Braised lamb and spicy lamb meat balls
Ralph M.

Huge shout out to luis and the rest of his team for accommodating me and my family with our first time ever try and cover nice hot delicious meal and both of their lamb options especially the spicy one is to die for Food: 5/5 | Service: 5/5

Medium length brown hair found in meal. Ugh! None of us (customers) have brown hair.

Went to this location to place an order for five bowls last night. Brought them home to eat and found a medium length brown hair in one of them. None of us (customers) have brown hair. Picture and receipt included here. Don't remember the two female servers having hairnets. Ugh! We usually have pretty good luck with cava, although this time around the grilled chicken was a little too burnt for our taste. Chicken should not be so charred (black) because it's carcinogenic (causes cancer). Hope you can do better, but not sure when or if we will be back anytime soon.

Food 5/5, cucumber mint drink 5/5, everything was on point in flavor. The lamb and falafel are cooked perfectly! Service was smooth and quick, friendly staff. The ambiance is spacious and clean and I appreciate how clean the bathrooms were.

The location is consistent with the CAVA brand. The ingredients were fresh and yummy. I tried the harissa bowl with falafel instead of chicken. It was so delicious and fulfilling! The dine in area can accommodate parties abs there also seating for two. CAVA is located within a shopping center. There's plenty of parking. Accessible parking and entrance. Unisex bathrooms.

This was my second time ever having Cava and I simply love it. We need more healthy fast food in St. Louis like this! Even at night (8:45pm) when I arrived from my flight they still had a decent variety of toppings available. As a pescatarian I love their roasted veggies and falafel. The crazy feta is a bit salty but everything else was perfect.

Loved the fan favorite and spicy favorite. They have good seating and everything is fresh and flavorful.

Cool concept. Friendly staff. Dining room was quite warm on the day I visited, hopefully temporary. I tried a sample of the new grilled steak, it was very tender. Ordered the chicken bowl; it was bursting with flavor and textures. And great portion size for the price point.

Yum! Food was good and service was even better! Ambiance awesome! Definitely recommend!

I had heard so many great things about Cava, so we gave it a go. Experience started off rocky with poor service. The young lady working the line hardly made eye contact and was hard to hear. The young man who checked us out at The cashier was not much better. Service: 1 Star because our food was at least correct? Food was ok. We were there upon opening on a Sunday morning and the meats tasted like they were rewarmed leftovers. Food: 2 stars. Ambiance: it's a chain restaurant. What's there to say?

I placed a mobile order and received the bottom of a head of lettuce with a lot of dead pieces. $18 is ridiculous

Green Corner Restaurant - Al Sham beef Combo

Green Corner Restaurant

(375 reviews)

$$

Surprised I haven't left a review yet…read more I love gyro and Middle Eastern food! Green corner has been a favorite for a while now. Big fan of the kibbeh and the beef al sham wraps. The Greek fries are money!! This place is consistent in not just the food, but the service. Everyone is so nice. They are pumped with customers all the time and they keep the place clean and running like a well oiled machine. I've tried over half the menu and everything is good no complaints at all. I'll continue to come here and support green corner. Great job everyone!

What led us to Green Corner back in the dark times of early 2020 when most didnt want to enter and…read moreeat in a restaurant.. was the level of cleanliness and care they took to ensure customers felt comfortable eating during that time frame. But sadly for us, we didn't live anywhere near their original location. So imagine our joy when this location opened a few years later. (And more locations are soon to be open) Staff: every visit to Green Corner and the interactions with staff has been impressive. They are so friendly, talkative, happy and will take you through the menu if it's your first time or repeated trip and want to try something new. I can only image they treat their employees well for everyone to be this pleasant. Food: always amazing, always correct when omitting ingredients for allergies. Massive selection of usual Mediterranean dishes and some great great unique choices. Their lamb is incredible, chops are fantastic but a slightly longer wait to cook; definitely worth the wait. Choices are as massive as their servings. And you can get all the protein choices in plates, bowls, salads or on the side for when you are really hungry. Catering: Nearly every visit we see the staff gathering large container of food for Catering. This never seems to slow down service. Last visit we saw a member of staff counting the food inside the plastic domes to ensure the Catering order was complete. Order food, get a number stand and sit back and wait (not long) for delivery to your table. I'll add here that each time the food is delivered, its with a smile and well wishes. The food and portions are fantastic, they turn hummus into an artwork, they really take pride in their food. My favorite us the Green Corner Mixed grill, I was asked how I would like the meat cooked. Never been asked that before, so I said how do you like it...medium which was extremely tasty... as I am one of those who usually like meat well done. Can't finish, just walk over and pick up togo boxes and bags. One thing that always makes me feel that Green Corner is truly good and authentic food is seeing a number of Middle Eastern and Mediterranean families enjoying their food too. Always a good sign that you have selected a good restaurant. They have a nice outdoor patio and very clean interior. If anyone from the company is reading.. please look at North Phoenix by the TSMC chip plant as your next location. This area is growing immensely and sparse on restaurants

I checked out thea for my birthday dinner on a Sunday. Located on the rooftop of the Global…read moreAmbassador Hotel, this Mediterranean restaurant was quite the experience. Parking is valet only, but since I'm not about that life, I found some parking on the street in a residential neighborhood five minutes away on foot. Ambiance (5/5): Definitely one of the areas in which thea shines. While they have both an indoor and outdoor area, I highly recommend sitting outside on the rooftop. If you do, you'll experience scenic views of the mountains in the background. If you can catch a sunset here, even better. Outside of the views, the restaurant has the fresh decor you would expect from a Mediterranean/Greek restaurant. There's also an outdoor area, and an indoor bar area, if you're just looking for drinks. Service (5/5): Attentive, friendly, and efficient service. Exactly what I was hoping for, especially on my birthday. They were kind enough to hook me up with a dessert for my special day. Much appreciated! Drinks (4.5/5): A full bar with a nice wine list and an interesting cocktail menu. I split a bottle of wine with my parents, but also started off with a refreshing cocktail. Food (5/5): I started off with the flaming saganaki because how can you say no to cheese flambeed table side. Dinner with a little entertainment. If you've never had saganaki cheese, it's a delicious Greek cheese. Pair it with some pita bread and you have yourself a delicious app. From there, I had the grilled skirt steak with crushed potatoes. Naturally, I ordered my steak medium rare. The skirt steak was sliced and cooked perfectly. The potatoes were well seasoned and paired nicely with the steak. All in all, a perfect meal. My parents similarly had great things to say about their selections. Thea isn't cheap. And it does have the see and be seen type of vibe which I'm not a big fan of. Yet, despite all of that, it's an excellent dining experience all-around. While it's more of a special occasion type of spot in my book, I'm definitely looking forward to stopping by again sometime!

Thea is a striking rooftop destination that delivers an atmosphere defined by elevated design,…read morepanoramic views, and a distinctly vibrant energy. Perched above the city, the setting is undeniably the centerpiece -- especially at sunset, when the skyline becomes part of the entire dining experience. The ambiance is chic and modern, with a lively, social rhythm that feels more like a curated rooftop lounge than a traditional restaurant. The culinary offerings reflect a thoughtful, contemporary approach. The strawberry froze was particularly memorable -- bright, refreshing, and elegantly balanced, making it an ideal complement to the warm Arizona setting. The beef dumplings with yogurt dip were another standout, rich in flavor with a refined interplay of textures that felt both comforting and elevated in execution. That said, the experience is as much about energy as it is about dining. Thea is intentionally loud, busy, and high-spirited, which contributes to its appeal as a nightlife-forward rooftop concept. Service was polite and professional, though somewhat limited in attentiveness during our visit, with minimal check-ins and noticeable delays when attempting to reorder. It is best understood as a place where ambiance and atmosphere take precedence over a leisurely, highly attentive dining pace. Overall, Thea succeeds as a visually stunning, energetic rooftop experience -- ideal for sunset cocktails, social gatherings, and an evening defined as much by its view and vibe as by its menu.
