Everything I tried was hot and fresh with employees constantly cleaning and refilling food. Buffet food in general is usually pretty mediocre. Chinese buffets are not always top tier dining but they hit the spot sometimes. We picked up buffet to go tonight. They charge by the pound which isn't too bad since you are getting just what you know you like. I enjoyed all of my to-go buffet plate, except the chicken with broccoli. Something ain't right about the chicken in this dish. I had a few other items that were also chicken and they seemed like normal chicken. However the chicken with broccoli felt like it wasn't real in my mouth. The texture is not of any chicken I've ever had. Definitely don't recommend that dish. I'm glad the other chicken dishes tasted right. One more thing I should note is that they didn't have sesame balls out tonight, but my husband asked about them and they brought out an order for him that was fresh cooked. I have not been to a buffet in years and was surprised by the variety of good food. As soon as you walk in, you must pay for your visit. Then you are seated. The ambiance is relaxed and the staff is friendly. It was a bit pricey for me but they do offer a variety of seafood dishes including sushi, hibachi, crab legs, crawfish, baked flounder, mussels, fried octopus, octopus salad, and so much more. The variety of food can be a bit overwhelming. From orange chicken, sesame chicken, to hot and sour soup to beef and broccoli, deviled eggs, salads, noodles, wontons, crab rangoons, spring rolls and egg rolls. There are so many choices that I suggest walking around before grabbing your plate. My choices were all excellent and I wish I had more room in my stomach to try more. I will definitely be back. Lots of chicken of course with the usual buffet items, They have a nice sushi bar which is a nice option as well as a hibachi station. This was great for me as I made a keto friendly hibachi dish. They have gloves so, you can put on since everyone handles the tongs. They have a buffet attendant who replenishes the food and manages the tongs. He makes sure the tongs are in the right pan with the handle facing outward. If there's something you don't see at the buffet, they have a special buffet where they make your food on the spot! Furthermore, there's lots of seating available for small and large crowds. I saw a bit of everything. Seniors, couples, families,a large work crew, even nurses getting their dinner for the night shift. The food was just average, nothing special. You can go anywhere and it would be better. I had Orange Chicken, Fried Rice and an egg roll. The desserts are really good! Fruity Pebble Rice Crispies, Banana and Strawberry glaze, Powdered Sugar Peanuts and so much more! The price is really good for the amount of fresh food items they provide. I've been here 3 times this year. This is the first time my waiter actually deserved a tip. My waiter was very sweet, took plates, and made sure we received fortune cookies. More importantly drinks were refilled. I mostly don't like buffets, but this one is very well tended. Folks look after the buffet and tables constantly. I never have an empty glass of water. If I accidentally drop something on the floor, they are right there. They have American style Chinese food, sushi, and also a self serve ice cream machine. It's a weird mix of awesome, so it's one of my new favorites. As far as ambiance? If you go to lunch- it is super quiet, but dinner time is different...kiddos run around willy nilly which makes the place more fun, IMHO.
