The meal is certainly a hearty one, with a slider, tender, fries, toast, and a drink. There is a sauce, ketchup, honey, and pickles as condiments. The slider was tasty and consists of a chicken tender with coleslaw in a bun. Cheese was extra. "Hot" was actually spicier than I thought, and fortunately drink refills are available. Component breakdown: - chicken: nicely crisp on the outside, decently well seasoned, decent chicken to bun ratio, good spice flavor - bun: lightly toasted, soft on the inside with the right amount of buttery crunch - sauce: when they say a drizzle on the menu, they literally mean a drizzle. Oh my goodness gracious! This place is da bomb! Plenty of parking and tables inside plus a warm greeting from behind the counter. But most importantly.... the food. The menu is small which is probably why they are so good at what they do. The chicken is brined (in pickle juice) and breaded in house. No frozen tenders here fellow yelpers! You choose your spice level and your tender or slider (a rather large slider in my opinion) is made to order. Not alot of breading either which i prefer. I tried a medium tender and hot slider. The medium had a nice bite but I will stick with hot in the future. The sandwich bun was delightful....soft and flavorful and all the while staying in 1 piece even with the sauce and pickles on the sandwich. I went with cheese fries and shared Mac & cheese with my date. Both delicious. All sides - except pickles - are made in house. I knew there was something I forgot to ask the manager and it was about those buns. They also have milkshakes- same formula as In-N-Out Burger which makes sense since they both come from socal.
