This isn't the first time I've had this issue with them, which makes it even more frustrating. When I called to speak with the manager, he was very rude and offered no help or solution at all. One of her first things I noticed when I walked in was how clean it was inside. The rotisserie was going with some chickens cooking, which brought an incredible aroma to the restaurant. I am a big fan of their chicken enchiladas, especially the sauce. I have eaten here for several years and still love it BUT, the last time there I was disappointed to say the least. I ordered my usual 2 chicken enchiladas with 2 sides of the pinto beans. When I received my order I was immediately in a quandary. I have never seen enchiladas this small in my life. At best they were half the size they used to be. No exaggeration. The price if anything had gone up. I have been here once before, and it was in store visit. Food was good as I ordered it for catering however, it was suggested to me that online would be a better experience with catering. This time I took the advice and boy was that a colossal mistake. I used their online website to order from it directed me to make an account, which I did. After making my order it directed me to a website (OLO) for delivery which I used. The time was getting close and when i called the store to get the status of my order. I was first told that there was no order, I explained I have a printout, and it directed me to OLO afterwards. I was then told that they will check with a manager, but I shouldn't have used OLO as they had no drivers and I should have used a 3rd party delivery like grub hub or Uber Eats. I would think that this should have been advertised on their website, and the website in turn should not have directed me to OLO to begin with. In short, the catering that i needed to thank a group of about 25 people didn't happen. The store manager apparently said I never placed the order as there is no ticket in for it and I used the wrong delivery app that the website directed me to. I guess I will be looking for a different place to fulfill the frequent caterings I provide for my groups to show my appreciation. (Note: This was my experience, again the food is good. We've ordered from Cowboy Chicken for almost 10 years and have always enjoyed it, but the main reason we go is for their Baked Mac & Cheese. We ordered today and, like always, got an extra Texas size side of the mac and cheese, but they have changed it. No longer are they serving the baked, gooey, and flavorful mac and cheese. They are serving a disgustingly over-salted and runny "white cheddar" mac and cheese. It looks and tastes like something you'd get from the freezer section at the grocery store. Nowhere have they advertised a change and the website and delivery service sites all still have the baked option. It was such a shock and disappointment to receive this mac and cheese with our order today. I called the store to inquire about the change to see if maybe it was a one-off change because they were out or something, but the lady I spoke to said it was permanent. She told me they used to make the baked mac and cheese in house but now they were using the same mac and cheese across all stores i.e. it's premade frozen garbage. Cowboy Chicken has lost several loyal customers with this change. We will never go back unless they change back to the good baked mac and cheese. read more

The rolls were like rocks and not edible. We sent them a note that day and got the typical "we will get back to you" reply. With no response, we followed up. We got an apology since they couldn't find our previous message asked for additional info. We did that and did not find closure or a response.
