It feels like a pretty classic American pub/bar with pretty normal menu selections and couple of fusion items. I was still pretty full from the lunch so I orders something. I wouldn't feel too bad if I had yo be wasteful lol so I went with the pretzel which was wayyyy larger than I expected. I actually really liked the beer cheese dip with it. One of not too many places that actually have a good quality one with well balanced flavor that actually compliments the bread. I can't remember what beer exactly I had, but it was dark and delicious. Our server was super sweet and attentive! Overall really good experience. This is a nice casual spot to enjoy a few drinks, food, and maybe a game on TV (idk tho I'm not sports girlie)

Ayra took care of my family (including two little ones) and the experience was great this week! It was a gorgeous evening for dinner and drinks on the patio and our kids were able to run around the open lawn that felt safe and explored. The food menu seemed a bit shorter in options this time around as it sounded like the seasonal items may be getting updated. I was the most impressed by the sautéed veggies we asked for on the side as there aren't many vegetable options on the menu itself. We got some broccoli and green beans and I requested them to be cooked soft for our kids. We all devoured them as they were seasoned perfectly. The watermelon margarita is great.

Good, not great beer. The fact that my beer was delivered in a puddle was hilarious. No attention to great customer service. Will I be back, no. Not worth the travel outside of Dallas. If I was in the area...maybe(?). Seems like a private equity firm wanted to open a brew pub

The brewery is a really nice spot in downtown Rowlett with a lot of seating inside and outside with great brewery ambiance. The service was great with beer recommendations. We had the fried pickles to start which were nice and crunchy and paired well with ranch and sriracha aioli. We also ordered the wagyu burger which was also very good with the smoky bacon and substituted mayo and mustard instead of the standard Russian sauce that it comes with. We also had the harvest salad with chicken which is a great lighter option with tons of flavor in the vinaigrette. Overall a great place to check out if you're in the area.

I ordered the kids pepperoni pizzz because I was not that hungry and luckily I was sitting at the bar, so I got mine right away. It was hot, delicious, & cooked perfectly. The staffe is cordial, but not talkative. I did watch several meals die in the window. Food was stacking up and the servers would look at the tickets and I guess if it was not theirs they left it. I saw no communication between staff cooking & servers. Ambience is good, great music playing. I've been coming here for years and will continue

The food here is so delicious! Really enjoyed all of it. The pretzel was amazing! The fries were so flavorful, the burger was very good! Can't wait to come for brunch. Kailey was our server for our party of 8, she was awesome! Loved the ambiance as well. It was a very comfortable spot & look forward to the next visit

My go-to pizza place a short drive from home. Beer is always great and the servers are always friendly. My pup and I always enjoy the outside seating since it can be loud and cramped inside during the evening hours. I love the Street Taco pizza and the pretzels. The lobster Mac and cheese is great too. You can get a personal size pizza if you want a smaller and cheaper option for 1.

Love this place! The food and beer selection are amazing. Atmosphere is equally as great. The BLTA dip is 12/10

Nice little spot I didn't know about. Our server was fantastic and so friendly! The food was pretty good and the atmosphere was wonderful and relaxing. They had pet adoptions going on while we were there so it was really nice to see sweet pups while enjoying lunch with my family. Highly recommend!!

This restaurant is located in downtown Rowlett. It has a nice patio with a fountain out front. We were seated immediately. The aromas from all the yummy food surrounded us. My boyfriend and I shared half street taco/ half the god father pizza. It did not disappoint. The woodfire cooked pizza had so much flavor! Street tacos slices were really unique, while the god father slices had a more classic pizza taste. We couldn't decide which one we liked better! Really liked the country music that they played. Service was fantastic. Our waiter was super friendly and attentive. Other members of the staff would even check on us to see if we needed anything. I definitely will be back!

I lowered my rating for this location after a few more visits: the Twinkies remain tasty, however the pizza we ordered had one or two sliced meatballs and otherwise was bacon bits. Not memorable for sure. Service was slow and the server was busy but inattentive. The beer list for a place like this is really poor. It doesn't do any good to list a beer as coming soon when you could have another beer now. Doubt we'll be back.

Chicken-fried brisket is the star of the show here, and it's every bit as legendary as the hype…read moresuggests. I went specifically for their signature dish (the one they proudly call themselves the "Home of the Chicken Fried Brisket"), and it delivered exactly what everyone raves about. They take a thick, oak-smoked brisket slice--already juicy, tender, and loaded with smoky flavor and perfect bark--then coat it in a craft-beer batter and fry it up. The crust comes out shatter-crisp and golden, never greasy or soggy, while the brisket inside stays beefy and moist. That peppery burnt-end gravy poured over the top is rich, savory, and ties everything together beautifully with a scoop of skin-on mashed potatoes on the side. It's pure Texas comfort food genius--smoky BBQ meets Southern fried steak in the best possible way. I'd order it again in a heartbeat (it's a Tuesday special or weekend brunch treat, so plan accordingly). The rest of the BBQ holds up just as strong. Their regular brisket (flat and point) is consistently juicy, tender, and smoky with that killer bark everyone mentions. Sides and other meats are solid too--no weak links. The house beers are fantastic and pair perfectly with the rich, smoky food (the rustic, woodsy vibe in the historic downtown Garland spot makes it even better for lingering over a pint). Service is friendly and the whole place just feels welcoming. If you're in Garland or nearby and love bold Texas BBQ with a creative twist, Intrinsic is a must. The chicken-fried brisket alone is worth the trip--don't sleep on it! Highly recommend for anyone who wants great smoked meats, great beer, and something uniquely delicious

The decor and theme are inspired by New Orleans/Creole/Cajun vibes, and it's beautifully put together. The layout of the location is a slight "L" shape, so seating can be a bit limited during busy times. It's a seat-yourself setup, and they provide QR codes at the tables for you to place your order and pay when you're ready. Now, onto the food and service. Unfortunately, the wait for both food and drinks were longer than expected, even as the rush began to die down. Our pretzel appetizer didn't arrive until near the end of our meal, and sadly, it was overcooked. Drinks The beer was great and a definite highlight of the experience. Here's what we ordered: Appetizers Giant Pub Pretzel ($13.99): A 12.05 oz pretzel served with signature beer cheese and beer mustard. Unfortunately, this dish was a disappointment. Despite being called "Giant," the pretzel was thin, and was a bit overcooked. While we enjoyed the beer cheese, the beer mustard could have stayed in the kitchen. Loaded Broccoli ($8.99): Steamed broccoli seasoned with Cajun spices, topped with melted cheese and your choice of chicken, beef, or pulled pork. I chose chicken, which was delicious and well-seasoned. However, the cheese was a huge letdown, it had an odd, roux-like texture and flavor that nearly made the dish inedible. Entrée Voo-Dill Pickle Pizza ($12.99): Made with roasted garlic pesto, fresh mozzarella, thick-cut pickles, and a special Voo-Dill seasoning. While the concept was intriguing, the execution fell short. The pizza crust was undercooked, and the pickles seemed like they were added at the very end instead of being baked with the pizza. The garlic pesto was the highlight of this dish. Desserts -King Cake Slice ($3.XX): Clearly store-bought and not made in-house. It also took a while to reach our table, which was odd considering it's pre-packaged. The kitchen area even had the King Cake box visible. Beignets ($7.99): Over-fried and served with icing that was overly lemony, which overpowered the dish. Side Order Jalapeño Slaw ($2.99): The star of the meal! It had the perfect balance of mayo and vinegar, with a fresh kick from the jalapeños and Cajun spices. I wish I had ordered more! I think this place has a lot of potential. The concept is fantastic, but the kitchen needs improvement. I do plan to return and give it another try because the space and the idea are great. Hopefully, next time the food lives up to the vision!

It's a cool restaurant that has a lot of seating, and cool decor with Guitars displayed on the wall and a small stage for performers. We walked up to where you order. It was counter service and the guy that took our order was laid back. We paid, he gave us a number and then we chose a place to sit and waited for our food. We ordered several items to share. We started off with a charcuterie board that had meats, cheeses, nuts, fruit, and toasted bread. It was really good. The bread was able to hold the ingredients and was nice and crispy but not overly crispy. The meats were good and the different cheeses were flavorful with different textures. The fruit was fresh and the nuts were a nice crunchy addition. Very yummy start. We also shared the Tejas Nachos with Brisket. The Nachos come with tortilla chips covered in cheese, queso, jalapenos, tomatoes, and crema. They were okay. The Brisket was plentiful. There was a lot of cheese and queso spread out all over the nachos. It was a little too much. The chips got soggier the closer you got to the bottom of the pile. Our last shared item was the ZZ Top BBQ Flatbread. It was okay. It came with an overabundance of cheese. It also came with jalapenos, BBQ sauce, and we ordered it with Chicken. It was okay. The cheese was gooey but overwhelming. The jalapenos added a spicy flavor and the BBQ sauce was tasty. Overall the restaurant has a cool atmosphere with good service. The counter service, ordering and paying process was quick and easy. Everytime someone brought our food to us they were friendly. The food was okay and literally very cheesy.
