This spot was a disappointment. If you want vegetables and rice you might be in the right spot but if you want protein don't do it. The meat is not quality and fried with a batter where you don't taste any chicken. The parts where I taste the chicken it was not good. It made me sick. Stay away. The service as nothing special. Got the family feast for 4-5 to share with 4 adults and 1 child. Orange chicken, spicy chicken drunken noodles, beef broccoli, and Kung Pao chicken. All 4 dishes were extremely salty to the point where no one wanted to or could eat them. The beef broccoli was drowned in soy sauce, drunken noodles was just salty and spicy, Kung Pao chicken was just salty with old veggies thrown in and the orange chicken was drowned in sauce. The only dish that was part of the feast that was edible was the 10 pcs of dumplings and the fried doughnut. We have dined at many Pei Wei and by far this is the worst let down. read more

Quick dinner needed close to home and this location just opened 5 minutes away. Perfection! Ran in and employees were happy, energetic and helpful with my order. There's more "Feast" options that I haven't seen before and I'm eager to try them next visit. I got orange chicken with white rice on the side, an order of lo mein and 2 egg rolls. All were warm and fresh when I got them home. They also included Gluten Free soy sauce which I had forgotten they had and was in the bag already. Another perfection! I was initially thrilled to find out that this particular Pei Wei moved to another location. It wasn't great over off Bryant Irvin. I, mistakenly, thought it would become improved. Nope. I ordered spring rolls and lettuce wraps to go. Fairly simple order. I added a note to include sweet chili sauce. I didn't get any sweet chili sauce, which ok fine. I picked some up in the utensils / condiments area. Would not recommend. Pictures will show you the levels of sauces including the sauce for lettuce wraps. Seriously?! Vegetable spring rolls were mushy at best. The location is nice but this Pei Wei is not a good fit. read more

Ordered 2 gf entrees and edamame. Food was delivered quickly and looked good. Big portions but it was so salty it could not be eaten. I like salt and I just couldn't. We left without eating but told the cashier. She did offer a refund but we didn't take it. We suggested someone taste the sauce b/c something was way off. read more

I haven't eaten my food yet but they took over the Tokyo Joe's that used to be here. When I walked in it was really noisy. All the workers including the manager seem confused and very uninterested to actually greet customers directly. they all seem overwhelmed. Also there were two women working in the kitchen who had no hair nets on. One of the women had her hair fully down while the other one had a bun. So I'm anticipating some hair will fall in someone's food. Even the chefs had no hairnets on they just had hats on. it seems like the first restaurant they've owned. I've only written 1 review since Yelp came out and today is my 2nd review. I ordered the chicken lettuce wraps which were really good. I also ordered the Kung Pao Chicken. I took a couple bites and realized something was off, it didn't even look right. I'm not one to bring food back but today I was super hungry and was craving the Kung Pao Chicken (I live 40 miles away so this place has always been a treat). I brought it up and explained I didn't think it was the right sauce and he was hesitant in making me a new meal but he did. He brought out a "new"meal, but hand to God I think it was my same dish. Tastes off and looked off. Looked more like the Spicy General. I gave up and asked for a To Go box and he handed me the small ones they keep by the fountain sodas. I had to use 3 boxes and didn't offer to give me a larger container or bag. I'm bringing it home to hubby, he'll eat anything. I was disappointed. I am glad I ordered the lettuce wraps so I'm not going back home hungry. Might have to drive further to the other Pei Wei in Ft. Worth, never left disappointed from there. read more

Went to this location last night, usually food is excellent so my husband and I we very surprised at how the food tasted. Ordered over $50.00 of food and it tasted so salty and and had a very weird taste to us, different then we had tasted before, only had a few n bites then had to throw all the food away!
