Flower Child is a regular stop for me and this location was great ! Service was pretty quick even though there was a line . I do wish they'd get more vegan dessert choices . The grilled tofu is craveable , pair it with the miso crunch bowl and your mouth will thank you lol . Yummm

This lunch was nourishing and filling. Real food, and real ingredients. The Mother Earth bowl with steak was lovely. The perfect pair. Filled me up and I only was able to eat 3/4. The sweet potato fries were crispy and tasty. Lots of sweeting in this place. Very honest and clean. Clean food restaurant. Got our food quick and the employees were very nice.

What a wonderful experience. So much so I went two days in a row. Fresh, fast, fulfilling, and quite pleasing to our palates. We decided to stop in for lunch on the first day and it's such a cute establishment. The decor feels very summery and is a relaxed environment with plenty of seating both inside and on the patio. You place an order at the register and a lovely associate brings your selections to the table. The presentation of fresh ingredients truly appealed to my eyes and I couldn't wait to dive in. I could do farm to table eating all day every day and this place did not disappoint. I'm excited to get back here soon. The Fort Worth location is quite lovely because there's nice shopping to boot after enjoying your dining experience.

This is a cute place to meet up with friends. I ordered the Thai chicken and shrimp meatballs. It was a perfect portion and was super tasty! The service was just good enough. The location is right off of a central freeway so it's easy to find. Parking is nearby, but if you can't find a spot the parking garage is still close.

Wow Jessica, the manager was incredible. She brought her food out and was so kind and friendly. I seen her walking around, checking on gas making sure everything was going great in the dining room. She is one of a kind when it comes to management. I really appreciate her hospitality. I have fallen in love with this restaurant. The food is exceptional. The quality and taste is above and beyond of what you would get at any other restaurant around if you've never tried this place stop in. They have multiple locations in Dallas and other states like Arizona, but this Fort Worth Store has my heart Jessica thank you for being such an incredible representation of such a beautiful business. I appreciate you and so did my guest.

Absolutely love Flower Child and glad that there is one in FTW. It's located in a shopping complex with plenty of parking spots and seems to drag in quite a crowd during lunch. Even with long line forming, it took me 5min to order and another 15min to get my food. The person taking my order helped me order and went with the Mac and cheese, Kung pao cauliflower and the noodles. There was no seating inside so I sat outside which was shaded and with fans. My order was quite filling and really enjoyed the meal! The Mac and cheese was delicious and love that it was gluten free. The cauliflower dish was quite tasty and loved the sauce which had a bit of a kick. The noodles were also delicious and the dressing was quite yummy! Overall it was a really good meal and loved that it didn't feel me leaving too greasy but full!

Flower Child is an instagrammable and airy place for healthy, but still tasty, food. I came on my lunch break, so I ordered online so that my food was waiting for me when I arrived. It was packaged carefully and waiting for me on the mobile order shelf. Flower Child is semi-self service, so I filled up my drink and grabbed a table outside under a heat lamp. The food was a little pricey, but with quality ingredients, I'm happy to pay the upcharge. I ordered the entree with chicken, roasted broccoli, and gluten-free mac and cheese. Everything was well-seasoned and flavorful. The chicken was moist, the broccoli was roasted to perfection and topped with the perfect squeeze of lemon, and you'd never know that the pasta was gluten free! I also got a rose petal lemonade. I lived off of rose lemonade when I lived in the UK, so I was excited to try this. I didn't pick up any of the rose flavor, but it was good basic lemonade without any sweetness, so you can adjust to your liking. I ended my meal with the lemon olive oil cake. It was moist and fluffy, but had no lemon flavor which was disappointing. It was not very sweet at all, but was still a good ending to the meal. The servers were all very nice and the restaurant is beautiful and well-lit. It was very crowded when I went. Parking can be tricky too, depending on when you go. I'll be back at Flower Child soon! I love the wide variety of healthy foods to fit everyone's dietary restrictions without having to sacrifice taste.

Delicious healthy food. No wait. Pretty much just go in, order what you want. They give you a number you put on your table and your plate comes out. Your drinks have unlimited refills. Nice, bright place.

Was next door at the Apple Store and hungry for something on the healthier side so decided to stop by here. The atmosphere is so bright and airy and so beautifully decorated. So many menu options so it took me awhile to decide because everything looked soo good! Ultimately settled on the Mother Earth bowl with shrimp! Ordered a triple berry sangria as well and I was not disappointed. Everything was so fresh and tasty. The servers and other employees were pretty cheery/nice. Will definitely have to come back and try their other entree options.

If you're looking for a healthy meal that will keep you full, then Flower Child is the place to go! I've ordered takeout from there a few times and each time I have not been disappointed. They offer a convenient curbside pickup option, which I appreciate since it is located in a busy area. My favorites are the shrimp and the chicken plate. Their broccoli is a must order side. My sister has tried a couple of their bowls and said they were really good too. Overall, I would definitely recommend you try them out!

Tasty and healthy food option near TCU. The salmon was delicious as were the vegetables. The food was a bit heavy on the oil which some people might not like. The staff was very friendly. The open and airy cafe is beautiful. It's located in a shopping plaza so you could browse around after your meal. Great dining option in Fort Worth.

This was our second time in two days to visit Flower Child! We are out of town and staying at the Fairfield across the street. Our large group decided to go to Rex's for dinner, however they are not safe for celiac needs so the manager from Rex's sent me over to have a safe meal for my celiac needs (so great when local restaurants work together)! I did call about an hour before our reservations and was able to bring it with me to eat with our group. It was so good I brought the family back for lunch the next day. The first night I had the chicken kabobs over arugula. The second time we did the chicken enchiladas, Mac n cheese and shrimp protein with kale salad and Brussel sprouts. Everything is so well laid out, quaint, relaxing and tasty! Great job flower child for having delicious healthy options that needs the needs of many diets! We will be back!

I had been there once before back in 2016, though I do not remember if it was this location or another one, and I do not remember what I ordered then. In any case, it was nice to go back and try it again. This time, I ordered the TX Hot Chik'n. The sandwich was crispy and flavorful, with a good mix of BBQ and buffalo sauce. The pickles, lettuce, mayo, and sesame bun all worked well together, and it was filling without feeling too heavy. My friend ordered the Jamaican Jerk San'ich and enjoyed it. It had bold seasoning and a good savory flavor, so it was a solid choice if you want something with a little more spice and personality. The "Jerk" spelled with mayo on the bun and the backwards "R" was a cute touch. Overall, Spiral Diner had a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, and it is a good lunch spot in Fort Worth whether you are vegan or just interested in trying plant-based comfort food. I was happy to have had the chance to go back and hopefully will be able to return more frequently whenever I am in town.

We ordered the mexcrunch wrap and the buffalo chicken wrap. I like how the salads can be made into wraps, which provides more options. I think we both preferred the mexcrunch, simply due to the crunchy texture. I think both wraps would have been better if we could've had the sauce on the side, because the wraps got soggy pretty quickly. The side pasta salad was surprisingly really good, and I see why they serve it. Overall, I'd definitely go back here for a healthy lunch option.

My late grandmother was a superb country cook and her name was Maggie. Good omen! We got there about 11:45 and got a table right away. Our server was Devin and she was terrific. We split the chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes and green beans. The portion that they brought out was gigantic....plenty for two average appetites. What I really liked about it was - it was not over-breaded and it was fork-tender. (in my humble opinion, too many places are giving you a lot more breading that doesn't have meat under it. Yes, it's a first-world problem.) The mashed potatoes were also quite good, along with the cream gravy. I'm not a huge green bean fan, but my wife really liked them. We ordered nachos as an appetizer to split, along with two beers and a kids meal. What arrived was Motley Crue waking from a drug binge, raiding the pantry and trash, then declaring "let's do it." What was supposed to be nachos was anything but. The only explanation is someone who had never seen nachos tried to recreate them after hearing a rumor from someone at a Lowe's parking lot. The "chips" were not tortilla chips. They were rectangular strips of pale, flimsy material that looked like scraps of drywall film pulled out of a new construction site. An albino drywall experiment that somehow escaped the kitchen and landed on a plate. The entire thing was covered in barbecue sauce, with some mystery white liquid poured over the top. We assume it was supposed to be queso, but it definitely was not queso. Calling it queso feels disrespectful to actual queso. We ate maybe a quarter of it and decided we needed to leave before things got worse. Six hours later, we received an unannounced encore performance in the bathroom. On the hottest day, I sat outside, but the fans kept the air moving so it wasn't terrible. Joseph attended to me quickly and was excited to serve me despite the heat. The mahi mahi tacos were simply beautiful. All the flavors came through from the housemate tortilla, grilled mahi mahi to the citrus marinade and pickled onions. I do think the avocado cream got forgotten but I asked for it and Joseph brought me some. I added it to the second taco and it elevated. The crema has a little kick that is just perfect. However, once I received the starters, I felt the portions were much smaller than expected. In my opinion, the charred campfire chicken could feed one person, while the cochinita nachos could feed two. I will say the charred campfire chicken was juicy and had a nice charred texture. The white bbq aioli and smoked corn slaw were delicious and paired nicely with the chicken. Unfortunately, the cochinita nachos were very disappointing and, honestly the worst nachos I've had at a restaurant. The nachos are the primary reason for my two star rating. The Mexican pulled pork contained a few fatty pieces, and the Jack cheese was unevenly dumped throughout the nachos in large chunks. The bottom of the plate was also soaking in grease from the cheese. I've never experienced this with nachos at another restaurant, and I would think the excess grease would be drained so the chips at the bottom aren't left sitting in it. I noticed that most guests were ordering their small burgers and fries, so I may return to try those or possibly order another chicken dish.
