Today I came in with my father and we sat in a booth and we were waited on by a teenage girl with brown hair. She literally would not stop talking to other tables the entire time. We needed napkins. She never came. We needed refills. She never came. I needed a water. Still talking to other people. My dad literally held his credit card out past the table to show he needed the check. Over six minutes later she was STILL yapping to an elderly woman about her history class? Jesus! I understand its a family place & the locals like to talk but this was ridiculous. Somebody needs to teach this girl some manners. read more

We went to Napoli's and it was fantastic! I had a stromboli, and my wife had a combo. The owner was present and engaged with us, and he seemed like a very nice person. The absolute worst. My 1st and LAST time to ever walk through their doors. Why would anyone go to Napoli's when Valentino's is across the street. No comparison in quality of food, service and atmosphere, but my favorite, Valentino's, wasn't open for lunch. Next time I will go anywhere but here. The Chicken dishes are not fresh chicken breasts. I picked mine out and left on the plate. The bread is huge, so you only get the taste of dough except on the crust. When I asked for grated cheese, he handed me a jar of Parmesan typed, not grated. There isn't many places that offer cannelloni but Napoli's in Rowlett does. For $14.00 I really wasn't expecting it to be as delicious as it was. I asked if it was prepared in house and it is. A good NYC style pizza. The crust was soft and crispy on the edges but could have been done a bit more on the bottom. Too much cheese for the amount of sauce but the ingredients were fresh and flavorful. I would definitely go back for another try. read more

Ive been here a few times and every time the staff is so friendly and the food soo flavorful and yummy. You can tell they are using good ingredients. Im picky with my pizza crust and really like this one, Ive had a pizza and calzones on different occasions and they are soo good. I dont normally eat marinara sauce but it came with the calzone so i tried it and definitely couldnt let it to waste. The Cannoli is BOMB, can never order without getting one. My wife and I ordered carryout from Napoli's Rowlett. One appetizer, one salad, two entrees, one dessert. The toasted ravioli were underbreaded and undercooked. The fettuccine alfredo was the worst we've ever had: bland, thin sauce and rubbery, colorless chicken. The baked ziti was bland, with some noodles undercooked. The tiramisu was frozen solid. We called the restaurant and spoke with the manager and owner about our bad experience. We were told that because we ordered online using the tool on their website, Slice, that there was nothing they could do, and that to seek a refund we would have to work through the third-party ordering portal. When we challenged this, the owner became agitated and began to shout at us over the phone. Terrible food, terrible service. We will never go back. read more

Let me start off by saying that we are long time customers .. we have been coming here for years and the food has always been great. Today it was so bad that we left after two bites. Starting off with the rolls they were literally unsalted. We then ordered a Caesar salad and it came out made with iceberg lettuce and tomatoes and a mountain of mozzarella (to hide the lettuce!???) My husband ordered chicken piccata and it literally came out and the chicken looked so bland and it was!!! (Looked like hospital chicken) The noodles were unsalted and watery. My order was a special one that I always get and they always make it for me (Veal Parmesan with Fettuccini Alfredo instead of spaghetti). The waitress came back and said that the kitchen said it was not possible but she could get them to make me a fettuccine alfredo with a side of veal. When the dish came out i only got the fettuccine alfredo and although it looked creamy and delicious it was bland and had no flavor like it was watered down. We immediately asked for the check and the waitress was so apologetic when i asked if there was an ownership change she told me that the owners were out of town and that kitchen staff was being mean to her and didn't want to make the veal. I am posting this so that the owners see what is happening while they are away. read more

Great experience, I'm of the "older" generation. I asked them if I could offer off the kids menu and it would be enough food. They do allow offering off the kids menu for seniors and they put in extra chicken in my chicken fettuccine. I didn't ask for this, and I consider it a blessing. The food rolls were great. The restaurant was dark with black walls inside and pretty empty around this time it was 7pm. This is the lettuce I received, old, mushy, brown lettuce. The chicken was also very tough. feb 7 2025 it's friday night we worked hard all week and weren't sure what we wanted to eat we settled for a small pizza. we order half veggie and half pepperoni. from pick up to home (in rowlett) the pizza was cold, it just went down hill from there the pizza was tasteless, the dough wasn't crisp or let's say too doughy it just wasn't good it was bad to be honest. maybe an off night because we've ordered from here before and it was ok. last night wasn't even ok. don't think we'll be back. we are from NY so we know good pizza this isn't close. good luck read more

If you've never been or haven't been in awhile, then you should definitely go! We have the best meal. Afterwards I felt like I needed a nap. The sauce was amazing and the seafood was very fresh and the shrimp were really big. He had the chicken pick and it was absolutely delish. The owners are amazing people and made us feel right at home. It was very clean and nicely decorated and everyone was social distancing and wearing their masks. I felt very safe. This is one of those hidden treasures in a small town with the MOST delicious home cooked food, a family friendly atmosphere run by a friendly Family! They've been there for YEARS and have continued to serve our community with love and generosity as well as some of the best chicken alfredo you can find anywhere. Also, recommend their amazing Chicken Angelina and perfect calzones! Every time we dine there you hear them greeting their customers BY NAME! My favorite story is that when i was a new mom trying to enjoy dinner with a 1 year old, the owners wife was SO kind and asked if she could hold betty for a little while while i finished my food. I haven't been here since I lived in Dallas almost 9 yrs ago.. and they still had my favorite dish, Lobster Ravioli.. YUM!! They have changed a lot since my last visit, some for the best and a few bad. For example they still give you free garlic knots before you order your meal but now they don't bring you the marinara to dip it in. That's ok, not a huge bread person these days. My son and his wife enjoyed their entrees as much as I enjoyed mine.. and of course I had to get 2 cannolis to go for Becca and I.. can't wait to bring my Husband here!! read more

I came here for a work dinner and was very pleased with my experience. The waiter was able to take a reservation of 10 people and seat us all with no problems. They gave us complimentary bread which was nice. Every time we finished the bread, they just brought more! I ordered baked cheese tortellini which was delicious might I say. If you go to any of the others they do not charge you for the marinara sauce that they serve with the rolls here they charge two dollars it is a little runny and not very thick. Very disappointed. I ordered two pizzas for my family and when my husband went to pick them up.. My husband noticed one pizza was missing two toppings that we ordered and paid for. When asked to correct the pizza the co-manager Johnny (the older bald one) had a loud angry outburst about it. Saying my husband will take what he put on the pizza. I'm sorry, but that's not how you treat a paying customer. Our business will go to Valentinos from now on. The people are much nicer and the food is better. read more
