a bit of heat (spiciness) to it, more so than any other orange chicken I can ever remember having. The rice was pretty much your typical brown rice, but was a nice side to enjoy between bites of the chicken. All in all I was very impressed by the taste of food itself, the amount of it, the very reasonable price for what you get, and the nice service. Fine Asian is certainly a place worth checking into. read more

This is my new favorite Chinese place in all of DFW. It is outstanding I went in because if the reviews and it didn't look like much, but it just had recently opened it super clean inside, and the portions were all huge extremely fresh fresh vegetables not too much sauce I was really blown away. In fact, I'm gonna say it I think several of the dishes here are better than Royal China downtown which used to be my last number one favorite.. Definitely give this place a try. I had the Mongolian beef with extra green onions and it was excellent. . Also, the young lady who is providing service was outstanding extremely nice, and was attentive m of the entire time . We have eaten here several times. Most of time food was good. The last time we ate here 12/7/23, our food was not good. It tasted like old food that was warmed up. This was my second time to get take out from Fine Asian. I did it by myself as a test for the rest of my family, as they tend to be a little more picky. I thoroughly enjoyed my beef sezchuan (sp?) and my spring rolls. So I convinced the family to get take out with me on the second trip. They agreed. I got the same and they each got the orange chicken. The reviews were very positive and we will definitely going back. The atmosphere is nice, the employees are fantastic and they turn things around very quickly. The one I would point out that was exceptional, and that has do with the beef. On my first visit, the amount of beef in my dish was so big, it was noticeable. On my second visit the amount of beef had decrease quite a bit. My hope this is just a one off, as I only have 2 samples, rather a direction or cost cutting measure. That said, I would still definitely recommend this restaurant. read more
