It was only when the waitstaff came to clear the plates, that they asked if we'd like a refill. We were completely done eating, so I asked if they had to go cups and they stated they did not. I asked for a box for the leftover fries, and once that was dropped off we waited forever for our check. Finally, I had to go up and ask. As for ambiance, it's predominantly a bar with food and games available.
