I have been here a few times since moving out here a few years ago. Still have not checked out dinner. I hear it is good. I have had a burger, pulled pork. And a bacon, turkey sando. The bacon turkey sando was the better of the three I have tried. My guy likes their Rubens. The service is always friendly. I see them packed in the evening quite a bit. They make a lot of home made deserts that I have not tried yet, but look dangerously delicious. They have cute patio seating, and plenty of it.

We were looking for a local business that offered burgers for dinner. We found the Broadway grill in Veneta OR. You would not know it but their food is amazing. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with fries, the burger had a lot of great toppings and the patty was very flavorful. They pulled on the bacon. We also ordered a side of onion rings, that were nice and crispy not greasy. The fries had a nice lite batter to them. The location was nice and had indoor and outdoor seating. The staff was very welcoming. If your in town give them a try.

Very welcoming. Service with smiles and eagerness to please.Food was tasty. The ambiencei is not elegant but interesting, most of it is clearly done by insiders with a flair.Menu is varied.Try a delicious homemade dessert! So good!

Such a comfortable environment. Service is friendly and accommodating. We walked up and ordered, now we're waiting in the shade at a patio table, very peaceful here. It's funny to go inside and see the chairs all turned up on the tables, but the door is open and customers are coming and going with takeout. I'm getting a rack of ribs, kid got the chicken strip basket and The Mrs is getting a traditional burger. Time to get it home!

I found this place by chance and boy was it a good luck setting! I ordered the fish Tacos, fish in beer batter, slaw with peaches and mango. The corn tortilla was litely cooked, not greasy and had a little seasoning on the outside. I have never had fish Tacos this good! The fish was the perfect crispness, it didn't get soggy after awhile it stayed chrisp. The wife had an amazing Philly cheese steak with a creamy cheese sauce, onions and bell peppers. Her fries were amazing and I don't say that litely! I am a prude when it comes to my fries. Ask any McDonald's. They have to be crispy on the outside! The were amazingly crisp and they are thick fries! Now the wrap up. We also ordered Mozzarella sticks that were unbelievable! Large, chrispy, and real Mozzarella! I highly recommend you check this place out.

Great spot for dinner before a flight

I was headed to the airport so stopped at the Broadway Grill. I sat inside, and though really busy, the waitress was there very quickly taking my order. I thoroughly enjoyed my burger and sweet potato fries!! They were delicious!! I passed on dessert but oh my they looked amazing! I recommend you stop in..

Burgers are big but not too massive! I ordered the chicken hot mama but I ate it sooo fast I had to get a picture of my fiancé's meal The art is awesome and the staff is very kind and has a good sense of humor! I highly recommend this place.

Amazing! This Restaurant has reinstated my belief that there are still quality, humble, down to earth yet elegant places to eat, with food that nutritious's the Mind, Body and Soul. Thank you for your truly outstanding service to this Beautiful Town, you are a Gift and a Treasure

This wonderful little place is the best (not so well kept) secret in Veneta. They cozy atmosphere and amazing options are something you'd expect to see in a bigger city. The food never disappoints. If you have never had their taco salad - you are missing out. They layer on pico, beans, cheese, olives, and taco meat on top. Home made chips for that yummy extra crunch. It even has some magical ranch dressing that has a hint of something special (not too spicy - just right). Every time I go in they have a constantly evolving desert menu. The owner hand makes the cheesecake and most of the other deserts. This place is truly a hidden gem. If you're ever in Veneta stop here and give them a try. Between the friendly staff that's always willing to bend over backwards to get you anything you need and the quality of the food - you definitely won't regret it!

That's fine, except there were at four tables empty that we could see from where we were standing and more further into the restaurant where we couldn't see. We were the second party waiting, and it took about 10 minutes for just to be seated, which wasn't really an issue... but whilst we were waiting, a party of two walked in--when there were three parties of two waiting--and they immediately seated that party that came in several minutes after the rest of use who were still waiting had been standing there. Several minutes prior one of the servers had come to make a list of the waiting parties, so I'm not sure why these folks weren't added to that list and instead seated. The service was agonizingly slow. I don't know what the issue was; if they were short staffed or this was a normal day, but it was 15 minutes or so before our server came to take our order after she brought us water (which was of course a few minutes after we were seated). She apologized for the wait when she came for our order, so that suggested maybe it was unusual. I let her know when I placed the order that if my daughter's food was ready before mine, it was okay to bring that out ahead. But things didn't improve from there. Somehow, the people that were behind us in line and seated after us got their order before us, about nine minutes after we even got to place our order. We ordered our food at 9:54 am. Our order was a kids platter which is a pancake, egg, and a piece of bacon, and a McKenzie omelette without mushrooms. Nothing too crazy and not a lot of food, right? Our server didn't come back to us once after she took our order--not to ask if we wanted more water, if I wanted another lemonade, nothing. She walked by and looked apologetically at us a few times though, which I guess was supposed to make up for any service. After waiting about 25 minutes I finally had to wave the server over and asked her how much longer it was gonna be for our food to show up. She said that ours was the next order up and I asked her in minutes how long that was gonna be because I didn't know how long I was going to keep my toddler in an okay mood (she's an exceedingly patient and easy going child, but by this time we'd been at this restaurant over an hour). She went back and brought out my toddler's food. Fantastic, but imagine my surprise when it wasn't what was ordered. I had ordered the kids platter, remember? What came out was the Mickey Mouse pancake with a scrambled egg. I don't know how those two things could possibly have gotten mixed up because they're completely different from each other to the extent that they shouldn't even be entered similarly, since the only item that is the same is the pancake. But it had finally come out, it was cheaper than what I ordered, and at that point I just needed to give her something to eat. (She had sipped most of my marionberry lemonade by that time, so at least one of us got to enjoy it.) It was 33 minutes from the time we placed our order for a Mickey Mouse pancake and the single scrambled egg to show up at our table. I told the woman that I wanted the bill corrected since what she brought was $7.50 (the pancake $5.50, the egg a $2 add-on). My McKenzie Omelette didn't arrive until after 10:30, more than 36 minutes after I placed the order. When she brought it out, the server asked if I wanted a box and then asked if I wanted her to box it for me. Yes, I said, since I was not going to be able to stay and eat it there. She came back shortly thereafter with my meal boxed, along with my receipt which she said she took $5 off of (or her manager did, I guess, since she had said earlier that she needed her manager to correct the charge for the pancake for me). My thought was not to pat herself on the back too hard; they really only took $3 off the bill because I asked them to correct it and be charged for what we'd received, not for what I ordered. Beyond the service, one item to note is that the chairs at the tables all have arms, which isn't very comfortable for bigger folks. They appear not to have high chairs, but they do have a kid's menu and crayons. It seems like everyone else has a great experience here, and as I said at the start it may just have been an off day for them, but I'm not willing to bother finding out for myself. I left a tip and I shouldn't have; there was almost zero service and it was honestly one of if not the WORST experience I have ever had in a restaurant. I'm never coming here again and will make sure my friends and family know to skip it too.

Ordering over the phone was easy. We were politely asked if we could hold, and after a brief pause we were able to place our order. I ordered the Philly Cheesesteak sandwich with a side of fries. When we got home all I had to do was put the fries in the Air Fryer for a few minutes and they came out crispy and delicious as if they were freshly cooked. They are a shoestring variety, very lightly salted and not oily. The Philly was a pleasant surprise. My initial reaction on the first bite was 'Wow! That's a REAL Philly!' The roll was sliced, buttered and toasted. It held together perfectly. The skirt steak was sliced thin and cooked well. The onions are caramelized nicely and the bells are a good al dente. The Provolone is melted nicely and rounds out the sandwich flavors. The takeout packaging we received is compostable and recyclable. After all this I had to laugh at myself because I had reviewed their Philly once before. Well, it is still over the top good!

There was a bountiful amount of toppings , and I could only eat two slices of the personal pizza as it was very filling. Definitely is on my list of places to stop and try and new combination the next time I'm in Veneta. Great service (although out of iced tea but not their fault) and cute setting, I can imagine it does get lively for dinner and the weekends.

I had a small slider of corned beef along with his amazing fresh Kale salad garnish with shaved Parmesan, walnuts, added protein -- sausage. It came with a toasted slice of soda bread that was great. But the slider was how I realized the corned beef was PERFECTLY prepared. A taste was not enough; I decided to get the dinner plate version to take the next day up to Seattle with me. Fantastic staff included Barkeep Illyia, whose birthday it was. She kept up a steady stream of attentive care, skillful service, friendly banter with each of the clients that came in and said good by to them as they left. Hospitality was her middle name. Love that they have mugs for the regulars hanging from the ceilings, the bar space is great but so are the arm chairs and cushioned seats in the corners of the pub. We also unanimously agreed the tenor was fantastic, the baritone a paragon of artistic talent, the soprano sang incandescently, and that the final AMEN movement was soul healing and mind blowing simultaneously.
