Luna Grill has been a favorite of ours for a while now, but tonight's experience brought the "wow" factor that made it worth writing a review (which is rare for me). When our food came out there were two minor issues. They accidentally put the peppers on my pita, which I can't handle, and they forgot my husband's 2nd kabob. When I took my pita back, Joselin immediately told me they would make another and then told me I could take the first one home for my family. When they brought the new pita out, they also brought me another huge helping of fries to go with it! When my husband asked for his second kabob, she offered to make a whole new meal for him! He declined, as it truly wasn't necessary, although a very kind offer. When they brought his kabob out to the table, they gave us a coupon for a free meal! Joselin is definitely a keeper! In a world where customer service values seem to be declining, she is a shining example of what good customer service should be! She was always smiling, so kind, and went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience, despite the minor issues. It just goes to show that how you handle a customer's problem makes a much bigger impact than the problem itself. We were blown away and will most certainly be back! read more

Love this option for Mediterranean flavor and flair! Never disappointed with the quality & flavor from appetizer to entree. Chicken, chickpea, couscous salad, and rice were all delicious and complemented each other well. Pita bread is fresh and soft. Service is friendly and I love the modern and classy atmosphere. First time here and i definitely will be back. Staff is nice and welcoming. The food is so good. I tried the new pita chips and amazing. Just the right amount of seasoning. Luna just might be better than Cava. Restaurant was nice and clean as well. read more

We absolutely love, Luna girl. I have two young girls, and when we asked them where they want to go eat, Luna Grill is always a top pick! The food feels fresh, and the flavor is just so rich. The managing staff is always so friendly. This last time we were there, Joselin kept checking in on us, making sure we had everything we needed. First time here, absolutely loved it. Everything inside was very clean and the service was excellent. Karla was the team member that took our order, upon mentioning that this was our first time eating at Luna Grill, she made us feel very welcomed and kindly answered all our questions about the menu. She suggested we tried the aguas frescas and they paired very nicely with the freshness of the food. I got a santorini bowl with a side of pita and my husband got a chopped chicken house salad and we both loved the seasoning and taste of everything. Pretty tasty. I kinda messed up, opting to try the spicy harrisa (sp?) sauce on my gyro. It wasn't bad, but didn't work well with the protein. I think the sauce would be good on chicken. Thuy had the gyro with tahini, and it was more to my liking... More traditional. Fries were very good. Bottom line: I'd be willing to try again. Edit: Small note, the staff could be more attentive at cleaning tables. A pile of rice sat on the table the entire time we dined, even several employees passed by, and our food was brought to the table. read more

We ALWAYS order Luna Grill when my remote staff are in the office. Our Uber Eats driver forgot the second bag at the restaurant. We tried getting a hold of the driver and couldn't, so we called the restaurant and Paul got in his car and delivered the second bag of food to our office IMMEDIATELY! 10/10 customer service AND food. Recently moved here from California for work and was looking for my go-to spot for gyros! Luckily, this location is right next to my apartment. Parking seemed easy but luckily I just walked over. I ordered the falafel pita with tzatziki sauce and fries with a Greek salad. My boyfriend ordered the gyro plate with extra gyro meat and the house salad. We got extra garlic feta and tzatziki sauce. I do wish I had ordered a hot sauce because it was quite bland without it. The food was good and filling but definitely did not live up to my spot back at home. It was more Americanized versus authentic. The portions were good. Definitely convenient by location and the ability to order pick up from Ubereats. read more
