The perfect sandwich chain for stoners and sandwich lovers! Fun vibes and great subs! I went to one in Bend and this one delivered the same great experience. Like the signs say, don't expect a fast sub - good things take time. G-13 was my choice - absolutely scrumptious! The bread is toasted perfectly and it's loaded up. You probably can't go wrong with your choice

Amazing! The food and service was a wholesome experience. I had the French dip on garlic bread and had them add horseradish. It was very good. Very fresh and great quality of a sandwich. The servings are large so I had leftovers which tasted just as delicious as the first time. We had a large group and not a single one of us had a complaint. Great menu items and such a nice variety of choices. Will definitely be going back!

During a recent trip through Eugene, I enjoyed lunch at this very cool place. The food is fantastic. The line was long. Usually, I am way too impatient to wait that long, but I am so glad I did. I ordered the Griefo and the Not-Chos. The Griefo was delicious and mess. The bread is out of this world. The sandwich was loaded with toppings; the sandwiches are served open-face, so I guess that's what you call them. The Not-Chos were spicy and awesome. The prices were reasonable too. I feel like this is not only a nod to the stoner culture; I mean come on, you are in Oregon! But it also felt like a place I would have frequented as a teenager. It has a very early 90's vibe. The people are great, too. Everyone was working super hard and I got the food pretty fast despite the longer wait in line. The guy at the register was so patient. There was a group ahead of me with about 12 people. They opened the other register to help move things along. His infectious patience and kindness helped set the right tone for the visit. I will definitely return when I pass through again.

It's a shame I have to be in Eugene or Bend for these sandwiches! Every time I'm in town for a ducks game, this is my go-to. The bread is fantastic, the sandwiches are flavorful, and I never leave disappointed. The white widow or the French dip are my usuals. Bring one to PDX!

Best subs in Eugene for the price. I love the variety of warm sandwiches and chicken options here that you don't find at a lot of other places. The bread is superior to anywhere else. Plus, the staff is always so nice and helpful!

This place is great! The ambiance is exactly what you'd expect. References weed everywhere in the shop. The sandwich selection is large. And the flavor profiles are definitely delicious! One beef is that when you get mushrooms, they are not cooked. I didn't get any photos this time, but the sandwiches are a long subs. Service is always friendly and fast!

The food is so good. They have a lot of options. The food does t take processed or stored for days. Very filling.

Sandwiches here are excellent. They specialize under toasted subs. Order at the front counter after a short wait in line (worth the wait). Choose from meat sandwiches, chicken & turkey sandwiches, or veggie sandwiches. Something for everyone. Choose your type of bread and the size of your sub. Select from 4", 8", or 12" subs. All subs are made to order with good quality ingredients and then the toasted as open face sandwiches which you would close up as you eat. We ordered in our group, La Canna (Italian), the A-Train (mushroom marinara), and thr 5-0 (the pig, baby!). It was all delicious and we ate everything. You can order soft drinks for the soda fountain, and cups for water at the front cashier with your food. The rear counter is for beer. Ask about types of beer on tap.

I was in Eugene for work and stopped in for dinner. I ordered the Thai Chicken sub and it was delicious. Will go back when I'm in town

La Canna (Italian)

Possibly the best sandwich I've tried so far. First time coming here and gosh it was so hard to choose which sandwich to get, they have so many options. I decided to get the la canna which is basically their Italian sandwich. I wasn't a big fan of the olives and pickles but overall it was really good. The bread was so good, they have wheat, garlic, and white bread to choose from. Good seating area inside and outside. Fast service and such good food. Will be back again to try different ones!

The Skybar is located on the 5th floor of the building along with the Hotel lobby... uh okay. The staff are all very pleasant and accommodating. We went to the SkyBar and found it to be a smallish yet convenient place to wait for guests or visitors along with getting a drink or a bite to eat. The bar looks like it can accommodate about 30 people in the interior. There is a nice outdoor patio that can easily accommodate more when the weather is nice. The barkeeper was very attentive and observant, he took our food and drink requests at the bar and in short order, everything was presented. I had a Moscow Mule that I found to be a refreshing drink. Ginger beer, lime and vodka. An excellent combination. I also had an order of the chicken wings and fries. The fries were a normal shoestring variety, cooked well, nicely salted and came in a metal bowl. The wings I found to be outstanding! I don't usually get wings this well made unless I do it myself. I received 8 wings coated with barbecue sauce on a charcuterie board with the fries. The wings were served nicely hot. The meat was piping hot, juicy and tender. The barbecue coating was a hearty middle of the road sauce, not sweet or too smoky. It was caramelized perfectly for that sticky texture and flavor. Definitely a nice coating. Thankfully the bartender brought us a lot of napkins. The wings and fries made for a satisfying meal. The bar boasts a couple of gas fireplaces that make for a warming environment with a few semi private tables. There is a longer table for a larger group as well as several smaller tables and a few bar stools for game watching. All in all we found the bar to be a cozy semi-private environment, yet available to the guests as they come and go. All around, a nice meeting area and watering hole. We will book our family members for a stay here at the hotel. I'm looking forward to trying more of their specialty drinks.

Good food & views, great drinks. There's always parking in the parking garage or in the lot behind…read morethe building.

With that meal you will experience actual satisfaction and contentment. That's the first thing I have to say in case you're reading for a recommendation of what to order. Even better if you have it late night after experiencing the best Handel's Messiah concert at the Hult in December. I had a small slider of corned beef along with his amazing fresh Kale salad garnish with shaved Parmesan, walnuts, added protein -- sausage. It came with a toasted slice of soda bread that was great. But the slider was how I realized the corned beef was PERFECTLY prepared. A taste was not enough; I decided to get the dinner plate version to take the next day up to Seattle with me. Fantastic staff included Barkeep Illyia, whose birthday it was. She kept up a steady stream of attentive care, skillful service, friendly banter with each of the clients that came in and said good by to them as they left. Hospitality was her middle name. Love that they have mugs for the regulars hanging from the ceilings, the bar space is great but so are the arm chairs and cushioned seats in the corners of the pub. I even ran into two other concertgoers who had also been so energized after the Messiah concert that they didn't want to go home. We spent a half hour at the bar unpacking the highs and best points of the performance by the Eugene Symphony Orchestra, and the symphony choir, and each of the soloists. We also unanimously agreed the tenor was fantastic, the baritone a paragon of artistic talent, the soprano sang incandescently, and that the final AMEN movement was soul healing and mind blowing simultaneously. Yeah. It was that good. This place was the right place to come to unpack it all over a Guinness and the best corned beef and cabbage in town. Love that it was open late enough to enjoy after the concert. Will be back.

The profile looked pretty cool so we decided to go there for a drink. Once inside, it was pretty dark which is typical for a Tiki Bar. The decor was very good and there was a lot of it around. My fave was the mermaid skeleton above our seats. The drinks options were plentiful and they even had jello shots for a bargain price (we had a few of these for good measure!). I had The Monkey's Paw classic drink and another in our party had The Invisible Man drink. Each was lovingly prepared by the bartender who was super cool with the prep and conversations we had with him. I loved walking around and looking at all the decor on the walls and ceiling. There's a lot to see. There's even a door that leads to a courtyard with several food trucks ready to serve you. There is a stage near the entrance for bands and a small dance floor. I would love to return one evening to check out the atmosphere and do a little boogeying! Give this place a try. It's a well done Tiki Bar and one of the better ones I've been to.
