Stumbled upon this new Chagee at the Americana mall today. Totally excited because I loveee their Peach Oolong Tea Latte drink with oak milk. Their quality is consistently superb across most of their store locations in SoCal. This place has a big interior space but not enough seating. Please add more seats inside!

Got the boya and pure tea and thought they both tasted the same. Took a little bit to get our drinks but the line wasnt long. Im not sure if they accidentally gave me the same tea or not but as of now there is no difference. The decor is nice and so are the cups. And i do love the reusable bags they put the drinks in. They have descriptions for the straw types and the chagee straw which is supposed to enhance the flavor of the tea but it enhances my inner rage since it takes longer to drink.

What a nice surprise to see Chagee at the Americana! Really lovely decor, Staff is nice and patience while you decide on your drink of choice. I went with my favorite here which is the peach oolong lemon tea, less sugar and ice. So fragrance of the peach and tea flavor. Super freshing! Nice tea flavor and no artificial sweetner taste, this is the place to try.

Chagee, another China "fancy" tea shop building their base out in the States. The ambiance def is more modern and their designs for their cups and such are fun (think Chinese porcelin designs or recent Dior, for those who aren't familiar with Chinese history). I came in to just try their plain jasmine tea and got it iced for a hot summer day. I found the tea to be quite bitter and lacking in jasmine scent. For a shop that is supposed to be known for their teas, I was pretty disappointed. If your base tea isn't up to par, then you're likely just masking it with sugar/milk. On that note, my partner got the jasmine citrus refresher and it did taste better, sugar and citrus masked the bitterness of the tea but the jasmine was still faint. Perhaps they're still working out kinks since I'm not sure how long this location has been here but I've heard good things about Chagee but was pretty disappointed. For the price of their teas and their supposed focus on tea, I was expecting more.

Store is located in the Americana side of the Glendale mall. The interior was spacious with lots of tables for seating. I noticed there were outlets for charging. On Wednesday they offer 10% discount for members. Staff was friendly to answer all my questions when I was deciding what to order. I downloaded the app and was offered 15% discount. I ordered the amber oolong tea latte and ceylon tea latte. Both half sweet and I really enjoyed the drinks.

CHAGEE is aesthetically pleasing and the marketing is on point. You would think maybe all style no substance? The Boya Milk Tea is so fragrant and tasty and the Jasmine Tea is just as good. Served hot or cold your way depending on the weather, I am impressed with CHAGEE. They had a grand opening that had lines for days and I can see why. The merchandise right down to the to go bags, CHAGEE is a vibe.

From my understanding this is the newest location out in SoCal and it's absolutely beautiful. It fits in with the rest of the Galleria and I'm glad I got to come not once but twice. The first time was simple to try it and I've been hooked ever since. After having a shitty version in the Bay Area. This place was QUALITY. The cashier was really nice and even helped us since it was our first time. She recommended the BOYA and we've been hooked ever since. The last visit was to go back to the bay and I picked up a Black Roasted Milk Latte and it was good on its first sip but I grew to miss the BOYA. So I recommend getting a Large BOYA and small size of whatever you're curious about trying. Sadly I picked up a cup for a friend and the workers gave us the wrong one so I'm not sure I can exchange it or even return it. But it's still a nice cup

Honestly I can't get enough of Chagee. Been to multiple locations and by far this one is one my favorites. It's big, clean and fast. This time I got a tea fresher this time and went with the jasmine green citrus. So good. But honestly everything my I tried here is so good. Next time I'm definitely going for the matcha menu!

I stopped by Chagee and ordered the Peach Oolong Lemon Tea and the Amber Oolong Tea Latte. We customized the Peach Oolong Lemon Tea with less sugar, and it turned out great. The peach flavor was bold and refreshing, with subtle citrus notes that complemented the tea really well. The Amber Oolong Tea Latte was ordered with no sweetness and whole milk. As someone who prefers drinks that aren't overly sweet, I really appreciated being able to taste the oolong itself. The tea flavor came through clearly and paired nicely with the creaminess of the milk. We ordered ahead through the app, and our drinks were ready within just a couple of minutes. The service was quick and friendly, and we were greeted as soon as we walked up to the pickup area. Overall, Chagee is a great spot for tea and a caffeine boost, especially if you're looking for something different from the usual coffee shop experience. I'll definitely be back to try more of their menu.

Grand Opening Swag: Paper Flower Thermal Hand-held Cup (Blue B Version) 04-10-2026

This cool teahouse is located at Americana at Brand Shopping Center. It's nearest to S. Brand Ave. & Caruso Ave. I parked on the street at a meter on E. Colorado St. and walked the short way to the shop. I came for their first Grand Opening Day in hopes of scoring a Paper Flower Thermal Hand-held Cup (given to the first 200 in line) and a Blind Box Plushie (I got the one I really wanted, too!). I barely made it, but thankfully, I was around the 175th person in line. A staff person was placing a stamp on hands as people lined up. I ordered the Peach Oolong Tea Latte (Lg. $6.45) and the Boya Jasmine Green Tea Latte (Lg. $6.45). I've had these before and they remain my favorites. Each one is unique in flavor and so refreshing! It's really sleek and has an adequate amount of seating. I could have relaxed here for a bit but seating was all taken up due to being the Grand Opening. Service is efficient and polite. I also appreciate that this is a store and not just a kiosk type of store like at my local mall. Chagee Modern Tea House has fancy designs on cups, straw wrappers, and to-go bags for your drinks. The artwork makes it seem like an upscale store. They have three different types of straws, so choose wisely! LOL! A Tri-Sip Straw for Lattes & Pure Tea, a Classic Straw for Lemon Tea, and a Classic+ Straw for Frappes. The Tri-Sip Straw really slows down my sipping! I guess it aids in allowing you to savor your drink a little longer! I'm not sure I'll be back to this Chagee since it is a good distance from where I live, but I will return to the one at the mall near me!

I've seen people talk about Chagee and I'm so glad they opened one in the Americana! I tried their Peach Oolong Latte and it was so refreshing. Not too sweet and a great balance of flavors. The peach flavor was outstanding yet didn't overpower the oolong; it still tasted like a tea. I had gotten it as a latte and it made the drink so smooth and rich. Service was great , orders were taken fast and drinks came out relatively quick. They also give you an insulated bag for your drinks which is nice. Ambiance is amazing. It's in the Americana so it has a standard to live up to and it does. Very clean interior that's nicely decorated. Overall , would love to come back again and try their other drinks!

Tried Chagee on a random Tuesday afternoon and it was as you would expect. They get a solid 3.6 from me. The location is in the Americana itself which has a nice and expensive ambience. I happened to park in a lot that costed money but it is a very close walk from the Galleria which has free parking. Next time, I would just walk across the street. The interior was very modern and had a nice ambience that reminded me of the stores in China. There's a smell of the tea as you enter and the station where the tea is made looked nice. The menu was actually quite small and I was unsure of what to get, but the cashier explained the differences between the different drinks on the menu clearly. I ended up with the Ceylon black tea which is a tea infused milk tea. I unfortunately forgot to take a photo of the drink but I was a little sad they didn't give me the signature blue cup as those are super cute. They did give a bag upon request which was nice. I also like their 3 tubed straw which was always a fun perk of chagee. The Ceylon black tea itself was enjoyable and refreshing. It was a little sweet but good nonetheless. I was a little full that day from eating Kura at the Galleria but I finished the drink quickly. At first sip, there's a strong taste of just tea but after mixing, it tasted more like Ceylon infused milk tea which was nice and subtle. It was a refreshing drink for a nice day and the custom service was excellent. I would definitely try another flavored drink, just the parking situation isn't ideal as I don't love going to the Americana.

We don't have this is Vegas and glad I finally tried. We got the peach oolong tea latte and peach oolong citrus teafresher. So dang good! So refreshing and the latte hits the spot! Love the straw, it is designed for you to savor the drink and not have big gulps. Didn't expect to like it this much. Hope they open one in Vegas!

This was also my very first time at this location, and I must say it was quite a treat! The coffee shop is conveniently located right across from the Americana, so you can easily street park or park at the mall and walk over. It was busy when I arrived on a Friday afternoon, but there were still tables available both inside had outside. The chairs are not the comfiest, but the shop is still very clean and well maintained! When I approached the counter, I was greeted by the friendly employees who were busy preparing orders. This gave me the opportunity to peruse their unique menu and settle upon a latte to order. My sweet tooth was in effect and I opted for the Tiramisu latte with oat milk and was asked if sweet was ok! I thought it was so cool how you're able to customize the drink as you please and bonus points for no charge for nondairy milk. It was very affordable at $6.85. My latte came out pretty quickly and I marveled at the cocoa powdered topping. It truly tasted like a dessert and was so rich and indulgent yet somehow I didn't feel gross after drinking it. The oat milk was creamy and perfectly frothed and the espresso was well balanced. I had a dance class that night and it gave me just the right amount of energy to make it through the class yet still manage to sleep fine that night! I will definitely return next time I'm in the area as a few other menu items sounded equally enticing and the customer service was so impeccable!

The young lady who helped was nice and explained how pick up works. Appreciate the helpfulness. This location has both indoor and outdoor seating area. There are several tables inside and I notice couple of tables outside. Store was very clean and well maintained. They also had sample cookies by the register for customers to try which was a nice gesture . This coffee shop is located in walking distance from Americana which makes it a great spot to grab coffee after shopping. There is street parking available and Americana/ Glendale Galleria are another option for parking. I will be back to try different coffees , since the menu looks different than other coffee places.
