Disappointed! What a shame. We've had good experiences with other locations, but this one deserves the lowest rating. We ordered 9 bowls online for pickup. However, it seemed that more than half of them (5 or 6) where very empty and all were done in a rush. It's like we payed for 9 bowls and they only gave us half the size, leaving everyone feeling hungry. The plates with chicken had just a few strips, and some salad bowls had just very small amount of salad. read more

My fiancé and I tried this location twice this week, and will be the last. The service at this location is some the worst service I've ever seen at any establishment. The workers seem burdened by the presence of customers in the store and roll their eyes if asked any questions. One specific employee displayed an attitude when my fiancé asked the name of an ingredient, saying "look right in front of you." This was the only question she had asked and there was no one behind us in line, so this comment and attitude did not seem warranted. This level of communication seems to be a constant among the entire staff. Usually very good, but this time they missed the mark. I ordered avocado to my salad which is an up charge of about $3.00. The avocado was old, brown, and inedible. Uber Eats refunded my money. I loved this place! It has options for every diet. I went with the build your own bowl and was able to make it completely vegan. The falafel is amazing. Love love love Cava! I was upset when they removed the mini pitas from their menu but I guess I'm over it. Cava is a Mediterranean inspired chain where you can make your own bowls and pitas. Overall, love CAVA and this location! I just went and had Brianna as our cashier; she was very friendly and quick. I've had times in the past where the line takes longer than I feel it went in a Dallas location and where online orders had some mistakes, so that's why I'm at 4 now. The food is unique and very good, one of my favorite places to eat in Fort Worth. However, the quality of service is so bad that it makes me never want to go back there again. I have run into this several times now and attributed it to individuals not a location problem. Ok, i like the food here, I really do BUT tonight was a mess. I got there around 8 (they don't close until 10) and were out of pita chips, garlic sauce and ALL the drinks except for the regular lemonade. The customer service is nonexistent. No hello, how are you nothing. Don't hold your breath for a smile either. As the line continues to get backed up it seems like the workers on the line were moving slower and slower. I absolutely love CAVA, the food is delicious & so fresh! However, this particular location has THE WORST service I've ever experienced. On several occasions I've opted into ordering online in order to skip the potential wait in line: BIG MISTAKE. My order has been incredibly late EVERY SINGLE TIME. Today my order was late AND missing several toppings. If it were once or twice I really wouldn't be leaving this review I'm not a Karen & I understand things can get busy. The bottom line is there's absolutely no reason anyone should be waiting upwards of 40 minutes for their food when they ordered it online 30-40 minutes in advance. I ordered a takeout bowl two days ago. It was my first time to try Cava. I was very disappointed. When I got home, I thought they left the grilled chicken off accidentally. It turned out that the dark shreds on the salad was the chicken. I had expected grilled chicken breast strips. The portion size was pretty small. The Romaine lettuce shreds consisted of maybe five pieces of lettuce. Overall, very little flavor. I gave it to stars because at least it was edible. This is a no repeat for me. read more
