I came in here recently with my family because we were in the area. It was originally suggested by my mother in-law because it had good reviews. The restaurant itself is small and eclectically decorated, but clean and comfortable. Food was basic... I ordered a French dip, or their equivalent to it. Bread not toasted, no horseradish or anything. Just bread pulled straight out of the package and cooked meat. My husband liked his burger. My mother in-law did not enjoy her fish tacos, and my father in-law didn't eat any of the soup he ordered. Our server was okay. She did the bare minimum and literally nothing more. She took our order, brought our food, brought the check, and nothing else. She didn't offer refills on drinks, didn't care that my father in-law didn't touch his food, didn't offer boxes. She was nice, but I've had far better service elsewhere. Would I return? Nope. This restaurant is way out of my way, and there was nothing memorable or crave-worthy to bring me back. I have been here a few times since moving out here a few years ago. Still have not checked out dinner. I hear it is good. I have had a burger, pulled pork. And a bacon, turkey sando. The bacon turkey sando was the better of the three I have tried. My guy likes their Rubens. The service is always friendly. I see them packed in the evening quite a bit. They make a lot of home made deserts that I have not tried yet, but look dangerously delicious. They have cute patio seating, and plenty of it. read more

We were looking for a local business that offered burgers for dinner. We found the Broadway grill in Veneta OR. You would not know it but their food is amazing. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with fries, the burger had a lot of great toppings and the patty was very flavorful. They pulled on the bacon. We also ordered a side of onion rings, that were nice and crispy not greasy. The fries had a nice lite batter to them. The location was nice and had indoor and outdoor seating. Such a comfortable environment. Service is friendly and accommodating. We walked up and ordered, now we're waiting in the shade at a patio table, very peaceful here. It's funny to go inside and see the chairs all turned up on the tables, but the door is open and customers are coming and going with takeout. I found this place by chance and boy was it a good luck setting! I ordered the fish Tacos, fish in beer batter, slaw with peaches and mango. The corn tortilla was litely cooked, not greasy and had a little seasoning on the outside. I have never had fish Tacos this good! The fish was the perfect crispness, it didn't get soggy after awhile it stayed chrisp. The wife had an amazing Philly cheese steak with a creamy cheese sauce, onions and bell peppers. Her fries were amazing and I don't say that litely! I am a prude when it comes to my fries. Ask any McDonald's. They have to be crispy on the outside! The were amazingly crisp and they are thick fries! Now the wrap up. We also ordered Mozzarella sticks that were unbelievable! Large, chrispy, and real Mozzarella! If you have never had their taco salad - you are missing out. They layer on pico, beans, cheese, olives, and taco meat on top. Home made chips for that yummy extra crunch. It even has some magical ranch dressing that has a hint of something special (not too spicy - just right). Every time I go in they have a constantly evolving desert menu. For instance, each time I've ordered cheesecake with berry compote, the compote is different each time. Equally delicious but just somewhat of a let down when I'm expecting one thing, but get the other. Their burgers are AMAZING and overall, the food is way worth it.
