I arrived at 12:00 at this place and my phone wasn't ready until around 2:30. So it took 2.5 hours to analyze and fix it. The guy lied and said he would text me my receipt and I still haven't received it. Don't ever let him put a screen protector on your phone because there's still a bubble under it. Really friendly place. I came in with my Samsung s9+ that had cracks all over my screen, touch wasn't working, and the colors were bleeding. I was worried that the repairs would take over days as other stores told me they don't have the screen replacement or it would take 2-3 days for it to be ship to their store. But not CNC repairs! The gentleman who helped me (didn't catch his name) told me that only the top glass cover was broken and was all that needed replacement. I tried to call them several times after that, they didn't pick up. After several atempts, i got the guy and he told me that he doesn't know how to repair it!!! Warning! Do NOT go here to fix your Iphone. I found this place on craigslist,called and was told i could bring my iphone 5 and it would take 45-60 minutes to fix a cracked lcd and about $75 to fix. I came in and he told me for another $25 I could get the original LCD and it would work and look better. I said ok. 2 hours later and my lcd was "fixed". the button had a sunken in feeling and did not feel like an original lcd. either way it worked so I went home. OK- so 2 days later the screen kept on shutting on and off and would reboot itself for no reason! then 3 days later the lcd popped off! never dropped phone or anything! Of course I took it back to get it 'fixed' again and was told 'you must've done something to break it' and pretty much you are wrong because we are the experts. I felt so cheated with their misleading and poor service. They offered to replace with a 'new' lcd since the one they had put in was no longer working for another $75. I said no way and opted to take my phone to another cell phone repair that did it the right way. DO NOT USE this place for repair or you will be sorry. read more
