Drink: 5/5 Drink was delicious and very refreshing. If you need a quick hydration without the caffeine, Jin has pretty tasty options. Also enjoyed the take home reusable bottles! Service: 4/5 Staff was quick and nice. Ambiance: 3/5 Nice, clean organized. A bit on the warm side when I was there but overall nice layout.

Stopped by quickly for WINTERMELON MILK TEA. Was well made. Creamy and not watery. Lady on the counter was polite. A lot of people coming to pick up their teas. Place looked clean and well maintained. No seating.

Haven't been here in so long. I was craving it one day and ventured back out after many years glad to say it's still open and service is as swift and kind as I remember it! I think I recalled them having more herbal tea years before but I could be wrong. I got the beauty tea to have a my first ever Color Me Mine session and after I finished I came back for the bottled Chrysanthemum & Butterfly tea. They were super friendly! Def a throwback I love this spot and the vibes (:

It's a cute tea spot in the middle of downtown Pasadena! I always pass by when we get our nails done. I was crashing so I figured let's finally try this place ! There's a lot of drink options: Top choice: includes milk teas, and roasted fruit teas Jin Specialties: this one has no customization available. I got the Love Potion which has passion fruit juice and organic butterfly pea flower tea. It was so pretty and worth it! Very Instagram worthy lol. But for $7.15, I think it's worth it. The servers were really nice. They were patient as we didn't know what to get at first. He asked us if we wanted a stamp card. Heck yes! I'll be back again to try more!

This place is cute. Drinks are yummy and presented well. Definitely better tea places, but still good. They have pretty sparkly drinks though that look good, which I haven't tried yet. Personally a fan of their matcha and oolong!

An absolutely wonderful experience! We ordered some teas for pick up and we were blown away by the flavor and staff making our orders as we arrived to ensure freshness. I was delighted try their Pink Dragon. I could actually taste the chunks of dragonfruit they used in the drink as well as the lychee and roasted oolong tea. Looking forward to my next trip back!

I ordered the Pink Dragon. It tastes like natural lychee and dragonfruit. It's overhyped. The tea gets drowned in the taste of fruits. It came out within 10 minutes. The store is small. There's only room to wait for your drink. Finding parking is hard because it's streetside parking!

Matcha Latte with Brown Sugar and Day & Night Milk Tea were ok

This tea shop is located in Old Town Pasadena so parking can be tough but there are nearby parking structures and street parking. Inside is pretty small so don't expect there to be much seating! Service was average, not good or bad Menu has a good variety of teas, whether you want brewed or milk tea. Pricing is a little pricey ($7-$8+) BUT it comes in a super cute reusable bottle! Matcha Latte with Brown Sugar ($7.87) was pretty decent Wish the ice and sugar levels could be adjusted and the matcha taste was stronger. Other than that, it was ok, nothing too special. This was 7/10 Day & Night Milk Tea ($8.31) was pretty unique. It's made with charcoal, milk, oolong tea, and brown sugar. Ice and sugar levels can't be adjusted unfortunately. Thank goodness it wasn't too sweet. I thought it tasted mainly like oolong milk tea but it did look pretty cool! This was 7/10 Probably won't return or recommend

Love the reusable cups you get with some of their drinks. Drinks here are kinda pricey, like around $7. Small store with no seats inside so it's just take out. They do have a stamp card but it expires after like a month so you will have to come often. 10 stamps for a drink. Only paid street parking in front or around the store. At the corner there is a 15 minute parking though. Order: - Pink dragon (3/10): believed this has lychee and dragon fruit but it was really underwhelming and tasted water down - High mountain oolong milk tea (8/10): jins is definitely one of the better places for oolong tea, its good - Day and night milk tea (8/10)

Kind cashier. Note: credit card requires proof of ID, but Apple Pay/Google pay does not. Drink made quickly. Was struggling with deciding what to get, between love potion and pink dragon. Pink dragon - not too sweet, and not too sour, super cute cup and a great drink choice, but drink itself is mid in terms of taste, but very cute IG/Social media pic :)

The shop is cute and the tea is aesthetic but the flavors is just not there. Both the matcha and sunny hunny were watery and bitter with a weird chemically aftertaste. The screw cap cups are extremely inconvenient compared to a straw. Staff were friendly, but I did think it was odd that I was required to show a matching photo ID to use my credit card.

We chose outdoor since it was such a nice day out. They have all of their desserts on display in the case, so you can peruse the options and see what looks good. So many of the desserts looked good, like the matcha yuzu chiffon crepe cake or the rose and lychee crepe cake. We ordered via the kiosk and got the mango sunshine souffle pancake ($16.50) and well as a couple drinks. My drink was the white peach lemon jasmine bliss ($6.25), with 50% sweetness and less ice. Even though there are signs everywhere saying that it takes 15-20 minutes for the souffle pancakes to be cooked, ours came out super quickly, in 5 minutes or so. We got it with the sauce on the side, but I regret doing that as I saw others getting it with the sauce on top and it was beautiful. The pancake was super fluffy and a bit eggy as well. We all really enjoyed it with the mango sauce. I made the mistake of eating the pancake first before trying a sip of my tea. The pancake was pretty sweet, so I could barely taste my drink, but I think it was good? I could taste a bit of the lemon but definitely not the white peach, which is a lighter flavor. I got a slice of their Hokkaido cheese cake roll for $7 to go and had it the next day. It was okay but definitely a bit pricy for what you get. I'd love to come back to try their other desserts and pancakes!

The cafe, one of…read morethree in the area, is mostly kitchen & counter with a small bar counter with six stools facing the window & a handful of tables inside. It is not really cute or aesthetic in any way... and the whole place could use a refresh. There is a covered patio with a few tables outside but at the moment it is a bit haphazard and not the nicest because the space next door is doing construction & there is a large dumpster on Green Street. We ordered Black tea & Floral Pineapple Blossom tea drinks, Peach Crepe Cake and a Peach Souffle Pancake ($17.50) via the kiosk. When you order, you receive a text that lets you know your order number, has a receipt, and also an expected time of delivery. The drinks were ready about 15 minutes. They were both fine, and prepared correctly. The peach crepe cake was brought out a few minutes later. My mom enjoyed it and it looked very pretty. Then the time that the entire order was supposed to be ready came and went. I checked in with Nick at the counter and he said that my souffle pancake would be ready in 5 minutes. About 7 minutes later, when my mom was done with her cake. Nick brought it over and set it down in next to me. It was jiggly, huge, and very wobbly. I slid it over so it was in front of me, and the top pancake fell off of the stack, and flipped over so the whipped cream side was on the counter. I tried to flip it back over and put it on top of the stack, but it fell apart. At this point, I was so frustrated with the situation and grossed out by the possibility of eating whipped cream and pancake that had been on the counter, that I asked Nick to remedy the situation. He offered to make a new pancake, but since this one had taken 40 minutes to come out, I was not willing to wait that long again. He kindly offered an alternative suggestion which I accepted. I tried the Creme Brulee crepe cake which was mildly flavored and pretty tasty. (Maybe I should have just gotten it in the first place, but I had really wanted to try the souffle pancake which I've since & sadly lost interest in.) With that, we bid Motto adieu, and it is unlikely that I will return. A few additional notes: Parking in the area is metered and $1.25/hr with a max of 2 hours, the single bathroom is functional, but there is some problem with the ceiling (there is a gaping hole covered by plastic) making for an unpleasant and potentially unsanitary situation. This should be remedied immediately! Peace.

Since we were in the area, my husband, our little girl dog and I decided to order our drinks online and then just pick up in store. Although this is our first time visiting this location, we are no stranger to Sunright in general and typically have had positive experiences with their drinks. We ended up ordering: Mango Jasmine Tea, $6.25- I ordered this drink for my husband to be made with no ice and 50% sweetener. This drink was too sweet. It tasted like it was made with 100% sweetness. Matcha Latte w/ Pistachio Cheese Foam, $6.95- I ordered this drink for myself to be made with less ice (as no ice was no ice was not an option) and 25% sweetener. This drink was also very sweet and so I ended up added hot water to it when I got home to dilute the sweetness. --------------------------------- (Total= $13.20, tax included) After ordering, I had received a text message within 8 minutes letting me know that my order was ready. I was rather disappointed with my order and so was my husband. Although the flavor of the tea drinks itself was fine, the level of sweetness was just too sweet for us. I am not sure if the employee had just given us 100% sweetness or not, but this isn't typical of our experience at other locations, including Arcadia and San Gabriel. I hope this was just a one time error and that it doesn't happen again. Please note that the employee who gave us our order was friendly and she also seemed very happy when she saw our dog with us (as most people usually seem to be in spirits when they see her).

We ordered for pickup for 1 Thai Tea with boba. My partner loved it; the amount of boba they put in was a great ratio to Thai Tea. It wasn't overly sweet like some other spots we have tried. I tried 2 different drinks because I don't like ordering the same thing every time. I tried the strawberry slushie. I enjoyed it very much the strawberry flavoring didn't taste like chemicals like some places make it. It was perfect for a hot summer day. The next drink I tried was the mango jasmine tea which I thought was delicious. It had the perfect mango flavoring that wasn't overly powerful as you can still taste the jasmine and tea. Only gripe I have is the location. They are in prime time real estate on Colorado. Which makes parking more difficult as you can't pop in and pop out with to go orders. The employees were extremely friendly and apologetic about how difficult it was to find it when you try to park. There are 2 different parking garages to park in that area and walk to them to save yourself the hassle.

The boba was also very nicely cooked, just the right amount of chew and a very light sweet flavor. I ordered 25% sweet most places, and that was a perfect sweetness level for me here. I'm not sure if it contributed to a more watery flavor to my finished drink, tho. I prefer my milk teas with a milkier flavor. However, I *loved* the tea flavor of this one. Next time I'll order the large size and see if the ratio makes a difference. My tea was ready super quick! The space in the shop is small and cozy, with delightful AC on a hot hot day. *Right* next door to the city parking structure, so super easy in n out at this location. I know we will be back!
