They also have egg puffles but unfortunately they ran out of it by the time I went there. There is a parking structure next to it. It is a pick up type of tea shop because It doesn't have seating. They have several baristas. The staff were nice and friendly. I was indecisive at first because they have many delicious and refreshing drinks, But I ultimately chose Pink Dragon fruit. The price is reasonable compared to the quality and quantity of the drink. The drink itself was fanatic. I really enjoyed it. Yes! I will definitely go back to try more of their drinks. read more

Had this spot on my try list for a very long time and initially, I was pretty happy with the experience as the interior was very clean. Although it's a small shop, their menu is pretty extensive, and their specialty drinks come with a different type of cup. No seating inside, just a grab and go type shop. My partner and I ordered the BROWN SUGAR MATCHA LATTE and the DAY & NIGHT MILK TEA. Orders came out within 5 minutes so that was a nice sight to see. The drinks are definitely more aesthetic than anything. I was a bit disappointed with the matcha taste. It tasted a bit more watered down than matcha that I usually drink. The brown sugar adds a little flavor to it but that's about it. 6.5/10. The Day & Night MT was pretty similar, definitely a unique taste that I've never/rarely tried before. Charcoal taste with oolong tea, milk, and a bit of brown sugar is definitely a new taste for me. Not my cup of tea at the moment. The color mix is best for picture but give it a mix and the drink becomes full charcoal color. 5/10. I'd also say that their speciality drinks cups are pretty unique. I personally love the potion type gimmick although I'm not sure what the sizing of it is like compared to your standard cups. It's pretty sturdy and reusable as well. We ordered three drinks, and all of them were very good. The cashier was excellent and did a great job explaining what we were getting, which made the ordering process easy and enjoyable. However, the experience took a turn once our drinks were ready. When they were called out, we asked which drink was which. The employee behind the counter (a brunette) responded by saying, "read the tag." When we asked again for clarification since two of the drinks looked very similar she repeated the same response instead of helping. A simple, quick explanation would have gone a long way, especially for first-time customers. Unfortunately, her attitude took away from what could have been a great visit. We may give it another try, but that interaction definitely left a negative impression. I'd recommend some coaching on customer service, because the drinks themselves were solid. read more

I've tried both their speciality bottled teas and the milk teas, and I enjoy that both appeal to a "not too sweet" palette. I personally now default to the milk teas. I am addicted to Winter Melon lately and one of my girlfriends told me how good the winter melon was at Boiling Point. Since we had dinner at Mama Lu's across the street, I asked her if she would like boba. We walked to Boiling Point and since we weren't going to sit for dinner and told the server that we just wanted to order the winter melon, he directed us to this place next door which is where they get their teas from. I got what used to be the #2 organic milk, but they have a new menu and are now calling it the panda jelly milk tea. I ordered on the phone and the cashier was very helpful and patient. Staff took like 5-10 minutes to realize we were in the shop. We came in and no one was upfront so we waited until they noticed. After taking our order, it didn't take long to get started on the order. Visually the teas are beautiful. I only took pictures of 2 but we ordered 6 drinks and they were all ok, nothing I'm eager to come back for. What I do like was how tall the glasses were. Tea shops usually put more ice than liquid and you run out quickly. That was not the case here. Parking was scarce. We parked pretty far and walked over. I don't think I'll be back, simply because of the location and how difficult it was to access parking. But if I'm already in the area on foot and thirsty, I might give them another go. i was very impressed by the quality of the tea! i love oolong milk teas and appreciated that there were several types of oolong teas to choose from. i ordered a roasted oolong milk tea at 75% sweet and still thought it was on the sweeter end. if you're the type of person to adjust sweetness for your boba, i would suggest to have it at 50% or lower. the staff wasn't super helpful in explaining the differences between the oolong teas, but i was lucky enough to have an idea from previous boba shops. i wish there was seating available to hang out and enjoy my drink! it's in a busy-ish area so there are other stores you can check out and walk around at. since it's Pasadena, only street parking (which you have to pay for) is available. read more
