The flavor (other than the salt) was acidic and had the snail essence ... but the salt was too overwhelming. The beef used isn't a good quality cut, and I don't normally comment on these kinds of things. I took the remainder home for leftovers and had to add cold water to dilute the salt - thankfully, the flavor remained though. That being said, it was all self-service other than the food being brought to me, which came fairly quickly. I boxed up the leftovers and started to walk out, one of the employees ran after me to give me a plastic bag seeing I was struggling with the door trying to balance the food and drink. It speaks volumes to see how attentive they were to their customers. I live in the Firewheel area Garland and was craving it again so went back on Thursday. Definitely worth a drive for me. The drinks are given to you when you pay and they bring the food to the table. The portions are a good size and let me tell you this food doesn't taste like buffet food.
