This La La Land location always has long lines no matter what time you go. I am not sure maybe it's because of the location. There are other coffee shops around, but seems like this is the most hyped place. I saw the long Line for ordering, therefore, I placed my order online. Even with ordering online I had to wait 10 minutes or so. This is a really cute coffee shop. It has both indoor and outdoor seating area. Indoor is picture worthy. I noticed a lot of people were taking pictures. I ordered a latte. It was really good. I will give them credit for the coffee. It tasted really and was a perfect drink for a hot weather. I highly recommend ordering on the app to avoid the long lines. They have the cutest cups too. This location is located in Americana. For parking, there is metered street parking, Americana parking or just park in Glendale Galleria and walk to this location.
Always on a hunt for a good banana latte and found here at La La Land. I got the banana cloud latte which comes iced. You have the option to get it with espresso and or matcha! I got mines with espresso and it was so good. We always tried the Kieth Lee order which was a 4/5 (Strawberry Matcha). Service was pretty good with the exception of the lady sitting the tops that you drink from on the counter (not sanitary) and she got an attitude from me asking for a new top! Very busy place! But ordering seems to go by long. Over all so glad we tried it?

Everything about the drinks were perfect except the size. Overall, I would go again if I was craving it but not on my regular list for sure.

As soon as I got there, I ordered the banana cream matcha, and it was a delightful surprise. The banana flavor tasted natural rather than artificial, and the matcha added a nice layer of depth that balanced everything well. It was a unique combination that really worked. The main reason I'd take off a star is the wait time--it still felt a bit long for what it was. I can only imagine how busy it gets on a typical weekend. The staff seemed a little tired, which is understandable given how popular the place is, but overall the experience was still positive. I enjoyed my drink and would definitely come back especially if the line is as manageable as it was this time. I'm not sure I'd wait through a much longer line for it to be honest. Until next time.
The cashier was really sweet but the drink itself was disappointing. I got the Strawberry matcha and the drink was a 1.5/5. The matcha wasn't strong and the strawberry was weak. Overall the drink was too milky.
I visited La La Land Kind Cafe and had a bit of a mixed experience. The first thing you notice is the huge line -- it's always packed. The interior is absolutely beautiful, very aesthetic and clearly designed with Instagram in mind. It's definitely one of those places where you come for the vibe and the photos. The staff is friendly and welcoming, which makes the experience pleasant. Prices are a bit above average, which I wouldn't mind as much if the coffee matched my taste. Unfortunately, it just wasn't for me. Overall, it's a great spot for Instagram stories and a pretty atmosphere, but personally, I wouldn't come back because the coffee didn't meet my expectations.
Walked right in and surprised to see a short line. Definitely a win for the day. The lines are always out the door but definitely worth the wait. Ordered Banana cloud latte and a chai latte. Service was great and lattes came out fast.

The employee was nice and I opted for the matcha latte. They have milk alternative, which is nice for a lactose intolerant like me. Drinks came out fairly quickly. They told us to wait outside where there is a pick up window. My matcha latte was pretty good, wasn't too strong and had a balance level of sweetness. Overall, I really liked the drink. I also tried the coffee latte, which wasn't my favorite, because the coffee was slightly too bitter for me. There's some seating inside and more seating outside. But even when I came during a slower time, there were no seats available. I was OK with it because I grabbed my drink and wandered around the Grove. But, if you're looking for a sit down experience, definitely would consider the limited seating.
A LA staple!!! I love La La Land!!! Everytime I have been here it has always been consistently good! The staff is always nice, the inside is a vibe and the drinks are so good!!!! They also have a wide variety of pastries and they sell merchandise! Cute hats and cute candles!!! This one is located in Glendale at the Americana. Yum, yum, I love you!

One confusing thing when you first walk in: figuring out the lines. There's a clear order line and a separate pickup line, and many people looked totally lost trying to figure it out. We jumped into the order line right away and the wait to place our order was not bad at all. But be prepared as drinks took over 30 minutes to come out. That said, it was absolutely worth it. My wife ordered the Banana Cloud Latte with matcha. My daughter got the Super Strawberry Milk and drank it so fast it was clearly a hit. I went with the World's Best Vanilla Latte with espresso, salted. They weren't kidding with the name. Not crazy sweet, perfectly balanced vanilla bean flavor with just the right touch of salt to make it delicious. Easily one of the better coffee drinks I've had in a long time. Smooth, flavorful, and satisfying. The cups they use are really neat too, cute and well designed, which added a nice touch to the whole experience. The bright, kind vibe of the place shines through even when it is slammed. If you're at the Americana shopping or strolling, this is a fun stop with creative drinks that deliver. Come for the dreamy lattes, stay for the long but rewarding experience. Just order ahead on the app if you can to skip some of the hassle. Was browsing around at the Americana and stumbled upon this bougie yellow coffee shop so I decided to check out the menu. After reading the description for their specialty Banana Cloud Latte, I couldn't resist giving it a try. The staff taking my order was very friendly and chatty - but she got my order wrong. She gave me a small instead of a medium even though we had a lengthy conversation about how tiny the small cups are and joked around that they looked like the sippy cups you give to babies. So even though I asked for a medium, she rang me up for a small - which is about three sips of drink for $8 after tip - and unfortunately I didn't notice until I picked up my order. The espresso had a very smooth, nicely roasted flavor which I really enjoyed and it wasn't overly sweet. But there was hardly any banana flavor in the drink and the cloud top was thin and completely bland. The place was packed and to-go orders were piling up on the counter - but the numerous staff behind the counter were not bothered - they weren't calling out any names and were chatting and goofing off amongst themselves mostly - leaving one very relaxed and unbothered lady making coffee after coffee by herself at her own sweet pace with no help - and leaving the customers to crowd around the orders and figure it out for themselves. The yellow and white decor is inviting and grandiose - tall ceilings and giant chandeliers - very much in keeping with the high end vibes of the Americana area. But they had the floor-to-ceiling windows open in their unshaded cafe and it was absolutely roasting inside and out. The outdoor seating was all in full sun with little to no shade and sun was pouring in and covering the inside tables as well. Definitely uncomfortable - I can't imagine this would be a pleasant place to "relax" in such hot weather. I was happy to get my tiny little iced latte and leave to find some shade to cool off. Cute spot but overpriced and overhyped with customer service seriously lacking. I definitely wouldn't go out of my way to stop here - but I wouldn't avoid it either.

Gave this spot another shot and I'm glad I did. I ordered the strawberry matcha and was surprised by how good it was. The matcha tasted high quality, smooth, and well balanced without being overly sweet. They use fresh strawberries as well which I enjoyed. This was not my experience the first time. The wait time after ordering can be a bit long but the staff are friendly and the service is great even though it's always busy in there. Safe to say they redeemed themselves this time, and I'd come back for another round of that strawberry matcha.
Today, I went to the Lalaland coffee shop at the Glendale Americana. I actually visited the one at The Grove with my friends when it first opened a few years ago, and today I stopped by this location while shopping with my mom. My mom had a Hot Americano, and I had an Iced Vanilla Latte. I ordered mine decaf, with non-fat milk and very light ice, and I was so happy because they made it perfectly just the way I asked. The Vanilla Latte I ordered was incredibly delicious (it wasn't too sweet, just really good), and my mom also loved her Americano and said it tasted great. I think this place is always crowded because all their coffee is delicious and the staff is so friendly. Also, I really like that the cups they serve the coffee in are so pretty! One thing, though: the female cashier who took my coffee order didn't catch my name even when I told her it was Diane. She said a different name, so I clearly spelled it out for her, and then did she say, "Oh, Diane?" and corrected it. I've never had anyone anywhere fail to understand my name when I say it, so that bothered me a little bit today. It's not a huge deal, but in that moment, I just felt a little uncomfortable. read more
Really tasty, delicious coffees and drinks. I haven't tried their pastries but their drinks usually satisfy my cravings. I'm on a restricted diet so I really like being able to truly customize my coffee that's acceptable and pleasing to this diet while satisfyingly good. As usual, this location can be very busy and packed during peak times which can vary lol meaning lines can be longs and waits will be had. But the staff is always welcoming and helpful. Today, they opened their windows so there was a wonderful breeze while sitting inside having our drinks. The only caviat is that the tables and floors don't get cleaned up promptly but it would be a bit difficult since customers are just coming and going. Seating is a hit and miss. Got here on a weekday afternoon and the line is relatively short - took about 10 mins! Got the einspanner latte (matcha) and it's underwhelming...first of all the cup is soooo small for a $7 drink and second of all the matcha tastes a bit off (a bit grainy I guess) and not the strong matcha flavor I was hoping for. I do like it's not super sweet though so perfect on a hot day! There are really cute tables outside that you can relax and take pictures! Probably not worth the crazy line since there are way better matcha out there. read more

Stumbled into lala land and will I tell you that it went fantastic. I came around 3:00 pm and it was packed! The interior is like walking into a princess movie set I love the big open windows as well really encapsulates the dreamy vibes! It was so busy yet even the customers were in such a good mood! The staff were super sweet and knowledgeable about the menu! I got the banana cloud latte ice regular with whole milk Love the design of the cup and yellow top. I will stay the top isn't the most secure thing it flew off me trying to get the drink stopper off xD The drink is S tier It was perfect balance of ripe banana and espresso. Super cute and very LA. Their marketing and branding seriously needs to be studied. That said, don't come expecting anything special for regular coffee; you're mostly paying for the brand. Order online if you can, because the lines are outrageously long. The specialty drinks are good, though be warned, they run quite sweet. Skip the matcha -- NOT worth it. read more

I'm obsessed with their strawberry drinks!!! Anything with the freshly ground strawberries is the best!!! I've had them deliver and been in person and the flavors are always consistent. My favorite coffee is the strawberry cloud chai latte. I also really like their overnight oats and turkey and Gruyère croissant. Highly recommend La La Land at the Americana for your coffee needs!!! read more
First time trying out La La Land at Americana on a Thursday afternoon. The place was busy and had a very positive vibe. Good customer service despite wait time being long. Our parry ordered 7 drinks and my favorite was the La La Latte and Banana Cloud Latte. La La Latte was good as you can taste the espresso and vanilla bean and it's not too sweet. The Banana Cloud Latte is also good and a must try. It's creamy made with fresh bananas, vanilla bean and espresso. It's a good combination. Both drinks are Iced. We can't wait to come back and try other latte and coffee drinks on La La Land's menu. read more
Crowded but fast! We went on a Sunday afternoon so it was a bit crowded but the line went fast. We ordered the Strawberry cooler with lemonade, the Strawberry Fields Matcha Latte and the Matcha Squared Latte. All of them were very tasty. The matcha lattes were both sweetened well. Even though the Matcha Squared has extra matcha, it wasn't bitter at all. The strawberry cooler was a little on the sweet side, probably because it was made with lemonade. We might try it next time with tea instead. The staff were very friendly and efficient. Despite it being very busy they were able to get the drinks out very fast. You can also order ahead on their website. Enjoyed the bright ambience and the added bling of the chandeliers. There are some tables inside as well as inside. Unless you're already shopping in the area, it isn't worth the stop just to pick up drinks because the line is also out the door. My mom and I came here for an afternoon coffee/matcha break and it was about a 30-minute wait in line. Once the order was placed, the drinks came out fast. These were our orders: Perfect Latte (hot; $6.70): Perfect indeed! It's very creamy and light for an afternoon coffee. Matcha² Latte ($8.10+$0.85): I got this in large, sub oat milk. It tasted pretty good, but the matcha is a little grainy. They say it's ceremonial matcha from Uji on their website. There's limited seating available inside and outside the shop. The customer service at the cashier was great. They have avo toast, but I didn't get that. There is also a merch wall that sells their cups and coffee beans. Overall, I think they're ok and worth a try. read more
A friend recommended this spot to me and mentioned how cute the shop was, and they were absolutely right. The space is bright with a clean white and gold theme that feels airy and welcoming. I loved the seating area and how well everything is laid out. It never felt cramped. The staff were incredibly friendly and made the experience even better. I ordered the sugar cookie matcha latte, and it was perfectly creamy, sweet, and honestly so good. The presentation alone was picture worthy. I also tried the Queen avocado toast, which was amazing!! the avocado was super creamy, and the chili flakes added the perfect finishing touch. It was pretty busy when I went, so the wait was a bit longer than usual, about 20 minutes for the toast. That said, the staff handled it so well and even gave me a second toast on the house because of the wait. That level of kindness and customer service really stood out to me. I have walked by this place many times, but finally went in today. When ordering, I let the cashier know that I was gluten free and that it was my first time. This was the first bad experience. It took her many minutes to find out if there were any consumable items other than the coffee and teas for me. There wasn't, which was surprising, but okay. Then I wanted to order my beverage and was asked a bunch of questions about their most popular drink, the banana ice latte, something I had never had, and subsequently find Artifical tasting and gross. I also got the hemp chia seed pudding which was incredibly delicious. The service was lacking, and generally not worth the price and a contrast to the bright and cheery interior. I don't recommend this place and won't be back. Go elsewhere if you need a latte. There's lots of options and you can both enjoy your drink and service with a smile. read more

Dropped by because I was craving a matcha. La la land has a variety of options with fun flavors and I decided to get a matcha with strawberry cold foam. There was a little bit of a line but I didn't mind waiting. The store offers seating both inside and outside and is very aesthetic. It's a nice spot to sit and chat with friends. Me and my coworkers always come here for a little pick me up! My friend enjoys the French toast latte and the banana matcha. Me on the other hand, I will hands down always get the strawberry matcha with cold foam! It's one of the best strawberry matchas I've tried. I try to do pick up order since the line and wait is a bit long. Usually is busy/packed. But the cafe is huge and looks so elegant and pleasing to the eye. read more

Stopped by La La Land and overall had a great experience! We tried a few different drinks, starting with the matcha. We ordered it unsweetened, and while it wasn't bad at all, we definitely wished the matcha flavor came through a bit stronger. Still a solid option if you prefer something more mild. The seasonal S'mores Cloud Espresso Latte was the highlight. They were super generous with the cloud foam, and the drink had that perfect balance of being flavorful without being overly sweet. We also ordered the Cocoa Cuddles for the kid in our group. The flavor was really good, but it was surprisingly hot for a kids' drink. We had to wait quite a while before it was cool enough for them to safely drink. Overall, tasty drinks and worth a visit; just a couple small tweaks would make it even better! read more

We came at what I thought was a busy time to only discover later on that there was a whole other level of busy this place could surprisingly get when it was raining on and off during our stay there. The cashier was really patient and nice with me as I asked questions about certain items before placing my order. I ended up getting a Strawberry Cloud Latte with Matcha and a Ham & Cheese Croissant that they heated up for me. We were lucky enough to snag one of the tables inside. They did have outdoor seating too along the walls of the place, but seating was damp outside due to the rain. The latte was surprisingly delicious and I was such a fan of the strawberry cream that came with it on top. The croissant was delicious too and I loved how flaky it was and the crisp cheese topping on it. We both loved the merch they had for sale that included hats and mugs and the vibe was nice though it got pretty load with the amount of people waiting to purchase and pick up their orders as they sheltered from the weather outside. The hype is real with La La Land. It was my first time there and the baristas were very kind and helpful in selecting a drink that wasn't too sweet! Our lattes were delicious and the espresso is definitely of quality. We chose to split the Crookie because... well, why the heck not?! It was really good, my only wish was that it was heated a little more since the inside was cold. But overall, a nice experience! I'll be back whenever I'm in the area -- for an aesthetically pleasing and good quality coffee, give this place a visit! read more
